Abstract

The development of advanced technology and information will help the growth of the digital economy and accelerate the financial inclusion of a country. One form of implementation between information technology and digital economic growth includes non-cash transaction payments. So that people switch from conventional payments to digital payment models with the assumption that this digital payment model provides convenience and benefits. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence the ineffectiveness of the use of Non-Cash Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payments by traders in Polewali Square, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research that builds meaning based on field data. This qualitative research procedure produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The results of the study indicate that the factors that influence the ineffective use of non-cash payments Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by traders in the Polewali town square area, Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency are the lack of interest of traders and consumers to use the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a means of payment in the town square area, the lack of socialization regarding QRIS, minimal knowledge about technological developments and the use of cash which is still the main means of payment among the community

Abstract

Halal certification has great urgency in ensuring the availability of products that conform to the principles of the Islamic religion and the needs of Muslim consumers, as well as facilitating access to the rapidly growing global market. Halal certification can be an important tool in empowering women, by providing access to them in industry, expanding skills and knowledge, and improving health and food safety for families and communities moreover it is very helpful in improving family welfare. With the assistance of halal certification carried out by the government for free, this affects the number of halal products that exist. This research aims to understand in depth how the urgency of halal certification in empowering women. The method used is qualitative research. The results showed that the urgency of halal certification in empowering women can reduce the obstacles faced by women entrepreneurs with several appropriate strategies to overcome these obstacles, halal certification not only provides commercial benefits for women entrepreneurs, but also has the potential to empower them economically and improve the welfare of society as a whole.

Abstract

The article aims to explain halal industry strategies and halal industrial areas. The method used in this article is a qualitative method, the data source for this research was obtained from written sources related to halal industrial strategies and halal industrial area strategies. The type of data used in this article is qualitative data. This data collection technique was carried out by collecting books and journals. The halal industry development strategy involves human resource development, socialization of halal certification, collaboration between stakeholders, and infrastructure development. Halal industrial areas also require a comprehensive strategy, including infrastructure development, education, research, promotion and partnerships

Abstract

Buying and selling with digital techniques has now grown rapidly in the business world. The many online features that are disguised as investments by promising profits in a short time have made business people interested in these online features. The online feature that is currently popular is the trend in the Binomo Application which implements the Binary Option system. This article aims to analyze the contracts used in Binomo Trading whether they are in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics or in their transaction practices including platforms that contain speculation. The method in this research uses qualitative methods. This qualitative research is used to understand and explain social phenomena in depth, emphasizing meaning and context. The data sources obtained in this study come from literature that has to do with Binomo. The type of data taken uses qualitative data in the form of publication sources or written narratives. Data collection techniques use literature studies sourced from articles and journals related to Binomo. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis to describe the results of the research that has been studied. Based on the results of the discussion of this study, it shows that in the Binomo application in terms of its transaction practices contain elements of uncertainty, thus it has been confirmed regarding this practice according to contemporary fiqh that binary optionx trading, namely binaryx option transactions, has elements that contain speculation which is prohibited in Islam

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the transaction contracts that exist in the multi-level marketing business, Multi-Level Marketing is a network business that has products and it is allowed, until now there has been Sharia MLM, and has been under the auspices of DSN MUI about Sharia tiered direct sales about the processes of Sharia MLM. However, there are still many MLM business people who do not know the concept of the contract used. This research method contains data sources, data types, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. Based on the results of research conducted shows that in the multi-level marketing business there are several contracts, including the first recruitment system, this system uses the Wakalah Bil Ujrah Akad. The second Buying and Selling is the Akad used is Akad Bai'i (Buying and Selling) or you can use an Order contract (Akad Salam) which is the difference between the MLM business and the Money Game Business. Abstract

Electronic money has become an easy way in the transaction process, for example Top Up e-toll, and transactions at agents who currently use the electronic money transaction system, besides that it also provides easy and fast services in carrying out transactions. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the contracts contained in electronic money. Electronic money is a fairly new non-cash transaction device/instrument. Electronic money has several advantages compared to other electronic payment methods, namely prioritizing speed, comfort and skill in making payments. The method in this research uses qualitative methods. This qualitative research is used to understand and explain social phenomena in depth, emphasizing meaning and context. The data source obtained in this research comes from literature related to Electronic Money. The type of data taken uses qualitative data in the form of published sources or written narratives. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis to describe the research results that have been studied. Data collection techniques use literature studies sourced from articles and journals related to Electronic Money. Based on the results of the discussion from this research, it shows that in Electronic Money there are several contracts that are analyzed, including the Qordh, Wadi'ah, Ijarah, Wakalah Bilujroh, and Ju'alah contracts. In the changing times and technological innovation in all fields, especially financial aspects, have resulted in the existence of electronic money, in the era of globalization, the progress and development of these factors cannot be avoided, which has an impact on lifestyle and social interactions. One type of progress is society's need for micropayments

Abstract

In Islamic teachings, debt (Dain) is a permissible transaction, but it is mandatory to be careful in implementing and carrying it out so as not to fall into something that is prohibited by Islam, namely Riba. Researchers will examine and trace the concept of Dain in the Qur'an using Toshihiko Izutsu's semantic analysis. In addition, the concept of Dain in the Qur'an has it been implemented correctly in several online shopping platforms that implement loans or debts such as Shopee and Lazada. researchers use a qualitative approach and the method or type of research used by researchers is Library Research. The results show that in the Qur'an, the concept of "dayn" or debt is not just a financial transaction. The worldview offered by the Qur'an regarding debt is about how this obligation functions in a wider network of social relations, where aspects of justice, transparency, understanding, and moral responsibility are highly emphasized. And the paylater system can be in accordance with the concept of "dayn" (debt) in the Qur'an with several conditions: Justice, Transparency, No Riba, Leanness.

Abstract

Fazlur Rahman, a modern Islamic thinker, offers the Double Movement hermeneutic method as an approach to understanding the texts of the Qur'an. This method emerged as Rahman's critique of the classical interpretation method which is considered partial and atomistic in interpreting the Qur'an. This study will focus on two research questions, namely How is the Meaning of "Dain" in QS. Al-Baqarah: 282 from Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement hermeneutic perspective and How is the relevance of the verse "Dain" in QS. Al-Baqarah: 282 to today's modern financial transaction system. This study uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach, one of the approaches used to explore information and understand certain phenomena based on existing written sources, such as books, journals, articles, research reports, and other documents. In Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement hermeneutics, "dain" is not only seen as debt in the literal sense during the time of the Prophet, but also as a moral and ethical principle that regulates clarity in financial transactions, which can be applied in the context of modern economics.

Abstract

The rapid development of the era has given rise to new problems that need to be solved. The Qur'an as a holy book throughout the ages can certainly provide solutions to every problem, especially those related to debt, but a comprehensive and precise interpretation is needed for every problem that exists. The purpose of this study is to discuss the meaning of "Dain" in the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir and to find out the meaning of "Dain" in the Tafsir of Al-Misbah and to reveal the similarities and differences in the meaning of "Dain" and its relevance in today's life in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 282. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library method. The results show that in carrying out debt-credit transactions, as explained in the Qur'an, first a record or writing must be made. Abstract

The implementation of green economy principles in duck farming aims to enhance sustainable productivity, minimize environmental degradation, and improve the economic well-being of rural communities. This study seeks to explore how sustainable agricultural practices are applied through a green economy approach at the community level. Employing a qualitative method, the research investigates the social context, meanings, and community interpretations of environmentally friendly farming systems. The findings reveal that the transition toward sustainable agriculture can be achieved through community-based initiatives, local innovations, and the use of organic resources. Efforts led by Mudzakkir and the Aspekpro farming community demonstrate that agricultural productivity does not necessarily rely on chemical fertilizers. Instead, the production of organic fertilizer from agricultural waste and livestock manure has significantly improved soil health and crop yields. Nevertheless, several challenges persist, including limited access to technical knowledge, the absence of mid-scale production equipment, and a lack of policy support for organic fertilizer development. On the positive side, environmental awareness, strong community leadership, and a culture of mutual cooperation serve as essential driving forces that reinforce the green economy approach. This study contributes to the broader discourse on sustainable agricultural development by offering a practical illustration of how grassroots participation can foster ecologically sound and socially inclusive farming systems
