Abstract

Abstract:Artikel ini mengulas dampak pengembangan kreativitas, inovasi, dan pengetahuan wirausaha muda terhadap manajemen sumber daya manusia yang unggul, kreatif, dan inovatif pada zaman Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi bagaimana faktor-faktor ini berkontribusi pada praktik organisasional yang bisa menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi dan dinamika pasar. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dari para wirausaha muda dapat meningkatkan inovasi di dalam organisasi, sementara pengetahuan wirausaha mereka memperkuat kemampuan manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk menghadapi tantangan global. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya mendukung kreativitas dan inovasi di kalangan wirausaha muda sebagai strategi kunci untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of digital leadership on organizational performance, focusing on its role in enhancing effectiveness in the era of globalization. The research adopts a comprehensive literature review approach, analyzing various studies to understand the multifaceted aspects of digital leadership and its implications for organizational performance. The findings reveal that digital leadership goes beyond technological adoption, encompassing cultural and structural transformations within organizations. The study acknowledges the limitations inherent in a literature review approach, such as potential bias in the selected sources. In conclusion, the practical implications of this study advocate for a balanced and strategic approach to digital leadership, acknowledging the interconnectedness of technology and human factors. This research contributes to the understanding of digital leadership by emphasizing its holistic nature, incorporating both technological and human elements. The study highlights the strategic necessity of digital leadership in ensuring organizational relevance and competitiveness in the evolving digital landscape

Effective leadership and the competency of a leader have a substantialimpact on the work motivation of individual employees. Leadership elementsalso act as a yardstick for a company's success by inspiring employees to attainpeak performance. This research constitutes a review of literature focusing on theeffects of leadership and competency on employee work motivation. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of discipline and leadership on employee motivation in the work environment. Discipline and leadership are considered crucial factors that can affect the level of individual work motivation in an organization. This research is applied through literature review methods and qualitative approaches by collecting and analyzing data from previous studies. Research findings show that the level of discipline and leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee motivation. This indicates that employees who have a high level of discipline tend to show high levels of work motivation, as well as employees who are under effective leadership. By implication, the study can help organizations to develop management policies and practices that support higher levels of work motivation, with an emphasis on improving discipline and optimal leadership roles. In addition, the study provides a basis for advanced research that can explore in greater depth the specific aspects of discipline and leadership that have the most significant impact on work motivation. At a further level, the study also provides new insights and a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the relationship between such factors in the context of the modern work environment.

Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi dan berdampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi pembangunan. Penelitian terdahulu berfungsi sebagai landasan bagi penelitian baru, membantu peneliti memahami hubungan antara variabel, dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Melalui studi literatur, penulis berupaya menggali literatur relevan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel penelitian dan membangun kerangka teoretis yang kokoh sebagai landasan penelitian. Hasil studi literatur artikel ini adalah: 1) Kemampuan Keuangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keterlambatan Proyek Konstruksi; 2) Manajemen Proyek Konstruksi memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keterlambatan Proyek Konstruksi; dan 3) Produktivitas Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keterlambatan Proyek Konstruksi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi empiris dalam pengembangan model prediksi keterlambatan proyek dan penyusunan strategi mitigasi risiko, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi di masa mendatang. Abstract

This study analyzes the sharia marketing strategies employed by Islamic banks to enhance customer loyalty. Utilizing aqualitative approach, the research investigates variousstrategies that prioritize service quality and customerrelationships, drawing on data from relevant books andjournals. The findings reveal that high-quality service,customer relationship management (CRM), and sharia-compliant product innovation are essential factors in fostering customer loyalty. Adherence to sharia principles, personalized services, and continuous education regarding sharia productssignificantly contribute to building customer trust.Additionally, the adoption of digital technologies, such as online banking applications, has proven effective in improvingaccessibility and customer satisfaction. Despite challenges,including limited application socialization and uneveninternet access, this study concludes that effective shariamarketing strategies can strengthen customer relationships and expand the market share of Islamic banks within the banking sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies employed by Islamic banks in Indonesia. With the increasing use of the internet and social media, Islamic banks have adopted digital marketing to reach broader audiences efficiently. Digital marketing enables banks to not only reduce costs but also track campaign effectiveness in real-time, allowing for swift adjustments. The study highlights that creative content, particularly on platforms like Instagram, successfully attracts younger generations, a crucial demographic for Islamic banks. Moreover, partnerships with fintech companies offer opportunities to further expand market reach. Despite these successes, challenges persist, such as ensuring a secure and user-friendly digital experience to maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Findings suggest that digital marketing strategies have positively influenced market penetration and service quality for Islamic banks. Continued innovation in content and strategy refinement is essential for long-term growth in the Islamic banking sector. Further research is recommended to assess the long-term impact of these strategies on the sector’s development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic marketing on consumer trust in Islamic banks. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to customers of Islamic banks. The analysis results show that transparent, ethical, and value-based Islamic marketing significantly enhances customer trust. This study also identifies the challenges faced by Islamic banks, such as the lack of public understanding of Islamic products and the negative stigma associated with them. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Islamic banks enhance educational programs, transparency, and collaboration with third parties to strengthen consumer trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh UMKM Warung Mie Ayam Mas Jay di Bandar Lampung. Warung yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2020 ini menggunakan berbagai metode pemasaran, termasuk segmentasi pasar, penentuan target pasar, serta bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yang mencakup produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi. Dengan mengedepankan produk berkualitas, harga yang kompetitif, serta promosi dari mulut ke mulut, usaha ini mampu menarik perhatian konsumen di sekitar lokasi strategisnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan telah efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan serta memperluas pangsa pasar. Namun, peningkatan pada aspek promosi digital masih dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang tepat dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis kuliner di tingkat lokal.
