Abstract

The resuscitation is an attempt to provide the oxygen the brain, heart and other important vital organs; through an action, which consist of heart massaging and guarantying the adequate of ventilation. Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is amount of infant mortality under 1 year per 1000 alive-nativity. The highest cause of infant mortality and children under-five year is prenatal disturbs and respiration system sickness, low-weight of newborn infant (BBLR), asphyxia on newborn infant, stiff and squeezed breath. This research is intended to identify the nurse’s knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart on neonates that facing emergency respiration. The kind of used research is descriptive, both population and sample in this research are whole nurses who work in Neonates Room that are for 15 people, which taken by sampling total technique. The result of this reseach that obtained is wherein the nurse’s knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart, it is whose having good knowledge for 9 nurses (60%) and whose having sufficient knowledge is for 6 nurses (40%). It is can be concluded that nurse’s knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart in Neonates Room is good. It is expected for whole nurses in order to more increase their knowledge about the resuscitation of lung-heart, and be active in participating of resuscitation training for better. This reseach, on the other hand, may motivate the student nurses in increasing both their capability and knowledge about the resuscitatiion

Abstract

This research is based on the results of initial observations which indicate that several safety incident problems will occur in the year 2022. The aim of this research is to reveal empirically the influence of leadership style and cognitive attitudes on patient safety culture with coordination as a moderator. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The population used is nurses who work in inpatient installations. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with perm = calculation of the number of samples using Slovin's formula with an error rate of 10%, so that a total sample of 64 respondents was found. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the analysis method uses three box method analysis and PLS-SEM with the help of the Smart-PLS program. The results of the analysis prove that leadership style, cognitive attitude and coordination simultaneously and partially influence patient safety culture, and cognitive attitude is the most dominant variable capable of improving patient safety culture. Coordination cannot moderate the influence of leadership style on patient safety culture, but coordination can weaken the influence of cognitive attitudes on patient safety culture.

Abstract

The postpartum period is the period a woman goes through, starting after giving birth to the products of conception (baby and placenta) and ending up to 6 weeks after giving birth. During the postpartum period, the reproductive organs will slowly experience changes to the state before pregnancy. This change in the reproductive organs is called involution. Postpartum care is needed during this period because it is a critical period for both mother and baby. It is estimated that 60% of maternal deaths due to pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of postpartum deaths occur within the first 24 hours. Postpartum care is carried out to reduce maternal mortality because the postpartum period is a critical period that needs monitoring. Results: Management of Midwifery Care for Mrs. D Physiological postpartum period with little breast milk, during monitoring no potential problems were found such as signs of mastitis, blocked breast milk, breast abscess and breast cancer. However, a little breast milk comes out because there is no stimulation by the way the baby breastfeeds the mother. Conclusion: From the case study after monitoring and analyzing data on mothers with complaints of little breast milk coming out at PMB Bd. Riyanti in 2024 monitoring of the postpartum period is running normally, vital signs are within normal limits and documentation and actions have been carried out on NY "D" with the result that no gaps were found between the theory and the cases obtained.

Abstract

Delivery using the caesarean section method is one of the JKN-KIS services which has experienced a significant increase in cases from year to year at Graha Sehat Probolinggo Hospital. The general tariff applied by the hospital is IDR 10,800,000, which is 206.15%, far above the INA CBGs tariff of IDR 5,238,800, making the hospital feel the need to carry out descriptive quantitative research using the ABC method and DD method. Then the unit cost results of the ABC method are compared with the INA-CBGs rates. The results of this research show that the unit cost of the ABC method is IDR 5,484,214, which is IDR 245,414 (4.68%) greater than the INA-CBGs tariff. The potential efficiency that can be achieved results in savings of IDR 665,295 so it is hoped that the unit cost of the ABC method will be IDR 4,818,919. IDR 419,881 (8.01%) smaller than the INA-CBGs tariff. The conclusion is that there is a negative difference between the unit costs of the ABC method and the DD method and the INA CBGs rates. Hospitals should submit a tariff review to BPJS, including a review of the provision of separate tariffs for baby handling costs. Apart from that, hospitals also need to make efficiencies by reducing length of stay, reviewing medical services, efficiency in laundry units and CSSD, speeding up RME, as well as efficiency in several other resources while still prioritizing patient safety

Abstract

Pregnancy caused by forced sexual intercourse is a very difficult issue for women, especially for Muslim women. Due to a lack of knowledge about the permissibility of abortion in the context of sexual violence with a focus on the implications of Islamic law, Muslim women as victims, their families, and medical professionals face difficulties in making informed decisions on this issue. The purpose of this article is to analyze the Islamic legal perspective on abortion in these circumstances and examine the legal protections available to victims of sexual violence. In addition, the article examines the characteristics of mothers and infants as living beings, with particular emphasis on the distinction between the right to life of the fetus and the right to health and well-being of the mother. The article provides suggestions for the harmonization of victim protection laws and policies using a multidisciplinary approach. It also provides recommendations for the harmonization of laws, victim protection policies, and the provision of comprehensive health services, to ensure a balance between justice and the protection of human rights.
