Abstract

The study examined the effect of internal audit on financial performance of quoted manufacturing companies in Lagos state while the specific objective was to determine the effect of audit scope on the profitability of quoted manufacturing companies.The population of the was five hundred employees from which a sample size of sixty was selected through purposive sampling technique.  It was revealed by the study that there was a positive relationship between internal audit and financial performance of quoted mmanufacturing companies; that audit scope had significant effect on the profit made by manufacturing companies with R2=34%, (P<0.05). It was suggested that the scope of audit should be expanded to cover all critical operational areas to have a comprehensive evaluation of the company’s processes and controls.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and labor on economic growth in Indonesia. One of the factors that affects economic growth is foreign direct investment (FDI). In addition to FDI, labor also plays an important role in economic growth. This study uses secondary data in the form of a thirteen-year time series from 2010-2023, namely with direct investment variables (X1) and Labor (X2). The analysis method used is quantitative, using Multiple Linear Analysis Techniques with the help of the E-Views 9 program. The results of this study indicate that direct investment and labor variables have a significant positive impact on economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of e-wallet implementation on the efficiency of financial management of Mataram University students. This study uses associative research with a quantitative approach. Using the Slovin formula from a population of 35,271 which resulted in 395 students selected as research samples. Data collection techniques online via google form. Research data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the implementation of e-wallets had a significant effect on the efficiency of financial management of Mataram University students. This study suggests that e-wallet implementation is carried out wisely in order to have a good impact on financial management behavior, especially among students.

Abstract

The limitation of Defense budget creates its own problems in facing factual and potential threats. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the Impact of Economic Empowerment Strategy in Defense Entrepreneurship to Support the Total People's Defense and Security System. And Formulation of Economic Empowerment Strategy in Defense Entrepreneurship to Support the Total People's Defense and Security System. The results of the study are that the implementation of economic empowerment strategy requires planned steps, including strategic planning, infrastructure development, strong partnerships, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. Investment in production capacity and technology, as well as support for education and training programs, are key steps to achieving defense goals.

Abstract

This study alims to alnallyze how much influence the number of poor people (X1), the ralte of economic growth (X2), alnd the level of Educaltion (X3) on the number of stunting (Y) on the islalnd of Sulalwesi. The Daltal used is secondalry daltal, nalmely palnel daltal for five yealrs from 2019-2023 alnd als malny als 6 regions on the islalnd of Sulalwesi in Indonesial sourced from the Centrall Staltistics ALgency alnd Ministry of heallth of the Republic of Indonesial. The method of alnallysis used is qualntitaltive. The model used is fixed effect model. The results showed thalt the number of poor people alnd the level of Educaltion hals al positive influence on the number of Stunting, while the ralte of economic growth hals al negaltive influence on the number of stunting. The conclusion of the study is the number of poor people, the ralte of economic growth, alnd the level of educaltion contribute to the occurrence of stunting on the islalnd of Sulalwesi. The government needs to strive to increalse humaln resources (HR) through educaltion alnd tralining so thalt sustalinalbility increalses productivity alnd lalbor palrticipaltion ralte in order to get al good income alnd halve good finalnces to meet the needs alnd seek knowledge relalted to ballalnced nutrition, heallth, alnd nutritionall problems in the community to prevent stunting with regulalr promotions alnd counseling through heallth workers.

Abstract

One indicator of an area of high economic growth is a low level of income inequality. This study aims to determine the development of income inequality that occurs in the provinces of South Sumatra, West Sumatra and North Sumatra, as well as classify and analyze the province based on economic growth and income inequality. The Data used in this study is time series and cross section data with a six-year observation period of 2018-2023 with 3 provinces in Sumatra yajni South Sumatra, West Sumatra and North Sumatra. The methods of analysis used in this study are Wiliamson index analysis, Theil Entropy index analysis, and Klassen typology analysis. With the results of the study, the average level of income inequality in 2018-2023 is in the range of 0.30 to 0.59. The highest income inequality is in the province of South Sumatra 0.59 and North Sumatra 0.45. Inequality in West Sumatra province is at 0.30 then it is categorized as moderate inequality. From Klassen's typological analysis, using the average Wiliamson index in 2018 to 2023, South Sumatra is in Quadrant II which is a fast-growing region, West Sumatra and North Sumatra are in Quadrant IV of the relatively underdeveloped region. From the results of Klassen typology analysis in 2018-2023 regencies or cities in West Sumatra province are in Quadrant II and Quadrant IV, regencies/cities in North Sumatra are in Quadrant I, quadrant II and quadrant IV. While the district / city in South Sumatra province located in Quadrant II and Quadrant IV.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leading sectors, domestic investment, and population on Regional Original Income (PAD) in Bengkulu Province. Regional economic development is measured through Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), which reflects resource management capabilities and fiscal independence. The data used in this research is secondary data covering the 2019-2023 periode and analyzed using the Location Quotient (LQ) technique and multiple regression methods. The research results show that leading sectors and domestic investment have a significant influence on PAD, while the influence of population varies depending on the sector studied. These findings emphasize the importance of optimizing potential economic sectors and increasing domestic investment to strengthen fiscal independence and regional competitiveness in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which leadership (X) influences employee turnover intention (Y) at The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 112 employees of The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, using a saturated census sampling method. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale to measure 14 statements from the leadership and turnover intention variables. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 23 version 23 application for windows. By using simple linear regression, it can be obtained that leadership has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention with a value of -tcount < -ttable, namely -10.898 < -1.659. Leadership has a negative value with a beta value of -0.459 on turnover intention.

Abstract

Based on Zola's survey, 75% of married couples in 2024 will use wedding organizer services, up from 70% in 2023. This study aims to examine the analysis of the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) on Instagram social media on the interest in buying wedding services at We Are The Organizers Manado. The inferential quantitative method is used through data collected with documentation and questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the influence of three dimensions of E-WOM: Intensity, Valence of Opinion, and Content. The results of the t-test show that Intensity and Valence of Opinion have a significant positive effect, while Content is not significant. The F test shows that the three variables simultaneously influence buying interest with a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

Bali is an area with very rapid tourism development as evidenced by foreign tourists who make Bali one of their destinations. This study aims to understand how the marketing mix strategy to increase the sales volume of wedding packages at CV. Glow Wedding and Event Planner Bali. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques are analyzed using the SWOT matrix through the 7P marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence). Based on the results of this study, 4 marketing strategies were found, namely SO (Strength Opportunities) expanding relations and highlighting the flexible prices owned by the company, ST (Strength Threats) increasing the focus of wedding product promotions and making more attractive promotions, WO (Weaknesses Opportunities) adding a variety of wedding packages, WT (Weaknesses Threats) Maximizing promotions that have been carried out by conducting research on similar companies related to promotions, promotional media and prices.
