Abstract

At this time santri have become part of a non-cash society, or less cash society, one of which is the Sidogiri Pasuruan Islamic Boarding School students in East Java, who use electronic money with the Basmalah E-maal brand. In carrying out transactions every day in the Islamic boarding school environment, electronic money is not only used for administrative payments. Santri can also shop, and guardians of students can send money allotments via transfer to electronic money. With the convenience of this technology, it is necessary to have regulation and self-control so that students can control their consumption behavior in accordance with consumption limits in Islam. The purpose of this study was to determine regulation and self-control in the consumptive behavior of students in the less cash society era. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The source triangulation in this study was the Basmalah Shop admin and the student guardians who became informants. The results of this study indicate that the self-regulation of students is supported by the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School environment, which has a maximum spending limit policy and a mandatory savings program. Meanwhile, students' self-control can be assisted by budget constraints to reduce their expenses.

Abstract

Village development through BUMDES is sometimes not fully managed well, this is caused by a lack of understanding and also a lack of knowledge regarding BUMDES management both from village institutions and the community itself. The purpose of this article is to find out the role of BUMDES in empowering the community and also improving community welfare. In this research, descriptive qualitative research methods were used through case studies of BUMDES institutions and also the community of Pendung Talang Genting Village. The data collection technique used was interviews with the Head of BUMDES and the community. The data analysis technique used uses data reduction, data presentation and also drawing conclusions. The findings in this research show that in 2022 BUMDES Pendung Talang Genting Village will become one of the best villages in Kerinci Regency and represent Jambi province in the village award with the ADWI category ranking 5th out of 50 tourist villages throughout Indonesia under the auspices of the Minister of Tourism and Economy Creative. BUMDES Taman Pertiwi provides employment opportunities for youth or youth organizations in the form of human resource development. BUMDes Taman Pertiwi Pendung Talang Genting Village has had a good impact on the community, such as opening up employment opportunities, providing educational assistance to underprivileged children and also providing basic necessities to the community every month of fasting. The results of this research strengthen the results of previous research which confirms the important role of BUMDes in community economic development.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a major obstacle for sharia-based banks in maintaining their profitability without having to take out additional loans. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of financial performance, as measured by OCR, CAR, FDR, and NPF proxies, on profitability by considering the Financial Leverage variable as a moderating factor in Sharia Commercial Banks. The population in this study includes all Sharia Commercial Banks that publish financial reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) for the 2018-2022 period. The sample obtained included 12 Sharia commercial banks that met the criteria based on. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods for the fixed-effect model (FEM) selection panel data. The findings indicate that OCR and NPF have a significant Return on Assets (ROA), while CAR and FDR do not have a significant effect on ROA. In addition, through the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, it was found that DER acts as a moderating variable that influences the relationship between CAR, FDR, and NPF on ROA but does not influence the relationship between OCR and ROA. This research proves that financial leverage by considering debt can be an indicator for measuring financial performance towards profitability.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of limited business capital in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) so that they have not been able to develop their business. For this reason, this study aims to determine and understand the impact of People's Business Credit (KUR) financing on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Tabalong Regency and the People's Business Credit distribution system implemented by the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tanjung Branch Office. the research used is field research with a qualitative approach method. Data were collected using interviews and documentation. The data extracted through interviews is data regarding the people's business credit distribution system, as well as information regarding assets, turnover and net income of MSME actors. In addition, documentation is needed to track and strengthen data on changes in MSME performance in terms of assets, turnover and net profit from before getting and after getting People's Business Credit and coaching from Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Tanjung. The subjects in this study were 13 informants, including 10 MSMEs and 3 Micro Employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tanjung Branch Office. The analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model by carrying out data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing The results of the study prove that KUR financing on the performance of MSMEs has a positive impact. This can be proven by the impact on the level of assets, turnover and net profit which has increased by up to 40%. So KUR financing is very helpful for MSMEs in increasing business capital so that the resulting performance has good quality from increased income. This research not only proves qualitatively that People's Business Credit can have a positive impact on the performance of MSMEs, but also provides other alternatives for the government and other financial institutions in channeling capital assistance to MSMEs, namely with the Assisted MSME model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how business ethics and Islamic leadership are implemented at Toko Muhammad Alfatih 1453. The study employs a qualitative method, gathering data through interviews and observations. Analysis is conducted on the business practices and leadership of the store, considering the principles of Islamic business ethics and leadership. Questions addressed include the implementation of Islamic business ethics principles in daily business transactions, the application of Islamic leadership principles in managing the team and the store, and the impact of these practices on business performance and customer perception. Based on the research findings, the store has implemented various principles and values of Islamic business ethics, including honesty, financial management based on Sharia principles, social responsibility and sustainability, ethics in customer relations, and Islamic activities and regulations. Additionally, the store also applies Islamic leadership principles, such as mobilizing followers, developing followers, and organizing followers.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a design of goals and objectives in the field of marketing, which contains directions related to activities that will be carried out in order to realize a company's marketing objectives. In the marketing mix, there are the most appropriate marketing tools which are usually referred to as the 7Ps, these terms include (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process). The next theory used in this research is the theory of Islamic business ethics, which is an activity or series of business activities that refers to Islamic principles and has the aim of remembering Allah SWT in the context of worship. The principles underlying Islamic business ethics include (unity, equilibrium, responsibility, benevolence, free will). The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe how the marketing strategies implemented by accommodation are viewed from Islamic business ethics. The research method used is qualitative research with the type of field research. The results of this research are qualitative research with a descriptive approach, where data is collected through documentation, interviews and observations and then analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques. This research produces a marketing strategy concept that is in accordance with the 7P concept, which has been adapted to sharia provisions. This research can also be a basis for sharia lodging businesses in accordance with Islamic sharia.

Abstract

Post-Covid-19 pandemic, SME actors have started to recover from their setbacks and strive to regain their position as a leading sector in advancing the economy. In this research, the Muhammadiyah Zakat, Infaq, and Sedekah Charity Institution (LAZISMU) in Ponorogo was chosen as the research site due to its empowerment activities for SMEs through its Empowerment of SMEs program using infak funds. This study aims to determine the strategies employed by LAZISMU Ponorogo in utilizing infak funds for the Empowerment of SMEs program, as well as to identify obstacles and propose solutions to address these issues. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, analyzed using the SWOT analysis method. Ultimately, the researcher found that LAZISMU Ponorogo employs the following strategies to empower SMEs: 1) identifying SME potentials, 2) planning program creation, 3) program implementation, and 4) program supervision. Some challenges encountered in the implementation of the SME Empowerment program include: 1) the absence of standardized Operating Procedures (SOP) guidelines, 2) the lack of a specific program division, 3) fundraising that has not reached the target, and 4) the selection stage of prospective recipients. Solutions proposed are: 1) establishing standardized guidelines or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), 2) creating a specific division for the SME Empowerment program, 3) conducting public awareness campaigns and collaborating with a wider audience, and 4) being selective in choosing prospective recipients.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the SWOT analysis of the potential for Hajj Fund Development in Indonesia using the NVivo approach. This research uses qualitative methodology with Nvivo approach and literature review. "Data analysis techniques include: (1) mapping the number of news article codes based on SWOT analysis, namely (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), around the "Hajj Fund" using NVivo 14 software; (2) mapping the results of visualization with hierarchical diagrams and testing the correlation of relationships between media articles using SWOT Analysis; (3) map the research topic with Worldcloud or a collection of words that are often discussed in media articles; and (4) Testing the significant value between media articles to determine the magnitude or size of a correlation around the topic of "Hajj Fund". The results of this study show that the topics that are often discussed in media articles about the Hajj Fund are challenges and opportunities. While topics that are rarely discussed by media articles regarding the Hajj Fund are weaknesses and strengths. The implications of this study show that the SWOT study and the resulting Literature Review become recommendations for improving Hajj fund management in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the problem of whether there is an influence of religious understanding on public interest in Islamic Financial Institutions. This type of research is Quantitative research. Primary data were collected with a closed questionnaire with a liket scale. The number of respondents used was 399 respondents who were spread proportionally with the Cluster Sampling Technique. The data is then analyzed using statistical methods starting with conducting validity tests, reality tests, linearity tests, normality tests then determining regression models, T tests and Determination Coefficient Tests. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of religious understanding variables on public interest. This is indicated by the calculated T value of 27.709 and the Sig. value of 0.000. So that the value of t is calculated > t table which is 27.709 > 1.649 and the value of Sig. which is 0.000 < 0.05. The amount of influence of this religious understanding variable was obtained by 64.5% while the remaining 35.5% was influenced by other variables. The results of this study help financial industry stakeholders to continue to improve socialization and community literacy in Islamic finance. The results of this research are also a strong basis for strengthening cooperation between stakeholders in the Islamic finance industry and religious leaders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk dan penggunaan media sosial baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah UD. Ridho Ilahi di Desa Suci Kecamatan Manyar Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi pelanggan UD. Ridho Ilahi kurang lebih 100 orang, dengan menggunakan incidental sampling diperoleh 78 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan teknik regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi, uji t parsial, uji F simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkanhasil analisis korelasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian, dan hubungan yang sangat kuat antara penggunaan media sosial dengan keputusan pembelian. Dari Uji t secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan penggunaan media sosial secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian didapatkan thitung yang lebih besar dari ttabel pada variabel kualitas produk. Penelitian ini memberikan memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana kualitas produk dan penggunaan media sosial dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif dalam konteks pemasaran Islami, serta bagaimana nilai-nilai Islam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen.
