Abstract

Research conducted to improve student achievement at PAK Denman applied the Discovery Learning model by utilizing video media. The subjects in this study were 1st grade students at SDN No 158326 Bajamas 2 Academic Year 2023/2024 as many as 7 people. The results of the study concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning model by utilizing well-designed and planned video media in accordance with the objectives to be achieved it is proven to be able to increase student achievement. After the action of Cycle I obtained results with a completeness percentage of 76.33%, after the action of Cycle II, the average student achievement was 82.04% or an increase of 5.71% compared to cycle I

Abstract

There is a problem that in the class of SMA Bruderan Purwokerto, it is found that students feel bored and bored because of the monotonous method. Attention, interest, and enthusiasm for student learning is low, so that the percentage of completeness only reaches 60% (KKM = 70). The problem is the learning process does not involve students from SMA Brudrean Purwokerto. This research is a Research Methodology with research subjects being students of Class XI IPA 2. consisting of 7 female students and 8 male students. This study was designed by looking at the results of student achievement in the Experiment class with the Creative Mind Mapping Assisted Problem Based Learning Method. which will be compared with the learning achievement of students in the Control class, so it can be seen that the Problem Based Learning Method Assisted by Creative Mind Mapping. is one alternative that can increase student interest and achievement in achieving completeness. In addition, educators themselves and colleagues will be able to create learning that involves students in an active, communicative and fun way. Finally, with the Problem Based Learning Method Assisted by Creative Mind Mapping it increases student interest and achievement with student learning outcomes above the KKM of 70.

Abstract

Students who were accepted at Singkawang 1 Public Middle School did not all comply with their main preferences causing low learning independence and learning achievement, so they did not reach KKTP, namely 75. This study aims to: 1) Know the increase in learning independence in human material as personal beings VII SMP Negeri 1 Singkawang . 2) Knowing the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning method in increasing student learning outcomes in the material I Am the Unique Image of God at Singkawang 1 Public Middle School. This study applies a quantitative descriptive approach, namely making descriptive of a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation and display of the results. The research design is Classroom Action Research which is carried out in two. (2) cycle, to class VII students with a population of 6 people. The research results show that. (1) The Discovery Learning method can increase the independence of learning in the material of human beings being personal class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Singkawang.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is currently the focus of urgent attention in efforts to improve the quality of national education. There is an urgent need to increase student independence as a necessary preparation for facing increasingly complex future challenges. The new policy in improving the quality of Indonesian education was carried out with a new breakthrough in creating an independent learning curriculum policy initiated by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Makarim. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to know the increase in student learning independence in PAK material human beings personal beings through the use of problem based learning learning models. Studied, namely the independence variable and the learning achievement variable obtained from the learning achievement test from the end of cycle 1 and cycle 2. From the results of data analysis it appears in the results of cycle I and cycle II, that through the application of the Problem Based Learning model in an effort to increase student independence, experience improvement in the level of completeness. Where the completeness level of the independence dimension in cycle 1 only reached 69% in the feasible category, while the completeness level of independence in cycle II experienced an increase, reaching 92% in the proficient category. Abstract

There is a problem that firstly students are not actively involved in learning, so they face difficulties in understanding and applying the concepts being taught. Second, there is a mismatch between the learning methods used and the material being taught. And third, in the learning process so far, teachers have not associated the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile significantly in learning. So this research aims to: 1) Increasing student independence with the help of the Discovery Learning method on Humans as Persons in Phase E Class X and 2) Student independence with the help of the Discovery Learning method on Humans as Persons in Phase E Class X can achieve the expected targets. This research is a Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, evaluating, and reflecting. The research subjects were Catholic students in class X Merdeka 1, totaling 13 people. The results of the study show that 1) Discovery Learning can increase learning independence in material for class X personal creatures of SMA Negeri 1 Putussibau. It can be seen that the average independence from 62.36% increased to 90.11%. 2) Discovery Learning can improve student learning outcomes in class X personal human beings at SMA Negeri 1 Putussibau. It can be seen that 38.5% is proficient, 30.8% proficient and 30.8% competent, increasing to 76.9% proficient, 23.1% proficient and 0% proficient. Thus it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning method is effective in increasing independence and learning achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to increase piety and learning outcomes with the PBL (Problem Based Learning) method. The methods used were initial assessment, cognitive assessment, and observation with reference to KKTP (Learning Objective Completeness Criteria). The subjects were students of phase C Class 5 AY SD Santo Yusup Cimahi. The piety aspect was examined through observation in the rubric of the Learning Objectives Completeness Criteria (KKTP) instrument using the PBL method. Based on the analysis of the results of the piety research, students are getting bolder and more consistent in voicing the truth about men and women. The increase in class average scores from cycle I to cycle II increased by 5.2%, from 65 to 100. The average score in cycle II for the very high score category of students increased by 20.2%, from 18 students to 27 students. Student learning outcomes achieve an indicator of success from the Learning Objectives Completeness Criteria (KKTP) of 90% percent.

Abstract

Misaya, Improving Students' Active Learning and Critical Reasoning in PAK Learning Through the Discovery Learning Method. Accompanied by Jelahu Timotius and Wahyuningtiyas as Tutor. The purpose of this Classroom Action Research is to find out and measure whether or not the activeness of learning and Critical Reasoning of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 008 Jempang, West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province has increased using the Discovery Learning Method. The research subjects were 8 students in class V SD Negeri 008 Jempang, consisting of 6 boys and 2 girls. The object of research is the active learning and critical reasoning of students in Catholic Religion and Ethics lessons on the material "I Was Created as a Man and a Woman". With data collection techniques are observation, documentation and tests. The results showed that there was an increase in the active learning and critical reasoning of Class V students on the material "I Was Created as a Boy and a Girl" by applying the Discovery Learning method. The increase in active learning and critical reasoning is evidenced by the average score of activity in cycle I which was 74.58 and in cycle II was 80.42, the score increased by 5.83 or an increase of 7.82%.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Catholic students in class X at SMAN 1 Palangka Raya because the researcher experienced that the learning outcomes of the students were not optimal. Theerefore this study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Catholic students in Catholic Religion subjects, in class X, with the Problem Based Learning model. The object of observation in this study was cognitive student learning outcomes and the application of the elements of faith and morality to humans (Pancasila Student Profile). The outcomes were: in cycle I, only 18% included the proficient category, 45,45% included the proficient category, 33.4% included the appropriate category. Whereas in cycle II students who reached the proficient category reached 64%, the proficient category 36% and the feasible category 0%. Observational data related to the application of moral elements to humans in cycles I and II show that, on average, the achievement of the P5 indicator that has been determined by the researcher has increased by 45%. This it can be concluded that the application of the PBL model contributes positively to improving student learning outcomes in class X SMAN 1 Palangka Raya on the theme Human Beings Personal

Abstract

Application of Audio Visual Catechism to increase the enthusiasm of the people in catechesis activities. The problem in this study is how to apply audio-visual catechism in catechesis activities at St. Boniface Ombolata. The aim is to find out how audio-visual catechism is applied in catechesis activities at St. Boniface Ombolata. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques by interview and observation. Data analysis techniques through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study, researchers found that the application of audio-visual catechism in catechesis activities at St. Boniface Ombolata, can have a significant influence on the involvement and enthusiasm of the people, who are actively engaged in participating in various forms of catechism that are more useful and fun. Apart from that, it is also an effort to develop the faith of the people, to have creativity, initiative, and self-confidence in conveying the communication of faith for the life of the church.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to explain that the importance of the value of tolerance that can be developed in learning is carried out by the teacher. One of the values ​​instilled in children is the value of tolerance. Instilling the value of tolerance to students includes; responsibility, honesty, compassion, caring and cooperation, self-confidence, creativity, justice and leadership, kind and humble, and tolerance, peace-loving and unity. The method used in this paper uses qualitative methods by finding and collecting observational data, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques. The results of research on several matters related to the teacher's efforts in instilling tolerance values ​​for students indicate that the teacher's role in instilling tolerance values ​​for students includes designing learning strategies, having optimal and proportional competence and having a strong commitment in setting an example to children regarding One of the character values ​​is the tolerance value. Because it is still found that in general they have obstacles in tolerance, namely there is still a lack of self-awareness from students of the importance of tolerance, and there are still several parties who do not participate and work together. The teacher's role in instilling the value of tolerance can also be through learning activities using several methods such as setting an example, helping each other, and respecting each other.
