Abstract

In the digital era, mail management faces significant challenges related to data security, operational efficiency and technological adaptation. The transformation from manual to digital systems demands fundamental changes in the way organizations manage incoming and outgoing mail information. Key challenges include the risk of data leaks, cyber threats, the need for reliable technology infrastructure, and resistance to change among staff. In addition, difficulties in integrating the various digital platforms used by organizations often hinder process automation and efficiency.

Abstract

Effective communication between teachers and early childhood children plays an important role in forming significant and meaningful relationships. In this article, the author discusses the role of effective communication in building meaningful teacher-early childhood relationships. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and analysis of symbolic interaction theory. The research results show that effective communication between teachers and young children requires the characteristics of teachers who are patient, willing to make sacrifices, attentive, firm, and able to attract the attention of young children. In addition, teachers must understand the diverse characters of their students and use effective media to achieve meaningful communication. Thus, effective communication can help in developing early childhood social skills, improving the quality of intrapersonal relationships, and avoiding conflict. Therefore, it is important to stimulate effective communication in children from an early age to build meaningful relationships between teachers and young children.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop Powtoon-based audio-visual media on theme 5 "Ecosystem" in grade V elementary school. and to find out the feasibility of Powtoon-based audio-visual media on theme 5 "Ecosystem" in grade V elementary school. The research phase uses the ADDIE model, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The analysis in this research used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The instruments used in this research were observation, documentation and questionnaires of material experts, media experts, individual and small group trials. Data from observations and documentation are analyzed descriptively qualitatively, while the data obtained from questionnaires are analyzed descriptively quantitatively by the subjects of this research, namely media expert validators, material experts and learning experts who will assess the audio-visual media developed. The object in this research, namely Powtoon-based audio-visual media on theme 3 "Ecosystem" was developed. The results of research and development of powtoon media have been declared suitable for use by grade V elementary school students in mastering the material in theme 5 of the ecosystem and the average score obtained by material validation is 91% with "very good" criteria, media validation is 94% with "very good" criteria, and the average result of teacher response is 82% with "good" criteria or can be tied properly. It can be concluded that, audio-visual media is feasible and acceptable as one of the thematic learning media in grade V elementary school.

Abstract

As an effort to introduce local culture associated with teaching materials, the teacher made a learning strategy that discussed the exploration of ethnomatic culture with Trenggalek Ladok typical milk which was implemented in data processing materials in grade IV SDN 1 Ngantru. The purpose of this study is to increase students' understanding of local culture through the local culture of ladok milk applied in data processing materials. In this study using the class action method. With research instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of ethnomatic cultural exploration with Ladok milk in data processing material in grade IV SDN 1 Ngantru can increase students' understanding of local culture. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning outcomes and student enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Abstract

The principal is an educational leader, the principal’s work ethic in carrying out his duties can be influenced by several things, one of which is the office layout model. A good office layout will increase the principal’s work enthusiasm. The principal’s office should not be shared with teachers or other staff. In this study, the author conducted research using interview methods with school principals, as well as conducting direct observations in the field. Based on the research results, the author found that the office space at SMP 4 Muhammadiyah Medan could not be said to be good, because the principal’s office was still attached to other teachers’ rooms, so this could affect the principal’s work ethic.

Abstract

This journal was created to find out various views from community groups regarding the conflict between Palestine and Israel. Palestine is a country located in the Middle East at the same time as Israel. This conflict will take the point of view of the parties that took part in the protests regarding these two countries. Many speculate or argue that this conflict occurred because of religion. On the other hand, there are those who consider this incident to be the result of political interference, but in reality now this conflict has been around for a long time and has Now there is still no agreement for peace.

Abstract

Achieving educational goals at school is greatly influenced by student factors. All activities in schools are aimed at students and the existence of students plays a role as a subject as well as an object in the educational process at school. Planning and organizing in educational management is very important and is needed to achieve a better education for the future of the nation's children, therefore The goal of education must be prioritized. If there is unity of strength from various system elements to achieve goals in the institution or organization, then management is considered successful. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design. Data collection techniques were carried out through: observation, documentation and in-depth interviews. The results of the research indicate that student planning should be prepared as early as possible at the beginning of each school year. Planning and organizing students starts from grouping classes based on test results so that superior classes are formed and target classes are formed. Then the principal gives responsibility and authority to the homeroom teacher to develop and direct the students.

Abstract

The changing times allow children to freely access technology anywhere and anytime. However, over time, they did not care about the values of Pancasila, which caused them to behave deviantly and not in accordance with the values of Pancasila. Therefore, SDI Bayanul Azhar, especially grade 2, applies the internalization of Pancasila values when learning Pancasila education in the classroom. Internalization uses an approach, namely the CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) approach. There are several problem formulations based on the observations of researchers, namely, (1) What is the process of implementing the internalization of Pancasila values with the CTL approach in grade 2 students of SDI Bayanul Azhar?, (2) How is the understanding of grade 2 students of SDI Bayanul Azhar on the value of God in the process of internalizing Pancasila values through the CTL approach?, (3) What are the obstacles of teachers in the process of internalizing Pancasila values through the CTL approach for grade 2 students at SDI Bayanul Azhar? This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results obtained by the researcher are that most of the grade 2 students of SDI Bayanul Azhar already understand the meaning of divine values, then the implementation of internalization using the CTL approach, which is to associate material with everyday life, for the constraints that exist in the internalization process, which is constrained by time.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of PAI teachers in fostering a sense of love for the homeland and PAI Teacher Assessment in forming the character of patriotism in students at MTS Arrabi Tamansuruh. The method used is descriptive qualitative research. Three data collection techniques applied in this research include interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at MTS Arrabi Tamansuruh. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis methods. The research results show that PAI teachers have an important role in helping students develop a sense of love and pride for their homeland, as well as preparing them to become responsible citizens and make positive contributions to nation-building.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze language errors in the spelling of preschool students. In the student's thesis abstract, writing errors were found. Students' mistakes when writing their thesis abstracts are sometimes not using the correct Indonesian spelling. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection procedure techniques in the form of observation. Based on the research results, the samples taken were 7 abstract data and student books at Medan State University, Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program. In writing abstracts there is language spelling that is not correct according to the Enhanced Indonesian Spelling (EYD) guidelines, namely in the use of prepositions, use of capital letters, writing full stops, use of italics and errors in writing words. There are 7 spelling error data contained in the abstracts and PGPAUD student books. Based on the results of the discussion above, it can be concluded that the author is inaccurate in using language spelling in capital letters, italics, words with affixes, use of abbreviations, use of punctuation.
