Abstract

Sebuah sistem manajemen perkantoran dalam menangani persuratan dengan cara yang berkualitas dapat memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang juga merupakan metode studi kepustakaan atau penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian lembaga pustaka adalah karena peneliti membutuhkan data dari berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku dan jurnal, untuk membangun landasan teori untuk masalah yang akan diteliti, yaitu “Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Manajemen Perkantoran dalam menangani persuratan untuk meningkatkan Efisiensi dan Efektivitas di Sekolah”. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui konsep dasar sistem manajemen perkantoran perihal persuratan, kualitas sistem manajemen perkantoran perihal persuratan, pengaruh kualitas sistem manajemen perkantoran perihal persuratan terhadap efesiensi dan efektivitas di sekolah,dan evaluasi efektivitas tata kelola kearsipan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi dapat dicapai melalui proses penanganan surat yang terstruktur, kemampuan pelacakan dan penelusuran surat yang cepat, serta minimalisasi duplikasi atau keterlambatan dalam penanganan surat. Sementara itu, efektivitas dapat ditingkatkan dengan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan dan kebijakan terkait pengelolaan arsip, kemudahan akses terhadap informasi yang dibutuhkan, serta pengambilan keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan data dan informasi yang tersedia.

Abstract

When viewed from educational issues. In particular, the Indonesian curriculum can be categorized as a country whose education curriculum is still low, when compared with countries that have advanced education systems. Coupled with evidence from reports from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) conducting an international survey using a test called the Program for Assessment (PISA). The method used in this paper is a literature review because it compares education systems, especially the curriculum between Indonesia and Finland. The curriculum components in question are results and discussion. Data collection methods are related to the topic of this paper. Primary School Curriculum in Finland and Indonesia The 2014 Finnish National Core Curriculum (FNCC) is divided into two parts. The general part includes the importance of the local curriculum, the local curriculum process, the mission and general objectives of basic education, as well as evaluation. In the primary school curriculum, the parts that relating to subjects is divided into several levels (grade 1, grade 2, and grades 3 to 6). The Finnish curriculum is designed to provide standard content and serve as a guide for educational institutions. Subjects are adapted by local authorities to the needs of students, schools, and even parents can participate in editing the curriculum and its objectives.Education in Finland is based on an integrated curriculum system.The Indonesian curriculum also includes several core subjects such as language, religious education, citizenship education, social studies, mathematics, science, physical education and sports, skills and vocational, arts and culture, as well as local content.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the competence of school principals in educational leadership and examine the leadership competence of school principals who are effective in improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection and analysis techniques by searching for literature through several books and scientific articles as well as other trusted sources. A leader is a figure who can be trusted and fosters a strong sense of loyalty towards his teammates. Leadership is one of several factors that determine an organization's ability to succeed. The principal is the person who leads the school. Effective leadership to organize, motivate, and influence leadership in organizations, which also summarizes performance and success. As an action, leadership functions to help achieve previously established work programs. Leaders encourage their subordinates to do things. According to Hersey and Blanchard, the four main dimensions of the principal's role are delegation, coaching, direction, and support. Becoming a school principal is not easy, because a school principal has various responsibilities and roles, one of which is being a strict school principal.

Abstract

: Good classroom and student management will have a positive impact on the learning process, create an environment conducive to student growth and development, and improve the overall quality of education. Class management and students in Indonesia have experienced various developments and transformations in line with changes in educational approaches, government policies and technological developments. However, challenges such as the lack of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure, disparities between regions in access to education, and improving the quality of teaching staff remain the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Classroom management refers to the strategies and techniques used by educators to create a conducive, orderly and effective learning environment. This includes the physical setting of the classroom, rules and procedures, and approaches to dealing with student behavior. Meanwhile, student management involves an individual approach in understanding and meeting each student's learning needs, including differentiation strategies, providing motivation, and emotional support. This article highlights the importance of good classroom management skills for teachers to increase student participation and achievement, and emphasizes the important role of student management in creating personalized and inclusive learning experiences. Case studies and practical recommendations are included to provide guidance for educators in implementing these strategies effectively.

Abstract

Education and training management in the digital era involves various aspects, from planning, implementation, to effective evaluation. Training planning must be responsive to teacher needs and the latest technological developments. The implementation of training must utilize digital platforms that allow flexibility in time and place, as well as interactive and collaborative learning methods. Training evaluation must be carried out on an ongoing basis using digital tools to ensure consistent improvement in teacher competency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the Analysis of Character Education Approaches in Various Countries. Character education is the main focus in various countries to build a young generation with morals and noble character. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection and analysis techniques by searching for literature through several books and scientific articles as well as other trusted sources. This article analyzes character education approaches in several countries, namely, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. Each country has a different approach in instilling character values ​​in students. Indonesia uses the approach of instilling values, clarifying values, learning to do, leading by example and habituation. Singapore uses a curriculum-based, co-curricular and extracurricular approach, with a focus on leadership development, entrepreneurship and community service. Japan uses a culture and tradition-based approach, with an emphasis on values ​​such as discipline, respect, and responsibility. Analysis shows that there is no single most effective approach to character education. Each country must adapt its approach to its own cultural and social context.

Abstract

Comparative studies have two syllables, consisting of "study" and "comparative". In the large Indonesian dictionary, the word "study" is a study, research or analysis. Meanwhile, the meaning of the word "comparative" is to compare. In this comparative research, it is usually used to compare the similarities or differences of a fact or the nature of the research object which is based on the research framework. The type of research used is a qualitative research method through a literature review (Kartiningrum, 2016). Qualitative research refers to the thoughts, feelings, opinions or beliefs of the person being studied and cannot be measured quantitatively (Ulfatin, 2022). The data used to prepare this work came from various articles related to the topics discussed. The social studies curriculum in South Korea began in 1946, when South Korea was liberated from Japanese colonial rule and came under the United States military. The main aim of this curriculum is to eradicate the remnants of Japanese imperialism. The curriculum in Indonesia has changed many times since independence. Since 2013/2014, Indonesia has begun implementing the 2013 Curriculum in schools in Indonesia for grades 1, 4, 7 and 10. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum will be carried out in stages until it is implemented in all classes in Indonesia. In 2020 in South Korea there will be an additional curriculum, namely the curriculum local content as well as in Indonesia. Comparative studies between the education systems in South Korea and Indonesia reveal striking differences in educational approaches, quality and outcomes. South Korea is known for its focus on quality education with high standards and a competitive learning culture, while Indonesia often places more emphasis on equal access to education throughout the region.

Abstract

: Etymologically, comparative education means comparing two or more educational systems and studying procedures or procedures. It is not surprising that the term "comparative education" is often combined with "comparative education", because both words have the same meaning. In comparative studies we can compare various problems related to teaching strategies, facilities and infrastructure, curriculum and the academic results of students. Therefore, this article aims to discuss in more depth comparative studies regarding the quality of education in Indonesia and Finland. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with data collection and analysis techniques carried out by searching for literature studies through several books and scientific articles as well as other trusted sources. In conclusion, the comparative study between the Indonesian and Finnish education systems shows the importance of educational policies and systems that support the overall development of teacher competency to improve the quality of education. There are several main differences between teacher assessment systems, namely teacher qualifications, assessment methods and educational focus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of information technology on character education in Indonesia. As well as knowing the ethical values of students in Indonesia and also knowing how the government improves the values of character education caused by current information technology. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The development of technology in modern times is increasingly rapid and we cannot avoid it, the development of technology today not only has a positive impact on people's lives, but also has a negative impact, one of which is in character education, the importance of the role of parents and teachers in character education. From the results of the study it was found that there are students now who are still very lacking in having character education caused by technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the comparison of the implementation and cultivation of character education between Indonesia and Japan. The focus of the study is on approaches and applications in formal and non-formal education as well as the influence of the community environment on character education in two countries. The research method used is a qualitative research method using a library approach or better known as library research. The data sources for this research come from research results, government policies related to character education in these two countries. The research results explain that the basis of character education in Indonesia is state ideology, customs and culture, religious values, government rules and policies. Likewise, in Japan the basis for character education is cultural values, state ideology and government policy regulations. Approaches to character education in Indonesia include the value instillation approach, learning approach, example, and habituation. Whereas in Japan, among other things, the approach tends to be habituation, for the Japanese people, character is not taught but is used to it. The influence of community support on character education in Indonesia and Japan greatly influences the ethics produced by students.
