Abstract

The results of the research that has been done show that with the Minu Miftahul Falah teacher certification policy in Tegal Kidul, Pasuruan, teachers respond positively to this policy. There are six teachers who have obtained certification from 2011 to 2023. The motivation is to improve work ability in order to improve the quality of education in the MI where the teacher serves. Teachers Minu Miftahul Falah Tegal Kidul, Pasuruan generally have a good understanding of teacher professionalism, the characteristics of professional teachers, and have good efforts to improve teacher professionalism. The level of professionalism of certified teachers is high. The certification policy for Minu Miftahul Falah teachers in Tegal Kidul, Pasuruan has had a positive impact on increasing teacher professionalism. This is shown by the teacher's ability to carry out tasks accompanied by high discipline and responsibility and continue to strive to improve the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the directive supervision approach to enhance teacher professionalism at MI Nurul Jadid. The research methods used are literature review and in-depth interviews with the school principal and teachers. The research results show that the directive supervision approach is able to provide concrete guidance to teachers, thereby enhancing their professional competence. This approach involves steps such as providing direct guidance, conducting evaluations, and offering guidance tailored to the specific needs of teachers. Although effective, this approach has limitations, such as the lack of development of teacher creativity. The implications of this study indicate the need for the development of an adaptive and integrative supervision model.

Abstract

The teams-games-tournaments technique used in this study is based on the students’ difficulty in the master of speaking skill. This technique aims to involve students’ speaking skill in their real life situation. The objective of this study is to investigate the students’ in the master after they practice speaking through teams-games-tournaments technique. In order to address issue, this study employed two groups as the sample classified into the experimental and control group. The experimental group was taught by using teams-games-tournaments technique, while the control group was taught by using traditional technique. In collecting the data, the test was used, and then the procedures in the collecting the data was experimental study. The research findings show that the mean score of the post-test of the experimental group, 79, is higher than that of the control group 53. Furthermore, the result of Z-score reveals that the score of experimental group is higher than that in the control group. The data indicates that the students taught by using teams-games-tournaments technique significantly achieved better score in speaking than those taught by using traditional technique.

Abstract

The people of Aceh celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW every year. This fact raises the question, whether the Prophet's birthday. as a Shari'a or a form of culture? These two questions prompted the author to research the Prophet Muhammad's birthday tradition, which was pursued through library research. This research was conducted by exploring Islamic views on the existence of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday (normative). The history and cultural optics of Islam in Aceh and in Arabia, especially those related to the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, are also the objects of research in this research. This research uses secondary data made from primary law in the form of the Koran and Hadith and secondary data made from secondary law in the form of works by legal experts. The works of cultural experts and enlycopedias provide complementary data. The results of the research concluded that the celebration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad saw was one of the Islamic cultures created by Muslims in the 4th/10th century AD which aimed to strengthen the love of Muslims for the Prophet Muhammad. and also as a medium for concern and friendship with fellow Muslims as a manifestation of the Muslim community's gratitude to Allah SWT. Birthday of the Prophet SAW. is the result of ijtihad, so its position as the second source of religious teachings as reported by Harun Nasution is teachings that originate from the explanations and thoughts of religious leaders or experts where the criteria are not absolute, and can be changed according to current developments. Meanwhile, the first teaching is a revelation from God, is absolute, absolutely true, eternal, unchanging and cannot be changed (shari'a).

Abstract

The problem of this research is how the form of integration and implications of the Islamic boarding school education system through madrasas at Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school. This study aims to determine the form of integration and its implications for the Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school education system through the madrasas that were established therein. This study used a qualitative method, namely field research. The research findings inform: the forms of integration of the Darussa'adah Cot Tarom Baroh Islamic boarding school education system through Madrasahs are the integration of religious and general knowledge, integration of formal and non-formal curricula, and integration of extracurricular activities. Then the implications of this integration are in the learning and quality of students. The implications for learning can be proven by the advancement of Islamic boarding schools, Islamic boarding schools are able to develop the curriculum and the potential of students from the addition of the madrasah learning curriculum. While the implications for the quality of the students can be proven by the achievements of the students, both in learning and competitions, and can also be seen from the spiritual attitude of the students.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how are the obstacles and management solutions for facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school. This study aims to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school and to find out the obstacles and solutions for the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school. This study uses a field research approach (Field Research), namely data collection is carried out in the field. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative research. In the data collection process, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation methods found at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putri Islamic boarding school. In analyzing the data, the researcher used the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models which included data reduction, display data, conclusion drawing/verification data. The research findings inform: That the obstacles to management of facilities and infrastructure at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putrin dayah are lack of funds, lack of human resource capabilities, and limited facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning process. And the solutions for management of facilities and infrastructure at the Tauthiatuth Thullab Arongan Putrin Islamic boarding school are: (1) analyzing the needs of the Islamic boarding school by having a lot of deliberations with the teachers in the Islamic boarding school so that future HR capabilities are given more attention and these facilities and infrastructure are useful and beneficial for the Islamic boarding school in supporting the learning process. (2) identify the needs of the dayah either through direct control or through input and reports received from staff, teachers and students.

Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini banyak muncul program menghafal Al-Qur’an yang diterapkan di pesantren, namun belum memiliki formula yang tepat dalam menerapkan program tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam tentang penerapan teori operant conditioning untuk meningkatkan motivasi menghafal Al-Qur’an santri di LPTQ Darul Imam Masjid Agung Sidrap. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan sumber data pimpinan, para badal (guru) dan santri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara selanjutnya akan dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santri di LPTQ Darul Imam Masjid Agung Sidrap menghafal Al-Qur’an setiap hari mulai dari setelah solat subuh, setelah dhuha, setelah ashar, dan setelah isya. Metode menghafal yang diterapkan adalah metode menghafal Ziyadah dan Murajaah. Teori operant conditioning yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi menghafal santri adalah memberikan reward dan punishment.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the psychological impact of divorce on children. This type of research is qualitative using library and field methods. Research findings indicate: First, the impact of divorce, which has many negative effects on children's psychological development, can affect all aspects of children's psychological development, starting from intellectual aspects, social aspects, language aspects, moral and religious aspects. Therefore, it can be minimized with various efforts from both parties who have divorced. Starting from strengthening children's spirituality, both before and after divorce. This can make children have strong personalities, understand Islamic law and be able to control themselves according to the provisions of the law. Second, communicate well with children, chat, discuss and help solve the problems the children are facing. Third, pay attention to the living environment in which the child lives after divorce, whether at the father's or mother's house, at his grandmother's house, at school and in his play environment. By giving them attention and opportunities to interact well, express their opinions and take part in various daily activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of the Islamic Montessori method in instilling Islamic values ​​in children at RA Tunas Literasi. This research uses objects consisting of 7 teachers, with 5 questions. The research design of this study is qualitative research which uses observation checklists, interviews, and recording as instruments for collecting data. This research data analysis used a qualitative method which consists of several steps, namely collecting, coding, organizing, and interpreting data. The findings show that based on the results of observations and interviews, the conclusion of the analysis of the use of the Islamic Montessori method in instilling Islamic values ​​in children is as follows: it is very important to instill Islamic values ​​from an early age in children as a foundation in living life, by using the Islamic Montessori method children are more It is easy to understand Islamic values ​​by using the principles of the Montessori method, namely, experiential learning process, prepared environment, and peace education. The advantages of the Islamic Montessori method: it makes children more creative, and independent, and makes learning fun. Disadvantages: costs will be higher, and classrooms will be inadequate

Abstract

Attractive and promising promotions can attract customers' interest in using a product. Apart from promotions, there is another thing that really influences customers' interest in saving, namely service quality, because good service can make customers comfortable and feel safe in using the bank's products. So the author is interested in conducting further research on the influence and quality of service on interest. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence promotions and service quality influence customers' interest in saving at Bank Aceh Syariah Bireuen Branch. The type of research used is quantitative research. The hypotheses in this research are promotion, service quality, and customer interest in saving. Based on the results of research carried out through the data collection stage by distributing questionnaires to 52 customers with various statements and questions and tested using the SPSS version 25 application. It can be concluded that in the t test coefficient table (partial) it can be seen that the calculated t value of the promotion variable is 2.258 > 2.009, and the significance value is 0.026 < 0.05. then a decision can be taken that the promotion variable (X1) has a positive effect on customers' interest in saving.
