<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the UPT Office of the Goods Quality Testing and Certification Center (BPSMB) Disperindag South Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The sample in this study was 35 respondents. This study used a simple linear regression analysis and used data sourced from respondents and documentation from the UPT Office of the Goods Quality Testing and Certification Center (BPSMB) Disperindag South Sulawesi Province. Regression test results based on the significant value test (sig) provided that if the sig value <0.05 is obtained the sig value = 0.25 which means <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the linear regression equation from the study obtained that work facilities affect employee performance at the UPT Office of the Goods Quality Testing and Certification Center (BPSMB) Disperindag South.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to describe and test the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency. The population and sample in this study were 35 respondents. It is known that the significant value in this study is the Influence of Work Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at 0.017 < 0.05, and the calculated value of 2.518 > the table value of 1.694. Meanwhile, the influence of the work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.015 < 0.05, with a calculated value of 2.573 > 1.694. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The data sources used in data collection include primary and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study utilized the Likert scale method. Based on the results of this study using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) application version 27, the author concludes that work motivation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Trade and Industry of Gowa Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Service. This sample was taken from the Gowa Regency Trade and Industry Service. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem being studied. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sampling technique formula. The number of samples processed in this research was 35 people. Data collection was carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this research, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this research used the Likert scale method. Based on the research results obtained, they were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 27. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that leadership and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.]]>

The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem studied. Data collection is carried out by observation and distribution of questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study was using the Likert scale method. The results showed data using statistical calculations through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 25 regarding the Effect of Consumer Reviews and the Cash On Delivery (COD) online payment system on consumer confidence in purchasing products on the Shopee Application which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the author draws important conclusions, namely consumer reviews and cash on delivery. This means that consumer reviews have a positive and significant effect on the Cash on Delivery payment system in purchasing products on the Shopee application.]]>

<![CDATA[This is a type of quantitative research aimed at identifying and analyzing the “The Influence of Product Diversity and Sevice Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Citra Cosmetic Store in Gowa Regency”. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from the shared questionnaire and related to the problem studied. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study uses the Likert Scale method. Based on the results of the study using statistical calculations through the application Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 29 on the impact of product diversity and quality of service on consumer satisfaction in the Cosmetic Image Shop in Gowa district, the results were obtained that the diversity of product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction proved with a Sig. value 0.001 < 0.05 and a thitung value 26.581 > ttables 1.986. Quality of service also had a positive influence and significant impact on the satisfaction of consumers proved with the Sig. rating 0.001 < 0.05, and the thitung value 4.065 > ttabels 1.986, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this study is acceptable.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to test the impact of service quality, product innovation and promotion on customer loyalty in Donat Kampar Galesong district of Takalar. The type of research used is the quantitative method. The sample used consisted of 94 samples selected using purposive sampling. Data in the sample uses primary data obtained using a distributed questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are validity tests, rehabilitation tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression tests and hypothesis tests using SPSS version 25 analysis tools. The results of the research showed that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, product innovation has no and significant effect on client loyalty and promotion has a significant and positive impact on customers loyalty On Donat Kampar Galesong Takalar district.]]>

The data collection methods used in this research were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population and sample used in this research consisted of 52 respondents, with the data analysis method being multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 27. Regarding the influence of conflict and stress on the permormance at PDAM Employess in service area II of Makassar City which was discussed in the previous chapters, the author draws the important conclusion that conflict and stress have a positive and significant on the permormance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a quantitative descriptive study aiming to understand and analyze the impact of selection and job placement on employee productivity at the State Assets and Auction Office in Makassar. The data collecting methods used in this research include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population and sample used in this research consist of 40 respondents. The research result through statistical calculations using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 regarding the influence of selection and job placement on employee productivity at assets and auction office in Makassar which was discussed in the previous chapters, the author draws the important conclusion that selection and job placement have a positive and significant on employee productivity. The result obtained for the selection variable (X1) against employee productivity (Y) show with a significance value of X1 against Y being 0.039, which is less than the value of alpha, that is 0.05 (0.039 < 0.05) and job placement variable (X2) against employee productivity (Y) show a significance value of X2 against Y being 0.009, which is also less than the value of alpha, that is 0.05 (0.009 < 0.05).]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out the effect of the Implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Quality of the Financial Reports of Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Gowa Regency. The population in this study were 30 employees who were at the Gowa Regency Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Office. The sample used is saturated sampling, saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all populations are sampled. The data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is data in the form of information directly obtained from the results of a questionnaire using a Liker scale. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, T test and R test. The results of the study show data using statistical calculations through the application of Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 regarding the Effect of Application of Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) on the Quality of Financial Reports of Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Gowa Regency which has been discussed from the previous chapter, the authors draw conclusions namely the Implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System (SIMDA) has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of the Gowa Regency Dinas Peternakan dan Perkebunan Financial Reports.]]>
