For some people who are in a race between needs and income, borrowing money from a mobile bank is one solution, because the mobile bank offers an easy disbursement system. Therefore, this study reveals the Islamic view of the practice of lending money through mobile banks through a qualitative approach.

This study aims to emphasize the importance of companies’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the fulfillment of their ethical responsibility to the international community with regards to human rights and to highlight the BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanctions) movement in its call for boycotting and divesting from companies operating in Occupied Palestine. The approach used in this study is a literature review of journal articles on CSR and BDS. This research found that in conducting their business, companies must have concern for humanity. Unethical actions by companies can be widely known by the public which can result in damage to companies’ reputations which in turn can lead to financial losses. Companies should not ignore the BDS movement. This paper only discusses boycotts of and divestment from companies in occupied Palestine, and earlier in South Africa. There have been limited studies about CSR implementation related to the BDS movement.

Merger is the merging of two or more companies so that the company becomes better and creates new dynamics. Besides that, it creates efficiency and increases market share, expands the business that is run and has stronger competitiveness. This is the goal of the merger of 3 state-owned Islamic banks including BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah to become Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Bank mergers are deemed necessary in order to create a better bank which in the end can have a significant and positive impact on a banking system that is healthy, efficient, resilient and able to compete in the increasingly tight and competitive global economy and free market. This series of mergers clearly reduced the number of banks. This raises important issues, including whether the smaller number of banks has reduced or even increased the concentration of the banking industry. In addition, it is also interesting to analyze the impact of the merger on the level of banking competition. This study aims to assess the impact of Islamic banking merger policies on market conditions. After the merger, will the market become more competitive or will it become more concentrated? The research method used is literature study. The structure variable is seen from the total assets and market share, the conduct variable is seen through the merger policy. Meanwhile, in analyzing the Performance variable, it is measured through Profit. After analyzing the structure-conduct performance (SCP) by assessing the impact of the sharia banking merger policy, it will be seen that the market is becoming more concentrated or becoming more competitive.

Every year Islamic banking has progressed quite rapidly to compete in the financial sector. By offering lower interest rates and some tips that attract the attention of Islamic banking consumers, it is enough to attract people to use the financial services of the bank. However, it should also be noted that every bank, be it Sharia or general, has various strategies to attract the attention of customers who will use the bank's services. To make customers more comfortable and interested in using the services of a bank, there are several mechanisms that are applied, and in this study the researchers used the corporate governance mechanism as the independent variable and the financial financial performance variable as the dependent variable. By using a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing several questionnaires to respondents who have been determined by the researcher to get results on a Likert scale. From the results of research processed using the help of several SPSS 21 applications, it shows that directors and institutional ownership have a positive influence on the performance of Islamic banks.
