Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu : Pertama, untuk menganalisis perencanaan layanan Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisis Peran kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di MA Syamsul Ma’arif Praya Barat. 2) untuk menganalisis Profeionalitas guru di MA Syamsul Ma’arif Praya Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Trianguasi yang digunakan untuk menguji keabsahan data adalah triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Peran kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru di MA Syamsul Ma’arif Praya Barat. Bawasannya kepala sekolah Syamsul Ma’arif sudah melakukan tugasnya sebagai kepala sekolah yakni, peran kepala sekolah sebagai Educator, sebagai manager, sebagai supervisor, sebagai administrator, dan sebagai Motivator sesuai dengan visi, dan misinya. Maka dari itu langkah-langkah programnya  bisa berjalan sesuai dengan rencana yang ada seperti menyusun perencanaan, mengkoordinasikan kegiatan, melakukan pengawasan, evaluasi terhadap kegiatan. Akan tetapi masi ada kendala mengenai dengan fasilitas meja dan kursi untuk peserta didik belum terakomudir dengan baik. (2) Profesionalitas guru di MA Syamsul Ma’arif Praya Barat untuk profesional guru di MA Syamsul Ma’arif Praya Barat bawasanya guru-guru sudah berusaha untuk menjadi guru yang profsional dimana mereka selalu memberikan motivasi untuk meningkatkan minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Akan tetapi masih kendala yang menyangkut dengan fasilitas internetan yang di sediakan oleh kepala sekolah namun masi ada guru yang tidak bisa mengunakan internetan dalam belajar. Dengan demikian ada juga yang masi kewalahan dalam memberikan materi ketika  tidak sesui dengan profesinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi Sumber data dalam penelitian ini pembimbing dan santri yang mengikuti bimbingan kuliah luar negeri Teknik analisis data menggunkan Miles Huberman dengan 3 tahapan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah ketekunan pengamatan, memperpanjang waktu penelitian dilapangan serta trianggulasi Teknik dan sumber Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi kiai dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di Pesantren Al-Amien Prenduan Sumenep Madura Jawa Timur melibatkan empat tahap utama: perencanaan untuk menetapkan tujuan secara terstruktur, pengorganisasian untuk pemanfaatan sumber daya, pelaksanaan program dengan fokus pada hafalan dan pendidikan formal, serta pengawasan untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan visi dan rencana kerja Hasilnya diharapkan meliputi alumni yang mampu menghafal hingga 30 juz dan menguasai bahasa asing dengan baik, serta mendapatkan penilaian positif dari masyarakat Faktor pendukung termasuk pembimbing berkompeten dan kondisi jasmani santri, sementara penghambat meliputi kekurangan pembimbing, niat yang tidak tulus, dan masalah pengaturan waktu

Abstract

The results of the research that has been done show that with the Minu Miftahul Falah teacher certification policy in Tegal Kidul, Pasuruan, teachers respond positively to this policy. There are six teachers who have obtained certification from 2011 to 2023. The motivation is to improve work ability in order to improve the quality of education in the MI where the teacher serves. Teachers Minu Miftahul Falah Tegal Kidul, Pasuruan generally have a good understanding of teacher professionalism, the characteristics of professional teachers, and have good efforts to improve teacher professionalism. The level of professionalism of certified teachers is high. The certification policy for Minu Miftahul Falah teachers in Tegal Kidul, Pasuruan has had a positive impact on increasing teacher professionalism. This is shown by the teacher's ability to carry out tasks accompanied by high discipline and responsibility and continue to strive to improve the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the directive supervision approach to enhance teacher professionalism at MI Nurul Jadid. The research methods used are literature review and in-depth interviews with the school principal and teachers. The research results show that the directive supervision approach is able to provide concrete guidance to teachers, thereby enhancing their professional competence. This approach involves steps such as providing direct guidance, conducting evaluations, and offering guidance tailored to the specific needs of teachers. Although effective, this approach has limitations, such as the lack of development of teacher creativity. The implications of this study indicate the need for the development of an adaptive and integrative supervision model.

Abstract

The teams-games-tournaments technique used in this study is based on the students’ difficulty in the master of speaking skill. This technique aims to involve students’ speaking skill in their real life situation. The objective of this study is to investigate the students’ in the master after they practice speaking through teams-games-tournaments technique. In order to address issue, this study employed two groups as the sample classified into the experimental and control group. The experimental group was taught by using teams-games-tournaments technique, while the control group was taught by using traditional technique. In collecting the data, the test was used, and then the procedures in the collecting the data was experimental study. The research findings show that the mean score of the post-test of the experimental group, 79, is higher than that of the control group 53. Furthermore, the result of Z-score reveals that the score of experimental group is higher than that in the control group. The data indicates that the students taught by using teams-games-tournaments technique significantly achieved better score in speaking than those taught by using traditional technique.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang makna keteladanan dari Nabi Ibrahim As dalam upaya membina sekaligus membentuk keluarga sakinah. Hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa agama Islam dengan kitab suci bagi pemeluknya yakni Alquran mencontohkan secara lengkap mengenai kepribadian paripurna dari seorang hamba pilihan yakni Nabi Ibrahim As dalam memerankan dirinya sebagai sosok suami yang berakhlakul karimah, ayah yang penyayang dan rasul yang mulia untuk umatnya. Beberapa tokoh pemikir dalam Islam baik kalangan pria maupun wanita seperti Buya Hamka menjelaskan untuk menjadi keluarga ideal adalah menjadi sebuah pasangan yang saling menjalankan fungsinya dengan memberikan nafkah batin kepada istrinya dan sebagai seorang istri rela melayani suaminya untuk memberikan hal yang serupa. Menurut Zakiah Daradjat untuk menuju keluarga ideal harus ada sikap saling mengerti antara suami dan istri, saling menerima, saling menghargai, saling mempercayai dan saling mencintai sehingga terwujudnya keluarga yang sakinah atau keluarga ideal. Sementara menurut Quraish Shihab keluarga sakinah yang didalamnya mempunyai nilai ketenangan, kenyamanan dan kasih sayang dalam keluarga. Akan tetapi sakinah tidak datang begitu saja, melainkan adanya syarat dan kehadirannya. Kalbu harus disiapkan dengan kesabaran dan ketakwaan karena sakinah diturunkan Allah SWT ke dalam kalbu. Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan pemikiran ziauddin sardar dalam tata perekonomian syariah, tetapi penulis juga membahas terkait islamisasi ilmu, Islamisasi ilmu sebagai salah satu model integrasi yang ditegaskan oleh Arkom Kuswanjono, bahwa model terbaik dari hubungan antara agama dan sains adalah model integrasi. Dalam tatanan ekonomi bagi agama islam, tata ekonomi internasional baru itu berarti meninggalkan kebangkrutan sistem barat dan menuju kepada sistem islam. Prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam yang dijadikan dasar bagi tata perekonomian bagi kaum muslim. Dalam pandanga sardar parameter sains islam terpacu kepada sepuluh konsep nilai epistemologi yaitu tauhid, khalifah, ‘ilm, ibadah, halal, haram, ‘adl, dhulm, istishlah, dan dhiya.

Abstract

This research is to analyze and identify the development of science and Islam for human life. This research focuses on understanding the development between Islam and science and attempts to determine the gap between them, emphasizing the importance of balance and harmony between science and religion, and supporting the urgency of paying attention to and studying science and Islam together for the sake of human progress and welfare. Using a literature research design and citing reference sources from journals, scientific articles, and previous research reports, the findings relate to the development of science and Islam for life. This research provides the development of science towards changes related to human life, affecting the way of thinking, lifestyle, and behavior. The development of science has changed the way we view the world and improved the quality of human life through technological innovation and understanding of the universe. While science provides great material benefits, its integration with Islamic views also emphasizes its spiritual relevance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the contributions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives by PT Behaestex towards industrial waste management and environmental sustainability in Pekalongan. Utilizing a qualitative research approach, the study employs direct interviews as the primary method for data collection. Key stakeholders, including company management, employees, and local community members, were interviewed to gain insights into the effectiveness and impact of CSR programs implemented by PT Behaestex. The findings reveal that the company's CSR initiatives significantly enhance waste management practices, promote recycling, and foster community engagement in environmental conservation efforts. Additionally, the study highlights the importance of collaboration between the company and local communities in achieving sustainable environmental outcomes. The results underscore the role of CSR in not only mitigating the environmental impact of industrial activities but also in promoting a culture of sustainability within the community. This research contributes to the understanding of how corporate initiatives can align with environmental stewardship and community welfare, providing a model for other industries in similar contexts.

Abstract

The author focuses on the urgency of integrating AI in the context of primary education in Indonesia, specifically how AI has the potential to improve the quality of teaching and learning processes, educational administration, and provide personalized learning experiences for students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a primary literature review method. The research findings indicate that AI can assist teachers in implementing adaptive learning, managing academic data, and providing direct feedback to students. The implementation of AI also presents challenges, such as the need for digital infrastructure, teacher training programs, and the ethical use of student data. Strategic planning and sound cross-sector collaboration are necessary to integrate AI into primary education for effective and sustainable implementation. This article is expected to spark further discussion on the use of AI to transform primary education in Indonesia.
