Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of digital financial literacy and economic literacy on business sustainability (Study on MSMEs in Makassar City). The type of research used in this research is a quantitative survey method. The MSME sample consisted of 100 samples selected using the purposive sampling method. The data in the sample was selected using primary data obtained using a distributed questionnaire. The data analysis methods used are data validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests using the SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results of the research show that digital financial literacy and economic literacy have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability in Makassar city.

Abstract

The existence of MSMEs is expected to provide prosperity for owners and the surrounding community. Welfare can be understood as equal distribution of life at a higher level from life itself. However, this goal is not in line with the conditions at the Sumberingin Bathing Nature Tourism. The existence of these destinations has not been able to achieve the goals of MSMEs. The aim of this research is to analyze the concept and role of MSMEs for the welfare of society from the perspective of Islamic law (study of the natural tourism of Sumberingin baths, Tumpang District, Malang Regency). This research is empirical research. The research approaches used are the Analytical Approach and the Case Approach. Data collection for this research used library study techniques and the data that had been processed systematically was then analyzed descriptively and evaluatively. The research results showedthe concept of MSMEs for the welfare of society in the perspective of Islamic economic law, namelyfulfilling physical needs and halal sustenance and the blessings of sustenance received and creating a sense of security and love for others. Furthermore,The role of the Sumberingin Bathing Nature Tourism MSME is to improve the welfare of the community from the perspective of Islamic economic law, namely creating jobs, meeting economic needs and helping other people in need.Based on the results of an indicator survey that measures welfare from an Islamic economic perspective, it can be concluded that the majority of MSMEs feel that their needs are met, they are helped to obtain halal sustenance, they do business with a sense of security and peace.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy and is a major contributor to foreign exchange. The growth of the tourism sector makes tourist destination managers compete to attract tourists to visit. The high interest of tourists in visiting can trigger the possibility of making a decision to visit a destination. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between tourist facilities and promotions on visiting interest. The population in this study were tourists from the Sumberingin Bathing Nature Tourism. This research used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 tourists. The data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires, while the data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that tourist facilities partially influence interest in visiting, promotions partially influence interest in visiting. The research results also show that tourist facilities and promotions simultaneously influence interest in visiting the Sumberingin Baths Nature Tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the influence of dual role conflict and self efficacy on the Performance of Female Employees at PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. This sample was taken from the PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from distributed questionnaires and is related to the problem under study. Data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection include primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study uses the Likert scale method. Based on the results of data research using statistical calculation through the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) application version 26 regading The influence of dual role conflict and self-efficacy on the performance of female employees at PT. Indonesian Harbor (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar which has been discussed in the previous chapter, the author draw an important conclusion, namely Dual roles and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees. The work pressure given by companies to female employees needs to be given more attention, because excessive work pressure will trigger multiple role conflicts which have an impact on employee performance. Apart from that, self-efficacy needs to be increased further for each individual employee.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze various leading sectors in Banyuwangi district to be developed in order to increase regional economic growth. This research uses a qualitative approach with more emphasis on the qualitative form of literature, namely the main source from the Banyuwangi Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. The data analysis tools used are LQ, DLQ and Shift Share and the research results obtained show that in Banyuwangi Regency the most superior sector is the Education sector, namely obtaining average data of 2.02, the Electricity Procurement Sector and the Education Services Sector in Banyuwangi Regency have a very large role, this can be seen in the contribution of Electricity Procurement and the Education Services Sector to the GRDP of Banyuwangi Regency. The magnitude of the sector's contribution can be seen in the average contribution figures from 2018 to 2022 with values ​​of 2.00 and 2.02. while the Mining and Quarrying Sector, electricity and gas procurement, transportation and warehousing, accommodation provision, information and communication, financial and insurance services, real estate, government administration are sectors that are included in the Potential category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency in Bone Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data processed are the results of distributing questionnaires to employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office in Bone Regency with a sample used of 32 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, coefficient analysis and simple linear regression. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the regional development agency of Bone Regency with a Significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the coefficient of determination test with an R Square value or coefficient of determination of 0.072, and an Adjusted R Square value of 0.830 or with an influence level of 83% and 17% influenced by the limitations of this research model. Based on the results of this study, there is an Influence of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Bone District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the application of employee benefit accounting at PT. Tri Star Independent. Researchers took the object of research at PT. Tri Star Independent. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach. This research data is obtained from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of literature research and field research are direct interviews with the company, namely the head of the finance room. The results of research at PT. Tri Star Mandiri can be concluded that the benefits of employment at PT. Tri Star Mandiri can be categorized into four categories based on PSAK 24, namely short-term employee benefits, postemployment benefits, long-term benefits and severity pay for termination of employment contracts. Of the four employee benefits, only short-term employee benefits applied are in accordance with PSAK 24. While the other three employee benefits, namely post-employment benefits, long-term benefits, and severity pay, are only post-employment benefits for defined benefit programs applied and are in accordance with PSAK 24 while defined contribution programs are not applied and long-term employee benefits, severance has not been applied so it does not need to be adjusted to PSAK 24.

Abstract

The aim of this research is a type of quantitative research with the aim of finding out how much influence brand image and price have on the decision to purchase an Avanza car at PT. Hadji Kalla Daya Makassar Branch. The population in this study was 80 people with a sample of 67 respondents using a Non Probability Sampling sampling technique with a sampling technique, namely Incidental Sampling. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, and partial hypothesis test (t test). The results of this research show that the brand image and price variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase an Avanza car at PT. Hadji Kalla Daya Makassar Branch. Brand image and price variables influence purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the t test, the Brand Image Significance Value of 0.001 is smaller than the specified significance value of 0.05, so based on this decision making, there is an influence of brand image in purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the price significance value of 0.001 is smaller than the significance value set at 0.05, so there is an influence of price in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: To determine the effect of employee discipline on the performance of production employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The type of research carried out was quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees in the production section at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar, totaling 114 people. The sampling technique used by the author is nonprobability sampling. Based on this, the sample in this study is the entire population taken, namely all production employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV Makassar, totaling 114 people. The results of this research are that employee discipline has a calculated t value of 11.595 which is greater than the t table of 1.981 (11.595 > 1.981) with a probability of a significant level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significant level of 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted. This means that employee discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of production employees. The results of this research show that the better the employee discipline, the better the performance of production employees will be. Without good discipline, it will be difficult for a company to achieve optimal results so that the performance of production employees will not be optimal.

Abstract

This research starts from the framework of thinking that Compensation and Work Discipline greatly influence employee productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of compensation and work discipline on productivity employees PT. Wailala Trans in Baubau City. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Wailala Trans has 34 employees. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, where the primary data comes from observations and documentation at the company PT. Wailala Trans, and secondary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 34 employees of the company PT. Wailala Trans. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression data analysis by combining statistical calculations using the Data Analysis Tools program in Windows Excel version 16 and the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPPS) application version 23. The results of this research show that the compensation variable (X1) has no effect on employee productivity, the work discipline variable (X2) has an effect on employee productivity, meanwhile the compensation and work discipline variables together have a significant and simultaneous effect on the work productivity of employees PT. Wailala Trans, can be seen from the significance value of Sig 0.002 < 0.05, and the Fcount value of 7.560 > Ftable value of 3.304.
