Abstract

The focus of this study is to see how leadership affects how effective teamwork decision-making is. Effective leadership is essential to achieving common goals in dynamic and competitive organizations. This study uses a descriptive-correlational approach and a quantitative survey. Respondents are work teams from various organizations. The results of the study indicate that participative leadership style affects decision quality, time efficiency, and team satisfaction. Leaders who are able to communicate well, manage conflict, and set clear goals have the ability to create an environment that encourages creativity and cooperation. To improve the decision-making process in work teams, this study suggests a more participative leadership style and improved communication skills.

Abstract

Penerapan teori pengambilan keputusan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas proses pendidikan. Dengan memahami dan menerapkan teori ini, pendidik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan, keterlibatan siswa, dan kualitas manajemen pendidikan. Di sisi lain, penguasaan teori ini juga akan membantu para pendidik dan pengambil kebijakan mengatasi tantangan kontemporer seperti perubahan teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Pendekatan yang sistematis dan kolaboratif membantu kita membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan. Mengingat tantangan-tantangan ini, penting bagi para pendidik untuk lebih mengembangkan pemahaman mereka tentang teori keputusan dan menerapkannya dalam praktik sehari-hari. Dengan cara ini, kami tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, namun juga mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global di masa depan. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan tidak hanya sekedar alat untuk memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan, tetapi juga sarana pembentukan kepribadian dan sikap peserta didik terhadap dunia yang selalu berubah.

Abstract

Naturalisasi pemain sepak bola oleh PSSI telah menimbulkan beragam opini publik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kebijakan tersebut serta dampaknya terhadap prestasi Tim Nasional Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring kepada 300 responden memiliki minat pada sepak bola nasional. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data sekunder yang relevan untuk memperkuat analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mendukung kebijakan naturalisasi, terutama karena dianggap mampu meningkatkan pengalaman dan daya saing internasional Timnas. Namun, terdapat kritik terkait potensi pengurangan kesempatan bagi pemain lokal. Meskipun demikian, opini publik cenderung terpolarisasi antara kebutuhan jangka pendek dan pembangunan jangka panjang dalam sepak bola nasional. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan strategis bagi PSSI dalam mengevaluasi kebijakan naturalisasi agar lebih sejalan dengan harapan masyarakat, sembari tetap memperhatikan pengembangan pemain lokal untuk keberlanjutan prestasi Timnas Indonesia.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan dasar manusia. Dengan bertambahnya populasi, permintaan akan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas semakin meningkat, didorong oleh ekspektasi masyarakat yang lebih tinggi sehingga mereka menjadi lebih selektif dalam memilih fasilitas kesehatan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini dilakukan di RS dr. Iqbali Taufan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas dan pelayanan terhadap pemilihan layanan kesehatan. Jadwal terstruktur selama dua minggu disusun untuk memastikan pelaksanaan penelitian berjalan lancar. Teknik random sampling digunakan untuk mengurangi bias dan memastikan data yang representatif, dengan ukuran sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kepercayaan 55% (Z= 0,81).Tarif merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pemilihan rumah sakit, meskipun telah diatur sesuai kebijakan. Pemantauan rutin terhadap fasilitas dan kepatuhan pada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dilakukan untuk memastikan layanan berkualitas tinggi, dengan fokus pada standar prosedur dan waktu pelayanan maksimal.

Abstract

In the rapidly changing defense and security environment, integrating technology into defense bureaucracies presents significant challenges. This study examines these challenges and explores strategies to overcome them, focusing on leadership practices and decentralization to improve efficiency. Utilizing qualitative methods and secondary data, including policy documents and expert analysis, the research identifies key obstacles such as institutional resistance, digital illiteracy, outdated infrastructure, and cybersecurity risks. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering a culture of innovation, upgrading infrastructure, and implementing strong cybersecurity measures. Transformational leadership is highlighted as crucial for driving bureaucratic change and overcoming resistance. Decentralization is also vital, enhancing decision-making by empowering lower-level managers. Effective decentralization requires clear guidelines, communication channels, and technology investments. The findings stress the need for continuous reform and strategic investments to ensure defense bureaucracies are aligned with modern technological demands.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the existence of the local public broadcasting institution Radio Irama Fm in the midst of digital transformation in the distribution of public information. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique used in this research is inductive using phenomenological procedures (Moleong, 2014). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) indicators of organizational goals have been determined at the local public broadcasting institution Irama Fm radio, to achieve existence in the midst of a rapidly growing digitalization stream; 2) this leadership is a character possessed by each leader which will have a direct impact on the existence and progress of an organization. The pattern of relationship between superiors and subordinates will affect harmonization and create a sense of kinship in an organization. 3) at LPPL Radio Irama Fm there is a clear organizational structure for the division of labor, although in some time there has been a change in leadership. This is an innovative effort to maintain the existence of LPPL Radio Irama Fm amidst the current digital transformation. 4) The responsibility has been firmly held by all employees at LPPL Radio Irama Fm to maintain existence in the midst of the digitalization era, even though there are still obstacles that arise in the field

Abstract

This article analyzes the significance of key national development strategies that have played a crucial role in shaping Uzbekistan’s state policy, namely the “2017-2021 Action Strategy,” the “2022-2026 Development Strategy,” and the “Uzbekistan – 2030 Strategy.” The study examines how these strategies contribute to democratic development, judicial and legal reforms, economic growth, and social progress. Additionally, the article highlights the principles of “transparency and accountability in governance, the protection of human rights, the eradication of forced labor, and the outcomes of judicial reforms.” These development plans create foundations to establish New Uzbekistan, elevated public welfare, and efficient state administration through progressive reform initiatives.

Abstract

The General Election Commission (KPU) as one of the organizers of the general election, has strategic and tactical duties. This is in accordance with Article 2 of Law number 7 of 2017 concerning general elections. The General Election Commission (KPU) Karanganyar is the election organizer based in Karanganyar Regency. As the election organizer, the General Election Commission (KPU) Karanganyar is tasked with conducting elections and regional head elections based on the provisions regulated by law. This research aims to describe the role of the Karanganyar General Election Commission in increasing voter participation in the 2024 presidential, vice-presidential, and legislative elections. This research method is qualitative. In this research, the technique used for selecting informants is purposive, which falls under the category of non-probability sampling. The researchers considered using this technique because the informants have a capacity for information mastery and careful consideration of the research focus. The collected data will then be analyzed using interactive analysis techniques. The role of the Regulator is carried out through various regulations used by the General Election Commission of Karanganyar Regency to enhance public participation in exercising their voting rights in the 2024 presidential and legislative elections. These regulations are included in the General Election Law, the Decision of the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU RI), and the Regulations of the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU RI).The role of the Facilitator is carried out through the Facilitation of the Karanganyar Regency General Election Commission in order to increase voter participation through the Student Council President Election (MILKOI). The General Election Commission (KPU) of Karanganyar Regency facilitated the organization of student council president elections in high schools and equivalent institutions in Karanganyar Regency. The role of the catalyst has been carried out by the General Election Commission (KPU) of Karanganyar Regency. The role of the catalyst includes organizing socialization for community groups about the stages of the general election, recruiting democracy volunteers, intensive communication with stakeholders, and optimizing the recruitment of Ad Hoc bodies based on socialization to the community and social media.

Abstract

In the following article the ideas of human development as a dilemma of postindustrial society are discussed from the viewpoint of recent tendencies in the region It has been argued that the development of human capital in Central Asia relied on important factors such as fair social policy, green development, nation building, use of resource-efficient technologies, consistency of spiritual and educational reforms, close neighborliness and the establishment of strategic cooperation. The article focuses on research based on the factors of human development that shape socio-economic approaches and its importance in social life, the role of cliodynamics and its importance in the development of human capital, in contrast to research in this direction.

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of archiving management from manual to digital systems at SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Dynamic Archiving Information System (SIKD) in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of archive management. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SIKD has a positive impact on archive management, including increasing accessibility, security, and time efficiency. However, there are several challenges such as the lack of trained human resources and adequate infrastructure. In conclusion, digital transformation in archiving management is very important to support smooth administration and decision making in the educational environment.
