Abstract

The research is aimed at describing: Testing the Effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Alauddin Branch, Makassar City. The population in this research is consumers at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Alauddin Branch, Makassar City, totaling 1,400 consumers, used the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples, namely 93 respondents. It is known that the significant value in this research is the influence of service quality (X) on consumer satisfaction (Y) of 0.001 < 0.05, and the calculated value is 18, 593 > table value 1, 986. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert Scale method. Based on the results of research using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 application regarding the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction, it shows that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of providing incentives on employee performance at the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, observation and documentation. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were 77 employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City. The sample used in this research was 77 respondents. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale (method). Based on the results of data research using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application regarding the Effect of Providing Incentives on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) which was discussed previously, the author draws an important conclusion, (namely) that Incentives have an effect positive and significant on Employee Performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Makassar City as evidenced by the Incentive regression coefficient (X) value of 0.460 and the t count value of 8.759 > t table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job descriptions and job specifications on the performance of Makassar City Drinking Water Company employees. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The sample used in this research was 77 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression and the t test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study show that Job Descriptions have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company as evidenced by the Job Description regression coefficient (X1) of 0.453 and a calculated t value of 8.993 > t table 1.665 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. And Job Specifications have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City as evidenced by the Job Specifications regression coefficient (X2) of 0.261 and a calculated t value of 2.763 > t table 1.665 with a significance value of 0.007 <0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is a type of quantitative research with the aim of determining the effect of ease and speed on interest in using the QRIS payment system on students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. Samples were taken from students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are shared and relate to the problem under study. Data collection is carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study used the Likert scale method. The results showed that data using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application at the stage of data collection, data management, and data analysis regarding the effect of convenience and speed on interest in using the QRIS payment system in students majoring in management, faculty of economics and business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, it can be concluded that convenience has a positive and significant effect The interest in using in students majoring in management, faculty of economics and business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, and speed has a negative and significant effect on interest in using in students majoring in management, faculty of economics and business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of fraud triangle activity on financial stability, financial targets and external pressure in infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2020-2022. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial reports which can be obtained on the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collected was processed using the multiple liner regression analysis method with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that: (1) Fraud triangle activity on pressure has a positive and significant effect on financial stability. (2) Fraud triangle activity on pressure has a positive and significant effect on the financial target. (3) Fraud triangle activity on pressure has a positive and significant effect on external pressure.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the comparison of financial performance between Special Hajj, Umrah and Halal Tour trips at PT Biota Wisata Tour & Travel for the 2018-2022 period. The variables used to compare financial performance are Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio (LDR), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), and Total Asset Return Over (TATO). This type of research is comparative research and the research sample is in the form of financial reports from 3 travel activities, namely Special Hajj, Umrah and Halal Tour. The sample was selected based on travel business activities at PT Biota Wisata Tour & Travel. The analytical method used is analysis of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity ratios and a two-average difference test (Independent Sample test). The results of research using the difference between two means test show that there is no significant difference in financial ratios consisting of CR, DAR, DER, LDR and ROE between Special Hajj, Umrah and Halal Tour trips at PT Biota Wisata Tour & Travel during the research period. Meanwhile, NPM, OPM and TATO have significant differences between the three in the research period. Overall, the financial performance of Halal Tour trips is better than Special Hajj and Umrah trips at PT Biota Wisata Tour & Travel in the research period.

Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar which has been discussed in the previous chapter, then the author draws an important conclusion, namely leadership style and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The leadership style needs to be further improved, especially the ability to motivate and control emotions because from the results of the second respondent's response, this is still a shortage of leaders and employee workload needs to be paid more attention, especially to working conditions because it can be seen from the research results that working conditions are still something that people complain about. employee.

Abstract

This study discusses the description of Umrah management guidance on the independence of PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel, which is motivated by the phenomenon of independence of Umrah pilgrims is the purpose of holding the Hajj. This study aims to describe the implementation of manasik guidance in realizing independent Umrah pilgrims at PT. Meida Tours Tour & Travel. Then the method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, documentation, and observation methods. The source of data taken from the supervisor of Umrah manasik, and Umrah pilgrims PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel Makassar City. The results of this study show that first, the form and process of implementing the guidance of Umrah management of PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel Makassar City is good. Second, the implementation of manasik guidance in realizing the independence of PT. Meida Wisata is in accordance with the indicators of independence, where these indicators include: 1) understand the teachings and prohibitions prohibiting performing Hajj properly, 2) be able to maintain his health and safety, 3) meet his own needs during the process of performing Umrah until he returns to his homeland.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance in the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit, Makassar City. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Makassar City. This research used a saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 95 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is simple linear regression and t-test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit in Makassar City as evidenced by the Work Motivation coefficient (X) value of 0.414 and the calculated t value of 3.859 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance At the Indonesian Red Cross Blood Transfusion Unit, Makassar City

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of incentives and social security on improving employee performance at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research location was carried out at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang, Gowa Regency, over a 3 month period. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods via applicationsStatistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 25. The results obtained from this research show that there is a positive relationship between Work Incentives (X1) and increased employee performance (Y), as well as Social Security (X2) which contributes positively to increased employee performance (Y) at PDAM Tirta Jeneberang Regency Gowa.
