Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of school principals' supervision on teacher performance in public Junior High Schools (SLTP) in the Batang Tuaka District. School principals' supervision is an essential factor in improving teaching quality, teacher motivation, and collaboration among teachers. Descriptive research method was employed, gathering data through observations, interviews, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that school principals' supervision has a positive impact on teacher performance. Directed and effective supervision helps improve the quality of teachers' instruction, motivates teachers in carrying out their duties, and fosters collaboration among teachers. Supporting factors such as effective communication, active teacher involvement, consistent support from school principals, and a school culture that supports the professional development of teachers also play a vital role in maximizing the impact of school principals' supervision. Therefore, it is recommended that school principals and relevant stakeholders pay serious attention to the practice of school principals' supervision to enhance the quality of education in public Junior High Schools in the Batang Tuaka District. This study provides a significant contribution to understanding the relationship between school principals' supervision and teacher performance in the context of public Junior High Schools.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Shipping Companies in the Riau Islands Region with the aim of knowing the employee performance system and work ability and motivation in workers. The research population conducted by researchers was employees at 3 shipping companies using a sampling method, namely accedental sampling of 71 employees. The analytical tool used to measure research using the Structural Equational Model processed with SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis prove that there is a significant effect of work ability on employee performance, there is a significant effect of motivation on employee performance, there is a significant effect of work ability on employee performance and work motivation acts as a mediating variable on the effect of work ability on employee performance.

Abstract

The research method uses library research, by collecting data from various literature related to the research topic. This study aims to explore the relationship between altruistic leadership and happiness in the workplace, addressing this research gap. Based on Social Exchange Theory, this study investigates how altruistic leadership influences employees' workplace happiness from a holistic perspective. These findings contribute valuable insights to management studies, particularly in leadership, organizational behavior, and human resource management. Additionally, this research underscores the importance of altruistic leadership in fostering positive and happy workplace behavior among employees, providing guidance for organizational management to design strategies that increase workplace happiness.

Abstract

Agile leadership is a concept that emphasizes a leader's ability to adapt quickly, make informed decisions, and create value for the organization. In a constantly changing and complex environment, agile leadership becomes a highly important quality. This concept involves sensitivity to change, critical thinking ability, visionary leadership, and the capacity to innovate. In terms of creating value, agile leadership plays a crucial role. Agile leaders are able to identify new opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and deliver significant outcomes for the organization and stakeholders. Agile leaders are capable of building strong teams, developing the skills and potential of team members, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment. In the approach of agile leadership, it is important to create an organizational culture that encourages innovation and development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation on job satisfaction, the influence of compensation on employee work facilities, and the influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction with work facilities as a mediator at Pebenaan Village Office. 33The population in this study consisted of 63 employees and officials of Pebenaan Village Office. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method (non- random sample), namely the Saturated Sampling Technique, which involves the entire population as the sample. The statistical methods used were descriptive statistics for descriptive analysis and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the research hypotheses using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study indicate a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction among officials at Pebenaan Village Office, a significant influence of compensation on work facilities among officials at Pebenaan Village Office, no influence of work facilities on job satisfaction among officials at Pebenaan Village Office, and no influence of compensation on job satisfaction with work facilities as a mediating variable among officials at Pebenaan Village Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work facilities on productivity, thein fluence of work facilities on job satis faction, and thein fluence of work facilities on the productivity of village officials with job satisfaction as a mediator at Seberang Pebenaan Village Office. The population in this study consisted of employees and official sof Pebenaan Village Office, totaling 48 people. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method (non-random sampling), namely Saturated Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that takes all members of the population as samples. The statistical method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the research hypotheses using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the study show a significant influence of work facilities on productivity in Seberang Pebenaan Village Office officials, a significant influence of work facilities on job satisfaction in Seberang Pebenaan Village Office officials, and an influence of work facilities on productivity with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Seberang Pebenaan Village Office officials.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of talent management and work motivation on employee performance at the Tembilahan Hulu Subdistrict Office, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research results show that talent management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Implementation of effective talent management strategies, such as the introduction and development of potential employees and the placement of employees based on their skills and interests, contributes positively to employee performance. Apart from that, work motivation also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, such as a sense of accomplishment, responsibility, recognition, and financial incentives, provide additional encouragement for employees to achieve better performance. The practical implication of this research is the importance of developing effective talent management policies and programs and creating a work environment that supports employee motivation. By implementing this strategy, it is hoped that employee performance can be improved, which in turn will have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations and increase public trust in the services provided.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation on Work Morale, analyze the influence of Work Facilities on Work Morale, analyze the influence of the Effect of Compensation and Work Facilities on Work Morale. The population of this study is all the Bagan Jaya village officials, Enok sub-district, totaling 91 people. The data collection method used was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SPSS Version 26. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of compensation on the work spirit of village officials. There is a significant influence of facilities on the work morale of village officials. There is a significant influence of the work morale variable on the compensation and facilities variables.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of planning and development on the management of Bumdes Alamin, Bagan Jaya Village, Enok District. Transmigration number 4 of 2015 which states that villages can establish village-owned enterprises called BUMDES Village government can establish village-owned enterprises in accordance with the needs and potential of the village with the hope of increasing village income and the welfare of village communities Law no. 23 of 2004. Data collection used is in the form of interviews and distributing questionnaires. Implementation of BUMDes program management to increase community income by providing capital loans and providing training to the community as members of Bumdes Alamin. Based on the questionnaire results, it shows that Bumdes Alamin has carried out planning and development to improve the management of Bumdes very well in accordance with the procedures and rules set by the Bagan Jaya village government, Enok sub-district.

Abstract

The garment industry has a significant environmental impact, making corporate social responsibility (CSR) increasingly important. This study examines the strategies used by garment companies in Indonesia to create eco-friendly products through CSR, as well as the human resource management (HRM) strategies that support these CSR initiatives. A qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach was used, with data collected through a literature study. The results show that garment companies are implementing various CSR strategies, such as using environmentally-friendly materials, efficient waste management, and involvement in environmental restoration programs. The three main HRM strategies are the development of employee capabilities, employee empowerment in waste management, and employee involvement in environmental restoration programs. However, there are still challenges related to regulatory compliance, implementation costs, and consumer awareness. Collaboration between the government, industry, and the community is necessary to create a more sustainable environment.
