Abstract

Indonesia's wooden furniture industry is one of the export-oriented manufacturing sectors that makes a significant contribution to the country's foreign exchange earnings. In 2025, Indonesia's furniture exports showed positive growth despite the dynamics of global trade. China has become one of the most promising export markets due to the rapid growth of household consumption, urbanization, and the property sector. This study aims to analyze the development of Indonesian wooden furniture exports, particularly wooden tables, to China in 2025 from the perspective of international trade using data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Indonesian Furniture and Handicraft Industry Association (HIMKI). The results indicate that wooden furniture remains the dominant commodity in Indonesia's furniture exports and has significant potential to expand its market penetration in China. Strengthening product competitiveness, maintaining quality standards, and improving export strategies are expected to further enhance the performance of Indonesia's wooden furniture exports in the international market.

Abstract

This study analyzes the dependence of imported raw materials on Indonesia’s textile export performance in 2025, focusing on trade with Asian countries such as China, India, and Korea Selatan. Using a descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach, the study finds that although exports remain strong, high import dependence reflects Indonesia’s role as an intermediate producer in the global value chain. This creates both opportunities for export growth and vulnerabilities due to external dependency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of DANA e-wallet service quality on user satisfaction in e-commerce transactions, with ease of use as a mediating variable and digital literacy as a moderating variable. The study is motivated by the increasing adoption of e-wallet services in Indonesia, which has not been fully accompanied by optimal user satisfaction. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method involving 116 active DANA users who had conducted e-commerce transactions within the last three months. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction, both directly and indirectly through the mediating role of ease of use. Furthermore, digital literacy significantly moderates the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of improving service quality, enhancing ease of use, and strengthening digital literacy to improve user experience and satisfaction in digital payment transactions. This study contributes theoretically to the development of technology acceptance models and provides practical implications for e-wallet service providers and e-commerce businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of location, service quality, and taste imagery on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Tangerang Bumi Indah under PT Pesta Pora Abadi. The fierce competition in the culinary sector requires companies to understand crucial factors driving consumer decisions. This research used a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were gathered by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers via purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed through validity, reliability, classical assumption, and multiple linear regression tests using SPSS. The descriptive statistics results showed that location (3.86), service quality (3.67), and taste (3.90) were rated well by respondents. Based on the regression analysis, location ( = 0.436, p = 0.005) and taste (  = 0.242, p = 0.050) have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions, while location and taste simultaneously exert a significant impact. This study provides strategic insights for culinary firms to optimize accessibility, maximize consistent taste preferences, and adjust strategic layouts to boost purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Content Marketing (X1), Social Media Marketing (X2), and Electronic Word of Mouth (X3) on the decision of prospective new students to choose Universitas Pamulang (Y). A quantitative explanatory approach was used with 60 respondents selected through purposive sampling, analyzed using IBM SPSS. All questionnaire items were valid (Pearson correlation 0.670-0.892, above the r-table value of 0.196) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha 0.723-0.827). The classical assumption tests confirmed that the data were normally distributed, free of multicollinearity, free of heteroscedasticity, and free of autocorrelation. The multiple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 0.771 + 0.174X1 + 0.131X2 + 0.419X3. Partial tests (t-test) show that Content Marketing (t = 1.571, p = 0.122) and Social Media Marketing (t = 1.795, p = 0.078) do not significantly affect college choice decisions, while Electronic Word of Mouth (t = 3.856, p < 0.001) has a positive and significant effect and emerges as the most dominant predictor. Simultaneously (F-test), F = 27.881 (p < 0.001), confirming that the three variables jointly influence the decision. The coefficient of determination R2 = 0.599 (Adjusted R2 = 0.577) indicates that 59.9 percent of the variance in college choice decisions is explained by the three variables, while the remaining 40.1 percent is explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Tea trade is an important part of Indonesia’s plantation sector, contributing to non-oil and gas exports, with Malaysia as one of the main export markets. In 2025, national tea production is estimated at approximately 123,961 tons, with exports still dominated by Asian markets, particularly bulk tea for the beverage industry. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and threats in Indonesia’s tea trade to Malaysia using a descriptive quantitative method based on secondary data. The results show that key opportunities arise from strong demand in Malaysia’s beverage industry, geographical proximity, and ASEAN trade integration. Meanwhile, threats include dependence on low value-added bulk tea exports, production fluctuations, and competition from countries such as Vietnam and Kenya. Therefore, strategies to improve quality, diversify products, and strengthen downstream processing are needed to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesia’s tea exports.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the Alfagift digital loyalty program — through its feature ease of use (X1), service benefits (X2), and reward program (X3) — on customer loyalty (Y) at Alfamart. Sales data from the observed store showed Alfagift’s contribution consistently at 11–15%, well below the corporate target of 25%. A quantitative associative-causality approach was employed with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression (IBM SPSS). All 40 questionnaire items were valid (r-hitung 0.688–0.834 > r-tabel 0.195) and highly reliable (Cronbach’s Alpha 0.954–1.000). Classical assumption tests confirmed normality, no multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The regression equation is Y = −3.481 + 0.309X1 + 0.289X2 + 0.429X3. Partial tests (Uji t) show feature ease of use (t = 1.993, p = 0.049) and reward program (t = 3.088, p = 0.003) significantly affect loyalty, while service benefits (t = 1.610, p = 0.111) do not. Simultaneously (Uji F), F = 33.542 (p = 0.000), confirming H4. The coefficient of determination R² = 0.512 indicates 51.2% of variance in loyalty is explained by the three variables. Reward programs emerged as the most dominant driver of customer loyalty.
