Abstract

This research will reveal how the field of accounting is related to a literary work in the form of a novel. The literary work that will be used as a research source is the novel entitled Moonbound by Jang Ryunjin. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which provides an in-depth and contextual description of economic activities related to digital cryptocurrency investment transactions. The research data used is text collected from various sources that are considered relevant to the research topic. The results obtained from this research can show how economic activities or transaction processes to gain profits from investing in crypto digital currency in the form of bitcoin/ethereum use a security system called blockchain.

Abstract

The attainment of high performance is a desirable objective for every organization. The significance of leadership within an organization cannot be overstated, as it plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the management process and fostering employee enthusiasm towards their job responsibilities. Enhancing work discipline is undoubtedly a challenging endeavor. However, in order to address this issue, a leader can effectively guide their employees by providing illustrative instances and clear instructions that elucidate the regulations outlined within the organization. In order to achieve the desired organizational objectives within an increasingly competitive corporate landscape, it is imperative for a company to possess employees who exhibit exceptional performance. Performance can be defined as the outcome of an employee's efforts in terms of both the quality and quantity of work accomplished, aligned with the assigned responsibilities. The study employed a quantitative research methodology, incorporating an analysis of validity and reliability tests. This study focuses on the population of employees at PT Indosurya Kencana Bekasi who have completed their education at either a high school or vocational high school level, a Diploma 3 (D3) level, or a Strata 1 (S1) level. This study utilized a sample size of 96 employees from PT Idosurya Kencana Bekasi. The educational background of the respondents from PT Indosurya Kencana Bekasi, consisting of 96 employees, reveals that 61 employees have completed their education up to the level of Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK). Additionally, 21 employees have obtained a Diploma 3 (D3) degree, while 14 employees have completed their education up to the level of Bachelor's degree (Strata 1 or S1). This implies that the attainment or non-attainment of organizational objectives is primarily influenced by an individual's leadership approach in effectively managing available resources, and it is through this leadership style that the ambiance of the workplace is established. Work discipline can be characterized as a mindset encompassing respect, gratitude, compliance, and adherence to established regulations, both explicit and implicit. It entails the ability to consistently adhere to these rules and fulfill assigned responsibilities without evading accountability, even in the face of potential penalties for non-compliance. Performance management encompasses the comprehensive undertaking aimed at enhancing the performance of a company or organization, encompassing the performance of both individuals and work groups within the company.

Abstract

At this time, technological developments are very fast, especially those related to social media networks, at this time it is impossible not to meet people who do not use technology in their daily lives, from children to adults. TikTok is people's choice to market their business. Social media certainly plays an important role today. Social media can be used to market the business we have. Tiktokshop is a marketing medium that can increase sales turnover. Tiktokshop is not only an entertainment medium, but also a sales platform. In the Tiktokshop application, traders make selling videos as best they can. The aim of this research is to find out how much benefit TikTok has for business development. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method and uses a library approach by relying on available articles and journals and how business people respond to those who use the TikTok Shop application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep dasar sistem informasi, sistem informasi dalam suatu organisasi sebagai suatu sistem yang bila diperlukan menyediakan informasi ke seluruh tingkat organisasi. Sistem ini mengkomunikasikan, menyimpan, mengambil, memodifikasi, dan memproses data yang diperoleh oleh perangkat keras sistem lain atau suatu sistem informasi. Informasi sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi karena tanpanya, informasi akan menjadi lumpuh dan tidak dapat berfungsi sebagai suatu unit. Jika informasi tidak diterima oleh subsistem, aktivitas akan terhenti. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan sebagai metodologi penelitian dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan dari penelitian deskriptif kualitatif adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memperjelas fenomena yang ada, termasuk individu yang terjadi secara alami dan sengaja diciptakan, dengan penekanan lebih besar pada sifat, sifat, dan hubungan antara aktivitas yang berbeda.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are used by CV Printing. Medan image to increase sales. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method where the research is intended to describe the object in the form of a description, namely by going directly to the location, conducting interviews. The research results show that strategies that can be implemented to increase sales include providing relief to customers with the accounts receivable system. In this case CV printing. Citra Medan helps its clients and customers by providing printed goods in advance and paying with an installment system. This is very helpful for Medan Citra Printing partner businesses which generally have minimal capital, such as cake shops and other small traders. Implementation of marketing in CV printing. Citra Medan also has a role in increasing this business so that it develops and progresses, still existing today. So it means that the application of marketing is very successful in bringing CVs. Medan's image is to improve its business through, setting affordable prices for customers with good quality which is used by various groups, middle and even upper class.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim majority population in the world. That is 87.2% of the total population in Indonesia. With that, the Indonesian people are no stranger to Islamic Economics. However, in reality, in the field there are many wage system practices that are inappropriate or not in accordance with Islamic Economics. This study aims to find out how the wage system for fertilizer employees at PT. South Tania East Burnai Gardens and find out how the wage system for fertilizing employees at PT. South Tania East Burnai Gardens in the Perspective of Islamic Economics. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using interviews, and documentation..Based on data obtained in the field, there were 11 samples studied, consisting of 1 Division 1 Field Offiver and 10 fertilizing employees at PT. South Tania East Burnai Gardens, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, researchers received information that the method of remuneration carried out at PT. Tania Selatan Kebun Burnai Timur is given once a month not later than the 7th. The wages given are also in accordance with the UMR (Regional Minimum Wage). Before doing work, employees are notified in advance of the amount of wages received so that nothing becomes a benchmark in giving their wages. If there is an increase in wages, the employee will also be notified by the company. The results showed that the Islamic Economics wage system PT. South Tania East Burnai Gardens have not been fully said to be good, because not all values in Islam have been implemented, namely justice and fairness. The wage system applied at PT. Tania Selatan East Burnai Plantation can be said to be fair, because the workers there get paid according to the work they have done and there is no difference in wages with other fertilizer employees. Islamic Economic wage system PT. South Tania East Burnai Plantation can be said to be feasible, because the wages are in accordance with the UMR in the area. Employee wages are also in accordance with the work that employees do. While decent in the sense that it can meet the needs of clothing, food, housing for employees and their families, the wages given by the company cannot be said to be proper. Because employees feel that the wages they receive cannot meet the needs of them and their families.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for second imported clothing in the Lemabang market, Palembang. As for the problem in this study "How do prices and lifestyle influence the decision to purchase Second Import clothing at the Palembang Lemabang market. The sampling technique used the hair technique at al with a total of 72 respondents who were consumers of second-imported clothing in the Palembang Lemabang market. In this study, research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who had purchased second-hand imported clothing at the Palembang Lemabang Market. The type of data used is primary with data analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The results showed that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value on the price variable of 4.404 > 1.994 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. And also lifestyle has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value on lifestyle variables of 2.327 > 1.994 and a significant value of 0.023 <0.05. 77 > from the ftable of 3.13. And a significant value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II (Persero) Tanjung Morawa. Pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan melibatkan teknik analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode survey dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 68 orang karyawan. Hasil temuan penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Sebaliknya, kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Ketika digabungkan, gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama atau simultan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, disarankan kepada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa agar lebih memperhatikan dan memahami gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, karena semakin baik kontribusi yang diberikan oleh karyawan, maka perusahaan berpotensi mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik di masa depan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat melakukan penyesuaian kebijakan kepemimpinan dan kompensasi untuk memotivasi karyawan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi secara optimal.

Abstract

In December 2011, a suspected case of misappropriation of a 2806 square meter waqf land occurred in Jombang. According to one resident, M. Nizar, the land had been dedicated as a waqf in 1987 for the Baitul Hikmah Education Foundation and the community mosque in Plandi village, Jombang sub-district, Jombang regency, East Java. This incident significantly eroded the community's trust in waqf fund management. The purpose of this research is to assess the substantial impact of blockchain technology on optimizing waqf fund management, particularly its implementation on the Finterra platform. The study employs a quantitative approach through path analysis, utilizing data obtained from relevant sources to support the discussion. The research findings indicate that blockchain technology has a significant influence on optimizing waqf fund management.
