Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the use of media in learning Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, while the method used in this research is a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that the use of learning media can increase students' understanding and arouse students' enthusiasm and interest in participating in the learning process. Furthermore, the use of learning media ensures diversity and variety of learning methods, thereby enabling students to gain a more comprehensive understanding. In implementing media-based learning activities, Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen Regency face several obstacles such as limited resources, technical skills, training support, and creativity development. Solutions that can be taken to overcome these obstacles include improving facilities, training teachers in learning technology, and encouraging teacher creativity by using available media so that the teaching and learning process becomes more effective and interesting.

Abstract

Good education is a key factor in the development of a country's society and economy. The teaching profession has a central role in providing quality education to the younger generation, preparing them to face future challenges through the teacher professional education program (PPG). This research aims to analyze more deeply regarding assessment or measurement in the teacher professional education program (PPG), especially for those in position. The research method uses a literature review with data sources in the form of books and journal articles and continues using content analysis techniques at the end with the validity of the data using a credibility test using a check and recheck system. The results of the discussion show that assessing or measuring PPGDJ students can be carried out using the material deepening stage, workshops, field experience practice, knowledge test, and finally performance test. There are four teacher competencies in law, namely pedagogical competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence.

Abstract

Article 9 paragraph (1) letter a of Law No. 30 of 2004 combined with Law No. 2 of 2014 regarding the functions of notaries when the notary is temporarily dismissed due to “bankruptcy proceedings or postponement "obligation" repayment, according to this regulation, for a notary who is in bankruptcy proceedings or has delayed payments, that notary  will only be temporarily suspended  until there is a court decision. permanent legal effect. This study addresses the legal situation of a notary who was temporarily suspended by the MPD due to  bankruptcy proceedings and the effect of the statute brought by the notary in bankruptcy proceedings. The research method used is normative research, using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a case approach, using secondary data that will be analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the legal status of notaries  temporarily suspended by the MPD due to  bankruptcy proceedings, unable to exercise their  notary rights, and the validity of documents drawn up by notaries during the process. Bankruptcy is not valid.

Abstract

The quality of a country's education is determined by the quality of its educators. Teachers who provide primary, secondary and early childhood education must have competencies and qualifications that are in accordance with national education standards. The Pre-Service Teacher Professional Education Program is an innovative program to prepare prospective certified teachers at SDN 1 Patalan Bantul. Educational requirements for teachers include a minimum of a bachelor's degree and must have educator certification obtained through an accredited program. After being certified by the Teacher Professional Education and Training Program, the entire certification process is carried out by Teacher Professional Education. This research uses a qualitative approach using library research methods to investigate how teacher training policies in Indonesia meet the needs of professional teachers

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam dunia pembelajaran pastinya selalu ada begitu pula Ketika muncul suatu masalah pasti ada solusi untuk mengatasinya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi yang ada dalam penyampaian pembelajaran Pendidikan Agma Islam di TK Bhinneka II Nogosari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian di TK Bhinneka II Nogosari menunjukan bahwasannya pembelajaran Pendidikan agama islam disana sudah sangatlah baik. Namun, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang muncul dalam proses penyampaian pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam baik secara offline maupun online di TK Bhinneka II Nogosari. Salah satu yang menjadi faktor utama adalah rasa jenuh dan malas yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut guru memiliki beberapa solusi tersendiri. Yaitu dengan cara melakukan sebuah pendekatan yang lebih kepada peserta didik tersebut. Dan juga mengajak orang tua dari peserta didik tersebut untuk lebih berperan aktif ketika dalam mendampingi peserta didik belajar dirumah.

Abstract

The problem of this research is what is the general description of MIN 9 Bireuen, what is the theoretical basis of the independent curriculum and what are the principles of independent doctrine in class IV A fiqh subjects. This research aims to find out the general description of MIN 9 Bireuen, to find out the theoretical basis of the independent curriculum, and To find out the application of the independent curriculum in class IV A Fiqh subjects. This type of research is field research using a qualitative approach. In the data collection process, the author used observation, interview and documentation techniques. In analyzing the data the author carried out three stages, namely reduction, display and verification. Research results: First, MIN 9 Bireuen is located on Jalan Pulo Siron Number 3, Dayah Mesjid Village, Kutablang District. Second, freedom to learn is the policy of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. The Independent Curriculum is implemented with the aim of training students' independence in thinking. Independent learning prioritizes students' interests and talents which can foster creative and fun attitudes in students. Third, independent curriculum planning is carried out by sending teachers to take part in technical guidance training both online and in person, then preparing learning tools so that learning can run optimally. One way of implementing an independent curriculum in learning is using differentiated learning and assessment.

Abstract

The problem of the executorial power in the Judicial Review Decision Number 78PK/TUN/2019 is that the execution process was not carried out in the revocation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry's Decree in the Sekaroh Forest area on land owned by the applicant. The issue discussed is the executorial power of the Supreme Court's decision in forcing the parties to carry out the decision's order. This research is normative legal research with a case approach that examines Supreme Court Judicial Review decisions which have permanent legal force and a statutory approach.. As a result of the discussion and research carried out, it can be concluded that the PTUN decision in the Supreme Court decision case Number 78 PK/TUN/2019 has not yet been implemented by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry as the losing party in the decision, so that the applicant for judicial review feels disadvantaged.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the independent curriculum in the Islamic Education (PAI) subject on students' morals at SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul. There are three main issues investigated in this research. First, how the independent curriculum is implemented in the PAI subject at SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul. Second, how the students' morals are at SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul. Third, to what extent the independent curriculum in the PAI subject influences the students' morals at SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul. The population of this study comprises 158 students from grades VII and VIII at SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul. Considering the population exceeds 100, the researcher used random sampling with the Slovin formula, resulting in a sample of 61 students. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data collection took place from January 29 to 30, 2024. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum in the PAI subject at SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul falls into the moderate category, and the students' morals are also in the moderate category. The influence of the independent curriculum in the PAI subject on students' morals is 27.5%, while 72.5% of moral development is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja guru Pendidikan Jasmani (Penjas) di sekolah-sekolah kota Banda Aceh selama tahun 2024. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru, metode pengajaran yang diterapkan, serta dampaknya terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei, wawancara terstruktur, dan observasi langsung. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa metode pengajaran yang bervariasi dan inovatif, termasuk penggunaan teknologi, berkontribusi positif terhadap keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, dukungan sekolah dan fasilitas yang memadai juga merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Namun, keterbatasan fasilitas dan kurangnya pelatihan teknologi masih menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan pelatihan profesional berkelanjutan, penyediaan fasilitas olahraga yang lebih baik, dan dukungan lebih dari pihak sekolah untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja guru Penjas di Banda Aceh. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mendalam dan rekomendasi praktis untuk pengembangan pendidikan jasmani di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dan Implikasi mengenai sekularisme dalam konteks pendidikan dan politik di Indonesia. Proses sekularisasi dalam kedua bidang ini telah berlangsung sejak lama, bahkan sebelum Indonesia meraih kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai buku dan artikel jurnal yang relevan dengan tema yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskursus mengenai pencarian versi sekularisme yang sesuai untuk Indonesia tidak dapat mengabaikan peran agama Islam sebagai kekuatan politik yang signifikan di negara ini. Sebagai agama mayoritas, Islam memberikan pengaruh besar dalam dinamika politik Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perjalanan bangsa Indonesia tidak dapat dipisahkan dari negosiasi kreatif antara sekularisme dan agama. Salah satu contoh negosiasi tersebut terlihat dalam perumusan Sila Pertama Pancasila, yang mencerminkan usaha untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kerangka negara yang sekuler.
