Abstract

In recent years, coaching has been a prominent method for developing employees, with various objectives such as boosting professional skills, promoting student learning outcomes, and strengthening the effectiveness of training programmes within businesses. The existing literature on the subject is somewhat scarce, as it pertains to the investigation of coaching's influence on the effectiveness of training. Therefore, the primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of in-class training on the execution of training outcomes, with a specific focus on project assignments. Furthermore, the primary objective of this study is to examine the potential moderating role of coaching in the association between in-class training and the realisation of training outcomes, specifically in the context of project assignments. The main methodology applied in this study is a quantitative approach, in which numerical data is utilised and submitted for quantitative analysis. The research data was obtained from the results of the assessment of the MDP training curriculum. The study sample comprised 131 individuals. The methodology utilised in this study for data processing is Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study utilising Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) suggest that coaching acts as a moderating variable in the Quasi model. Research has demonstrated that training is effective in enhancing an individual's knowledge, equipping them with the analytical skills necessary for identifying and resolving issues within their respective work units. The implementation of this approach facilitates the coaching process, enhancing its efficiency and concentration, hence leading to the successful completion of performance appraisals. This suggests that the integration of coaching with Class Training results in an observed improvement in the ability to carry out Project Assignments (PA) with greater effectiveness. The ability to fulfil project activities includes the proficiency to produce project evaluation reports and deliver presentations.

Abstract

There has been a significant decrease in public interest in the use of the Jatim Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system. The present matter has a substantial impact on the decline in revenue for Perum Damri. The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the service quality of Jatim Bus Rapid Transit in Jatim, with the ultimate goal of improving public participation in this specific kind of public transportation. The results of this study reveal a significant discrepancy of -1.49, suggesting a divergence between the perceptions and anticipations of participants regarding the operating hours of the Jatim Bus Rapid Transit system. The majority of participants, comprising 64 individuals (68.1%), expressed a lack of familiarity with the operational hours of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system. Additionally, they reported experiencing frequent occurrences of delayed bus arrivals at authorized bus stops. The participants conveyed their expectations regarding the clear and explicit operational hours (arrival and departure) of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system. A narrower gap, tending towards zero or a positive value, signifies a heightened degree of service quality demonstrated by the organization. Conversely, when the magnitude of the gap expands, there is a corresponding decline in the degree of service quality offered by a firm. The notable decrease in the public interest and the significant discrepancy in perceptions of the Jatim Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system’s operating hours reveals a pressing need for Perum Damri, the provider, to enhance service quality, particularly addressing issues of operational transparency and punctuality. Hence, it is crucial for service-oriented entities such as Perum Damri, the provider of the Jatim Bus Rapid Transit in Jatim, to prioritize the enhancement of service quality, with a specific focus on locations that demonstrate the most significant discrepancies as indicated by the available data.

Abstract

The research aims to answer the problem of how to cover physical evidence by PT. BPRS Jabal Nur according to Islamic legal analysis. The research data is collected through interviews and the documentation is then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, namely the most basic analysis to describe the data in general. The results of the study concluded that the policies agreed upon by the BPRS Jabal Nur Surabaya were expressly prohibited by Islamic law, because they did not comply with the regulations made by the government. As explained in the Koran Surat al-Nisa’ verse 59. The policy is the covering (manipulation) of physical evidence in the form of notes for customers who do not deposit notes for certain reasons. It was done by the bank due to a lack of staff in handling the above problems and a lack of customer knowledge about the importance of these notes for the bank in their annual reports. In line with these conclusions, BPRS Jabal Nur must be firm with customers to submit physical evidence in the form of notes and tighten the recruitment process for the company so that it is better than what is expected by BPRS Jabal Nur Surabaya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems often occuring on toll roads, especially during transactions at the gate. Transactions that occur between officers and drivers take a long time because toll officials have to check the origin of the vehicle to determine the rate, then calculate the change. To anticipate congestion on toll roads, especially during peak days and hours because the queues at the toll booths are too long, a higher speed is required in making toll payments using the electronic toll service (e-Toll) at the Automatic Toll Gate (GTO). This research is a qualitative research, the data is obtained by natural setting. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The outline in collecting the data is that the author will find out about whether the Muslim community of Gempol knows about the e-Toll card, the community uses e-Toll for what reasons, then the researcher will find out the extent of interest in using e-Toll cards in the region of Gempol. The results showed that; first, the interest of the Gempol Muslim community in using e-Toll cards is still low because it is far from the target number. According to predictions of Jasa Marga employees, it still reached 17 percent as of January 2018, while the target figure is 100 percent. In addition, there are also many pros and cons of the bank's new product in the form of e-Toll. E-Toll card has no significant relationship with reducing congestion, although as of October almost 100% of toll gates in Indonesia use GTO, but for congestion it could be due to vehicle volume, road engineering, accidents, narrowing of lanes, reduction of lanes, number of gates tolls, and the number of toll gates opened. Second, the factors influencing the Muslim community of Gempol on the use of e-Toll cards are government regulations, the influence of advertisements and the public feel the benefits obtained from e-Toll.
