Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know and analyse the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, (2) Know and analyse the effect of work environment on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, and (3) Know and analyse the effect of work discipline and work environment together on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees, especially education personnel as many as 55 people. Sampling in this study was all members of the population, namely 55 people with quantitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS).The results showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, 2) There is a positive and significant influence on the work environment on employee performance at the Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia, and 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline and work environment together on employee performance at the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia.

Abstract

The existence of educational institutions in an area has various influences on the economic activities of the surrounding community. The existence of the Keling Kumang Vocational School which is located in Sekadau Regency influences the interest of the surrounding community, especially the people in the Sekadau City area. After conducting research and analysis, the results obtained show that there is a relationship that shows there is an interrelationship between the existence of Keling Kumang Vocational School and changes in people's interest in investing. The existence of Keling Kumang Vocational School is able to encourage the community to carry out various types of investment activities. The more advanced the Keling Kumang Vocational School, the more students of the Keling Kumang Vocational School, the more people who are interested in investing around the Keling Kumang Vocational School. The more people who invest shows more people are entrepreneurship so that they are able to create jobs for the surrounding community. This research examines how the existence of Keling Kumang Vocational School is able to influence the interest of the Sekadau community to invest in the environment around Keling Kumang Vocational School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and determine the partial influence as well as the simultaneous influence of the Promotion Mix which includes advertising, Personal Selling, Promotion Selling and Public Relation on Product Purchasing Decisions of Unilever Indonesia Makassar Branch. To analyze and find out the variables that have a dominant influence on Product Purchasing Decisions of Unilever Indonesia Makassar Branch. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and documentation as a means to obtain accurate data, then the data is processed using the SPS Version 20 Program. Data analysis methods use the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Tool. The measurement scale in the study uses the Likert Scale. The results showed that Advertising Partially had a positive and not significant effect on purchasing decisions for Unilever Indonesia Makassar Branch products. Personal Selling, Promotion Selling and Public Relations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Unilever Indonesia Makassar Branch products. Meanwhile, simultaneously Advertising, Personal Selling, Promotion Selling and Public Relations have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Unilever Indonesia Makassar Branch products. The variable that has a dominant effect is the Public Relations variable with a beta value of 0.477 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.005.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of Keling Kumang Education Foundation employees. The number of samples in this research was 50 employees at the Keling Kumang Education Foundation. This research uses quantitative analysis methods. The results of this research can show that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant influence on the performance of Keling Kumang Education Foundation employees. This is proven by the average value of the influence of organizational culture on employee performance of 22.32 and a standard deviation of 2.199. The average influence of work discipline on employee performance is 21.64 and the standard deviation is 1.987. The average employee performance is 21.28 and the standard deviation is 2,268. The data above shows that the data studied is valid, so the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to observe the employees of PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang which totals 94 people in the population. The Non Probability Sampling method is used where all members of the population are taken as a sample. In this study, 94 employees of PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang with various positions were taken as samples. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The variables studied include the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, with OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) as the mediating variable. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression methods with the help of SPSS 29 software.

Abstract

Accounting is an art to record, classify, and add up the value of transactions that have been carried out by the company as part of Financial Accountability presented in a systematic form. This study was conducted with the aim to determine the application of environmental accounting in Sulaho Village, Lasusua District, Kolaka Utaras Regency using secondary data and interviews. The results obtained that mining companies in identifying the costs incurred for the waste management process has not been maximized because these costs are still combined with allied costs, such as transportation costs and destruction costs for solid waste included in the expenditure of goods and services included in the partnership program, for liquid waste costs such as maintenance costs and employee salaries included in the expenditure of goods and services. Mining companies in measuring the costs associated with the waste management process refers to the realization of previous costs and the amount of costs required and the realization of the budget incurred is not much different. Mining companies make recognition of accounting transactions by the accrual basis method. Mine management in presenting the costs associated with the waste management process the hospital presents it in the general financial statements, the hospital does not present the costs associated with the waste management process into special financial statements. Mining companies in their disclosures for waste management costs are included in the Notes to the Financial Statements. Environmental costs in particular costs incurred related to waste management are treated as costs of employee salaries and expenditure on goods and services.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate and analyze the influence of management talent on employee performance, by considering the role of employee involvement as a mediator. The methodological approach used is quantitative descriptive, with Bank BTN Syariah Serang as the research object and involving 100 respondents as the research sample. Survey data was obtained using a 1-1 interval scale and then analyzed using Smart PLS version 4.0 software. The findings of this research imply that: 1) talent management does not have a positive impact on employee performance; 2) talent management has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement; 3) employee involvement has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; 4) talent management has a positive impact on employee performance through the mediation of employee involvement

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, the role of village officials and the internal control system on the accountability of village fund management in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, a method used to describe the condition of the company which is carried out using analysis based on quantitative data. This research was conducted at the village government in Benteng Gantarang Village and Dampang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. The population in this study was all village government officials in Benteng Gantarang Village and Dampang Village, Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, totaling 40 Village Officials. The sampling method is saturated sampling, the saturated sampling technique is a sample determination technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The data source in this research is primary data using questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of this research show that Competency (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Accountability of Village Fund Management in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency (Y), the Role of Village Officials (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Accountability of Village Fund Management in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency ( Y), as well as the Internal Control System (X3) have no and no significant effect on the Accountability of Village Fund Management in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of competence and motivation on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 15 Pandeglang, as well as examining the role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable in this relationship. The research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to teachers at SMK Negeri 15 Pandeglang. With a population and sample of 40 people. The results of data analysis using SmartPLS version 4 in the research show that competency has no positive effect on employee performance, while motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher employee performance. Apart from that, OCB has also been proven to mediate the relationship between motivation and teacher performance. Meanwhile, competence has not been proven to mediate the relationship between competence and teacher performance. This indicates that not only do competence and motivation directly influence teacher performance, but also through organizational citizenship behavior or OCB. These findings provide an important contribution in the context of human resource development in education, especially in improving teacher performance at SMK Negeri 15 Pandeglang. The practical implications of this research can be used as a basis for schools to design teacher competency and motivation development programs, as well as encourage positive organizational citizenship behavior to improve teacher performance holistically.

Abstract
