Abstract

Ibnu Rushd was an intellectual Muslim who was known as a rational figure in the Islamic tradition. In his understanding he emphasized the importance of reason and logic in understanding religion and that all aspects of religion must be resolved through the power of reason. Ibn Rushd's famous work, "Fasl al-Maqal" emphasizes that logic must be the basis for assessing truth. In this context, Ibn Rushd offers the importance of religious verses with reason and revelation. For him, logic is not only an analytical tool, but also a way to understand revelation in depth. In understanding religion, according to Ibnu Rushd, a person must learn to think logically. Although reason and logic are important aspects in solving occult and complex problems related to religion, Ibn Rushd also incorporates the principle of relationships (ittisal) in his thinking. He tried to find a harmonious relationship between religion and philosophy. According to him, studying philosophy has an important position in understanding the knowledge of God, namely philosophical activities that study and think about everything that exists (al-mawjudat). Ibn Rushd believes that al-mawjudat, as a product of creation, is an indication of the existence of a Creator. The more we understand God's creation, the more perfect our knowledge of Him will be. Therefore, Ibn Rushd encouraged reflection and contemplation about al-mawjudat, and he assumed that studying philosophy was an obligation and command given through revelation. Thus, Ibn Rushd's approach to philosophy emphasizes the importance of combining reason and revelation, where logic is used as an instrument to understand and comprehend religious teachings in more depth

Abstract

Over time, almost all in Indonesia have developed various teaching methods, especially in Arabic-Malay subjects. With the method It is hoped that students can more easily understand what is conveyed by Ustadz / Ustadzah during learning activities. Therefore, This study aims to describe the Arabic-Malay teaching methods in aceh. This is the formula the problem in this thesis is what method is used by Ustadz/Ustadzah on Malay Arabic subjects in Aceh, what are the obstacles to using teaching methods in Arabic Malay subjects in Aceh and how it is affected application of teaching methods to Arabic-Malay subjects in = Aceh. This research is research qualitative descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained that the method used by Ustadz/Ustadzah in Malay Arabic subjects in Aceh is a method of question and answer, discussion, talaqqi, and giving task. Meanwhile, the obstacle often experienced by Ustadz/Ustadzah in Aceh lies in the students who are not yet able to do so Recite. The effect of applying the method is very good, that is can be seen in the high enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the students towards learning Malay Arabic Book.

Abstract

In Islam, the concept of morality, or moral and ethical character, occupies a central position in the teachings of Islam. The concept of moral education in Islam not only emphasizes the aspects of ritual worship, but also emphasises the importance of behavior and attitudes that reflect moral values. In Islamic view, akhlak is a strong foundation for guiding individuals in living everyday life and interacting with fellow human beings. Abstract

This research aims to identify the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the independent curriculum in Bireuen Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. The research method employed in this study is a survey method, where information is collected from respondents using a questionnaire through Google Forms. The data collected in this study is sourced from Islamic Education teachers (PAI) at the elementary (SD/MI), junior high (SMP/MTs), and senior high (SMA/MA) levels in Bireuen Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is a descriptive method. Based on the results of the conducted research, it was found that the obstacles faced by teachers in Bireuen Regency in the implementation of the independent curriculum include a lack of experience with independent learning, limited references, access constraints in teaching, time management, inadequate competencies (skills), mindset changes, insufficient support and training, as well as evaluation and assessment issues

Abstract

The results of the study show 1) the role of the head of the madrasa as an educator advises and encourages teachers to improve professional competence through further education, workshops, seminars, upgrading and training. The madrasa head guides teachers, encourages teachers to improve their skills in science and technology and becomes a good role model for all madrasa residents; 2) Teacher professional competence at MBI Amanatul Ummah. The teacher understands his obligation to be a good teacher or not at all. Many teachers have been certified, then received many awards from within and from outside, and the last education of many teachers is S2 and S3; 3) The obstacles are the distance between the teacher's house and the madrasa, the many teacher activities, and limited time due to the dense student activities. Meanwhile, those who support madrasa heads facilitate transportation, activities related to increasing teacher professional competence. In general, smart students. As well as giving prizes to the best teachers.

Abstract

After more than one year of education in Indonesia implementing learning in a waydaring it turns out that this has a negative impact on students. The students lose their enthusiasm for learning, lose their discipline, and even lose the responsibility for school assignments that are usually done by parents so that in the end it is the parents themselves who have difficulty measuring their children's learning outcomes. Therefore, the central government decided to carry out face-to-face learning (PTM) or offline learning. The method used in this research is methodmix methods namely a method that combines quantitative research and qualitative research. The approach in this study uses the approach methodSequential Explanatory Designs namely according to Sugiyono the combined research method combines quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially, where in the first stage the research is carried out using quantitative methods, namely searching for data which will then be analyzed using SWOT analysis and in the second stage it is carried out with qualitative methods using interview methods. The results of this study show the value of IFAS and EFAS in each lesson, namely 3.22, 2.68, 2.65 and 3.27. The results of qualitative research in this study show that in online learning students of class VIII SMP Mataram Kasihan show adaptations that are not appropriate or not optimal, this results in a decrease in the value of learning outcomes obtained by students. Whereas in offline learning the students of Mataram Kasihan Middle School showed a positive attitude in the form of enthusiasm, joy, joy, enthusiasm and like new motivation that had returned when offline learning had been carried out.

Abstract

His article aims to explain the Islamic view of the wedding tradition in the Manoe Pucok ceremony procession. This research is a field research, using an anthropological approach. In this study, researchers used qualitative data analysis techniques with descriptive methods. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the Islamic view of the marriage tradition in the Manoe Pucok ceremony if it is carried out in an appropriate manner and does not conflict with sharia law, the teachings of Islam allow it. The values contained in the implementation of this tradition are an expression that symbolizes self-cleansing before starting a new life. Manoe Pucok is an event that bathes the bride and groom the day before the wedding. Therefore, Manoe Pucok has become a culture for the people of Aceh as it is today. A wise saying in the maja hadith states "Mate aneuk meupat jeurat, gadoeh adat pat tamita", the meaning of these words is: if a child dies, know where the grave is.

Abstract

Waarmerking is a private deed that has previously been made and signed by the parties because the deed was made by the parties themselves without the intervention of a Notary. A deed must have legal force and certainty of date, so that to have certainty of date the parties must register the private deed at the Notary's office, namely by making the date of registration of the private deed in a special book provided by the Notary. The reality is that currently the implementation of private letters registered by a notary has many problems, many people misunderstand, private letters registered by a notary do not have a clear legal basis. Apart from that, there are also weaknesses in private letters that are registered with a Notary, where the Notary does not know the contents of the private letter and the letter is not intended to commit a particular crime. The notary only has the authority to register the letter without seeing or asking for clear information regarding the contents of the letter. This research uses normative legal research methods. Data sources come from laws and various literature such as books related to research. The research results show that the Notary's responsibility for the waarmerking deed is only limited to providing certainty of the date, namely the date of registration of the private deed in a special book. Meanwhile, regarding the legal strength of the waarmerking deed, it can provide evidentiary strength in court trials because the deed provides certainty for the judge regarding the date, identity and signature of the parties concerned.

Abstract

The problem of this research is what is the general description of MIN 9 Bireuen, what is the theoretical basis of the independent curriculum and what are the principles of independent doctrine in class IV A fiqh subjects. This research aims to find out the general description of MIN 9 Bireuen, to find out the theoretical basis of the independent curriculum, and To find out the application of the independent curriculum in class IV A Fiqh subjects. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. In the data collection process, the author used observation, interview and documentation techniques. In analyzing the data the author carried out three stages, namely reduction, display and verification. Research results: First, MIN 9 Bireuen is located on Jalan Pulo Siron Number 3, Dayah Mesjid Village, Kutablang District. Second, freedom to learn is the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The Independent Curriculum is implemented with the aim of training students' independence in thinking. Independent learning prioritizes students' interests and talents which can foster creative and fun attitudes in students. Third, independent curriculum planning is carried out by sending teachers to take part in technical guidance training both online and in person, then preparing learning tools so that learning can run optimally. One way of implementing an independent curriculum in learning is using differentiated learning and assessment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the use of media in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, while the method used in this research is a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that the use of learning media can increase students' understanding and arouse students' enthusiasm and interest in participating in the learning process. Furthermore, the use of learning media ensures diversity and variety of learning methods, thereby enabling students to gain a more comprehensive understanding. In implementing media-based learning activities, Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen Regency face several obstacles such as limited resources, technical skills, training support, and creativity development. Solutions that can be taken to overcome these obstacles include improving facilities, training teachers in learning technology, and encouraging teacher creativity by using available media so that the teaching and learning process becomes more effective and interesting.
