Abstract

This research aims to determine: The influence of knowledge sharing and learning organization on innovative work behavior among USN Kolaka Faculty Staff. This research is a quantitative research model. Data collection used literature studies, distributing questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study was all USN Kolaka Faculty Staff, totaling 71. The sample size was determined using a saturated sample. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using the Smart-PLS 4.0 application. Based on the research results, it shows that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior as indicated by the original sample value of 0.539, t-statistic of 4.522 and p-value of 0.000. and learning organization has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior as shown by the original sample value of 0.262, t-statistic of 1.813 and p-value of 0.035.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and motivation on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprises entrepreneurs. This type of research is quantitative. The variables in this study are work stress variables (X1), motivation (X2) and performance (Y). The sample in this study amounted to 34 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data collection instrument in this study was to distribute questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on hypothesis testing using the f test simultaneously that the value of work stress and motivation variables is smaller than a (0.000 <0.05) and f count 17.175> f table value 3.30, it can be concluded that there is an influence of work stress and motivation on the performance of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Electronic commerce (eCommerce), broadly speaking, electronic commerce (e-Commerce) is defined as a way to sell and buy goods and services via the Internet network, but this of course includes various aspects. In the business world, information and communication technology is utilized for electronic trading or known as e-commerce. In e-commerce, parties carrying out trading activities only communicate through a public network, which in recent developments uses the internet. The aim of this research is how to use information systems in electronic business communications. Research method The research method used by the author in this research is qualitative research. It is hoped that the results of research, utilization and use of internet technology will provide great benefits to the competitive business world. Companies that are able to compete in this competition are companies that are able to implement technology into their companies.

Abstract

Currently business competition is very competitive. Companies need a strategy to face this competition. The company must have more competitiveness compared to other companies. This competitiveness can be in the form of products produced, services or human resources. Likewise, in the world of the banking sector, especially in sharia banking, increasingly advanced technological developments have resulted in changes in customer tastes which have resulted in customers moving from one bank to another. This research aims to find out how service quality and product differentiation influence the competitive advantage of customers at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The Grand Theory of this research is to use the Resource Based View (RBV) theory. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. The data analysis techniques for the questionnaire used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with data processing using the SPSS ver 26 program. The research results show that the service quality variable (X1) tcount > ttable (3.428 > 1.984) has a positive and significant effect on customers' competitive advantage, so the higher the quality of service from the bank, the more customer interest there will be and can increase competitiveness. In the product differentiation variable (X2) tcount > ttable (6.318 > 1.984) has a positive and significant effect on customers' competitive advantage, so the better the bank improves the products it offers, the more superior the bank is compared to other banks. Based on the results of service quality (X1) and product differentiation (X2), they simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of customers at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KCP UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV Yusindo Anggara Tama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Yusindo Anggara Tama. Analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Hasil uji instrument penelitian menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil dari analisis menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji analisis regresi berganda sebesar Y = 20,358 + 0,286 X1 + 0,259 X2. Hasil uji t Kompensasi didapatkan hasil t hitung> t tabel (2,722 > 1,708) artinya Ho1 ditolak, dan Ha1 diterima, uji t Kepuasan Kerja diperoleh hasil (2,241 > 1,708) artinya Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima, dan hasil uji f sebesar (22, 401 > 3,54) artinya Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV Yusindo Anggara Tama.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Dengan jumlah karyawan pada penelitian ini adalah 40 orang Responden karyawan pada PT.BES Superkue. Metode yang dilaksanakan Dengan intrumen penelitian kuesioner yang di sebar kepada karyawan PT.BES Superkue yang diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi komputer. Penelitian ini Dilakukan. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan motivasi terhadap Kinerja diperoleh Dengan hasil uji T dan F. Hasil dengan nilai sebesar = 5,969 > ftabel sebesar 3,25 Maka Ho3 ditolak (Ha3 diterima) dan Lingkungan Kerja.valiarabel lingkungan Kerja nilai skor Ttabel 2,722 > dari Ttabel 2,026 Ho1 ditolak (Ha1 diterima) Didapatakan sebuah hasil bahwasanya Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerjaa karyawan, dengan nilai skor motivasi kerja Thitung 5,124 > dari Ttabel 2,026 maka Ho2 ditolak (Ha2 diterima) dan didapatkan sebuah hasil bahwa Variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karaywan. Dapat disimpullkan Bahwa dalam uji T jika Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi adanya dampak positif Terhadap kinerja dan selaras dengan motivasi memliki dampak positif akan Tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Dari penelitian ini sebesar R hitung Lingkungan kerja = 0,163 dengan presentase sebesar 16,3% dan R hitung dari Motivasi = 0,198 dengan presentase 19,8%, adanya hubungan yang kuat antara Variabel Lingkunan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y) Dibuktikan, berarti bahwa adanya pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja (X1)dan Motivasi (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y). Adanya variabel sisanya sebesar 73,9% Oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, competence and work control on employee performance in the Agam Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This type of research is Expost-Facto research. The population of this study were all employees of the Agam Regency Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency, totaling 52 employees. Sampling was carried out by means of a saturated sample of 52 people. Data was collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire. The data analysis technique is Smart PLS version 3. The results of the study are (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Agam Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency. (2) competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Agami Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency. (3) work control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Agam Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency. (4) work motivation, competence and work control jointly affect the performance of employees in the Agam Regency Regional Finance and Asset Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and estimate: the influence of work values and work discipline on the performance of employees with leadership style as a moderating variable in the Agam Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This type of research is associative descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Agam Regency Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency, totaling 52 employees. Sampling was carried out by means of a saturated sample of 52 people. Data was collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire. The data analysis technique is Smart PLS version 3. The results of the study are: (1) Work value has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Leadership style moderates work value t has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the quality of financial reports in local governments, with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. The population in this study were officials/employees who were directly involved in the administration and financial reporting of 44 SKPD in Agam Regency, namely 159 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique by selecting 3 employees in each SKPD, namely the head of SKPD, PPK SKPD and treasurer. This research design is quantitative with an associative approach. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with Smart PLS regression analysis. The results showed that (1) HR competence had a positive and insignificant effect on the quality of financial reports, (2) Internal Control Systems (SPI) had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, (3) Information Technology had a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of financial reports, (4) Data Reconciliation had a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of financial reports, (5) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on the quality of Financial Statements, (6) Organizational Commitment was not able to strengthen or support the influence of human resource competence on financial report quality, (7) Organizational Commitment did not strengthen or support the influence of the Internal Control System on quality of Financial Reports, (8) Organizational Commitment does not strengthen or support the influence of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Statements, and (9) Organizational Commitment does not strengthen or support the effect of Data Reconciliation on the Quality of Financial Statements.

Abstract

Every company will always try to improve employee performance, with the hope that the company’s goals will be achieved. The theory used is the theory of human resource management. This study aims to determine whether compensation, career development, and motivation as intervening variables affect employee performance at Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample in this study were 37 respondents with a sampling technique using the saturated sample method. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, and hypothesis testing by processing data using SPSS version 26. The research results show that compensation (X1) t count>t table (10.572>2.032) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development(X2) t count>t table (3.230>2.032) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation (X1) t count>t table (2.548>2.032) positive and significant effect on motivation, career development (X2) t count>t table (2,521>2.032) positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation (Z) t count>t table (28.866>2.032) positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation (X1) for motivation (Z) resuluts of direct influence < indirect influence means that it has a effect on employee performance, career development (X2) for motivation (Z) result of direct influence< indirect influence means that it has a effect on employee performance. Suggestions in this study, it is hoped that Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang pays more attention to the placement of employees and the compensation given to employees.
