Abstract

Nowadays, community service becoming essentials in education, but these activities are done manually, as each institution had to find communities and sponsors before opening a class. To support these activities we are analyzing and designing an E-Community Development system to help communities, institutions and also lecturers in completing their responsibilities. Using this system, all registered communities, institutions and lecturers in Indonesia can communicate with each other using a web-based system.  We hope the presence of this application can cut down the process of opening a community service class. The method used in analyzing and designing the system are by problem identification, literature study, goal specification, data collection, analysis and data interpretation, and evaluation and report.

Abstract

Information Technology has provided an important role as a communication medium to support the business processes of industry / companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. One form of utilization of information technology is as a media Decision support system (DSS) that can be used to assist decision-making for a leader. Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation. The system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured situations and structured situations, where nobody knows exactly how decisions should be made. At this time the process of employee selection on the PNC is still done conventionally, causing several problems, among others: 1)Often miscalculated value skors, 2)Factors like and dislike very high, 3)Sometimes the leadership has difficulty when determining the right employee to be accepted based on predetermined criteria. Looking at the existing problems, it is necessary to develop Decision Support System (Decision Support System) that can help the leadership of Cilacap State Polytechnic to determine the result of new Employee selection in Cilacap State Polytechnic environment based on predetermined criteria. The system was developed using the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) ". The assessment standards used include: completeness of administrative documents, Skor of Basic Field, English Test, Competence Testing of Theory Field, Competence Test of Practice Field, and interview test which is given the weight of each value. Assessment results are sorted from the highest to the lowest. With this system, the decisions that the leader's lead becomes appropriate and potential.

Abstract

Website ini adalah sebuah situs yang berisi kumpulan informasi. Informasi merupakan hasilpengolahan data yang disajikan sedemikian rupa agar dapat memberi arti atau persepsi tertentu kepadapara pembacanya. Dalam penyampaian informasi di Polres Brebes dengan menggunakan websitesekarang ini kurang lengkap, jelas, terperinci. Untuk itu perlu mengembangkan website yang sudah adamenjadi sebuah website yang dibutuhkan masyarakat Brebes sekarang ini agar masyarakat Brebes dalammencari informasi Polres Brebes lebih lengkap, jelas dan terperinci. Ketergantungan manusia terhadapinformasi, maka kualitas informasi harus ditingkatkan. Beberapa faktor penentu kualitas informasi adalahkeakuratan, ketepatan waktu, relevansi dan kemudahan untuk memperolehnya. Harapannya, website inidapat membantu pihak Polres Brebes dalam menyampaikan informasi dan membantu masyarakat dalammencari informasi mengenai Polres Brebes tanpa harus mendatanginya.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi website, Sistem Informasi berbasis web.

Abstract

The difficulty of sentiment classification on this big data can be overcome using deep learning. Before the deep learning training and testing process is carried out, a word features extraction process is needed. Word2Vec as a word features extraction is often used in sentiment classification pre-training because it can capture the semantic meaning of the text by representing a similar vector for each word that has a close meaning. Word2Vec has three parameters that affect the model learning process namely architecture, evaluation method, and dimensions. This study aims to determine the effect of each Word2Vec parameter on deep learning performance in sentiment classification. The accuracy results of the deep learning model were evaluated to determine the effect of the Word2Vec parameter. The results of this study indicate that the three Word2Vec parameters have an influence on the performance of the deep learning model in sentiment classification. The combination of Word2Vec parameters that produces the highest average accuracy include CBOW (Continuous Bag of Word) architecture, Hierarchical Softmax evaluation method, and a dimension of 100. CBOW produces better performance, because it has slightly better accuracy for words that often appear and in this research dataset there are many words that often appear. Hierarchical Softmax shows better results because it uses a binary tree model which makes words that occur rarely will inherit the vector representation above them. The dimension with a value of 100 produces better accuracy because it is in line with the number of datasets of 10,000 reviews.

Abstract

To find out about how complex and useful a software is, a measurement needs to be done toward the software itself to found its complexity and its usefulness. From few methods that used for measuring a software, Function Point Analysis is most popular method to do the measurement, which measures a software from its functionality. From this research, three factors that very decisive were calculated, those are Crude Function Points (CFP), Relative Complexity Adjustment Factor (RCAF), and the Function Point (FP) calculation itself. This software measurement marks its end of the research at the point of doing a single transaction with the application. The results that came out with the calculation are Crude Function Points (CFP) with 183, Relative Complexity Adjustment Factor (RCAF) with 31, and the Function Point (FP) itself with 175.86, which shows that this web-based application is quite complex.

Abstract

Lack of information about the posision of a place and find the best route to get to a destination is complicated, especially looking for a route in finding a parking space. Unavailability of applications that provide information and navigate parking users to find the best route in realtime is a problem that must be answered. Dijkstra's algorithm is one method of solving problems in finding the best route. The Dijkstra algorithm has compared the possible routes to be traversed and calculated every possible distance. The route with the shortest distance would be the best choice This application was built using an Android-based Geographic Information System that utilizes the Google Maps feature as a parking user interface service. This study uses the Java programming language with Android Studio as an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) and the prototyping model is used in developing problem solving and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system design tool. The results that have been achieved from this research is that Dijkstra's algorithm can answer the problem faced by providing the best route navigation from the user's location to the parking lot at the destination

Abstract

The scholarship is an educational aid that given to the student in a university. Scholarship are usually given to students, neither economically underprivileged students nor students who have great achievement in an academic field or non-academic field. Politeknik Harapan Bersama as one of education provider in higher education gives scholarships to their students. Scholarship that given to underprivileged students known as Student Learning Aid scholarship (BBM) and scholarships are given to students with academic achievement know as Potential Academic Improvement Scholarship (PPA). The aim of this research is to build decision support system of scholarship recipient using Weighted Product (WP) method. Decision-making system of scholarship receiver is still done by manual, so it takes long time in deciding scholarship receiver. The scholarship grantee decision support system using the Weight Product method is expected to select scholarship receiver automatically when the value for each criterion has been inputted in the system, so resulting in a ranking which calculated using Weight Product method. With this system, the decision making is more objective. The result of this system is the ranking of scholarship receiver candidate.

Abstract

Modernisasi perpajakan yang dilakukan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak merupakan wujud dari reformasi perpajakan yang telah dilakukan sejak tahun 2002. Dalam penerapannya, salah satu seksi pada KPP Pratama yaitu seksi Pemeriksaan dan Kepatuhan Internal (RIKI) menerapkan integrasi sistem dalam proses bisnisnya. Pemeriksaan pajak harus melewati tahapan proses dengan menggunakan administrasi surat-menyurat sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Penyelesaian kegiatan pemeriksaan pajak dengan tepat waktu menjadi indikator kedisiplinan kinerja suatu KPP Pratama yang dipertanggungjawabkan kepada Kementrian Keuangan setiap tahunnya. Dalam alur kerja, sering terjadi kerancuan dokumen dan terjadi kesalahpahaman antar tim fungsional pemeriksa karena dokumen tidak terdistribusi dengan baik. Karenanya dibutuhkan pengembangan groupware pada pengelolaan dan penjadwalan kegiatan pemeriksaan pajak agar terintegrasi. Melalui groupware, KPP Pratama (dengan menggunakan studi kasus KPP Pratama Malang Selatan) menerapkan workflow untuk mengontrol alur dokumen agar sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Aplikasi yang dibuat  dapat memfasilitasi tim fungsional pemeriksaan pajak untuk dapat bekerja sama antar tim dengan lebih baik, menyelesaikan pemeriksaan dengan efektif, tepat waktu serta efisien dengan pengintegrasian antara web pengelolaan dengan  aplikasi perkantoran (Microsoft Word) menggunakan XML Web Services

Abstract

Data yang dimiliki BPN berupa salinan sertifikat tanah sudah terhimpun di brankas penyimpanan pada setiap BPN daerah bertahun-tahun lamanya. Banyak kasus yang dapat membuat pajak yang seharusnya ditanggung oleh pemilik tanah bisa jadi tidak terbayarkan karena kurangnya pembaharuan data. Permasalahan ini adalah belum adanya pendigitalisasian data dengan baik. Kegiatan penelitian diawali dengan pengumpulan contoh beberapa salinan sertifikat tanah dari beberapa BPN daerah Brebes, kemudian dilakukan pra-pemrosesan data (pre-processing) dengan 3 tahapan yaitu scalling, greyscalling, dan binarization.  Metode yang digunakan menggunakan OCR dan CNN untuk mengekstraksi data yang diperoleh. Pengujian dilakukan di setiap halaman penting pada sertifikat. Halaman tersebut adalah bagian cover, pendaftaran pertama, surat ukur, kutipan dan daftar buku c. setiap halaman memiliki hasil ekstraksi data yang berbeda sesuai dengan pelabelan model yang sudah dilakukan. Rata-rata prosentase hasil kesesuaian sebesar 97,05%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa metode yang digunakan sudah sangat handal.

Abstract

Computer networks can improve the quality of communication; however, it also allows accessing data illegally. Unauthorized access to people’s data can cause harm. In order for the data to remain safe, the cryptographic algorithm encryption process is needed. Nevertheless, there is also a disadvantage of encryption which can lead to suspicions. To get rid of unnecessary suspicion, there is a need for steganography algorithms, and one way of making sure that it is hidden is by using the least significant bit method. This research uses a hybrid algorithm and the least significant bit technique. Hybrid algorithm models are used for better security before being concealed under the image, and the only way of doing that is by using least significant bit method. The types of image files used are PNG and JPG or JPEG. The success rate of this experiment is 100%, with eight tests that have been done with a maximum insertion of 5000 characters.
