Background: Based on information from Basic Health Research in 2013, around 28.9% of children aged 5-9 years and 25.2% of children aged 10-14 years experienced dental and oral health problems. Especially in childhood, dental caries is a problem that must be avoided, especially when they attend elementary school. Therefore, it is important for us to provide knowledge about how important it is to maintain healthy teeth in children. It is hoped that the educational program can increase public awareness about the importance of maintaining dental and oral health and motivate them to actively maintain their own dental and oral health. Providing e-books about dental and oral health as a learning tool is one innovative way to change children's behavior in maintaining dental and oral health. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of dental health e-books on knowledge and debris index in elementary school students. Method: This research uses a quasi experimental research design. This research was conducted on class V students of SDN Krukut 03 Limo Depok. The number of samples used was 54 people using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by direct examination and filling out a questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. Results: Of the 54 samples, the average debris index score before counseling was 1.59, medium criteria and after counseling the average debris index was 0.95, medium criteria with the results of paired sample t-test p <0.001. There is a difference in the average knowledge score, namely from the previous 75.85, sufficient criteria to 88.52, good criteria, with the results of paired sample t-test p <0.001. Conclusion: Dental and oral health e-books are effective in increasing knowledge and reducing debris index scores in elementary school students.

Background: Breast cancer ranks first in Indonesia with the highest incidence of cancer and is the leading cause of cancer deaths. One of the causes of breast cancer has increased due to the lack of education about SADARI (Breast Self Examination) during adolescence for early detection of breast cancer, so that the knowledge that adolescents have about health is very minimal and can cause a lack of concern or insensitivity to a symptom of a disease that arises abnormally in the body, so health promotion is needed in an effort to increase knowledge related to SADARI. Health promotion in adolescent girls will be more interesting if it is carried out with various methods such as demonstrations and showing videos. Objective: Knowing the difference in knowledge improvement between demonstration methods and animated videos in SADARI health education for female students. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative study with Quasi Experiment, Non-Equivalent with Control Group Design which was conducted from February to March 2023. The population female students of class X, XI, XII Natural Science and Social Science at SMA IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta. The technique of taking samples with proportionate stratified random sampling. Results: Wilcoxon test in the experimental group obtained p value = 0.000 and in the control, group obtained p value = 0.000. Mann Whitney test in the experimental and control groups after the intervention obtained p value=0.025. Conclusion: There is a difference between the demonstration method and the animated video to the increased santriwati knowledge of SADARI with a value of p=0.025 (p<0.05). The demonstration method makes the teaching clearer and more concrete and focuses the attention of the student as well as better directs the student's learning process to the materials being studied.

Method: Design using quantitative analytics with one group pre-test and post-test design research design. The type of research used is the Wilcoxon test. Results: Students had knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth with less category 54.6% before the Montessori game method and after the Montessori game method 63.8% of children experienced an increase in knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth with a good category with Asymp.sign (2-tailed) scores of 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: There is an influence of Montessori game method on knowledge and behavior of brushing teeth in in elementary school children.

Background: Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a health problem that is currently the focus of global and national attention. One of the NCDs that can be found is Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The chronic metabolic disease called diabetes mellitus is caused by an insufficient amount of insulin produced by the pancreas or the body being unable to adequately use the insulin it produces. Diabetes cannot be cured, but blood sugar can be controlled to prevent complications. Physical exercise or exercise is the third and very important aspect in controlling diabetes. One physical exercise that can be done is brisk walking exercise for 30 minutes. Objective: To find out whether the implementation of brisk walking exercise can reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers in Wall Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency in 2023. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling, namely 30 respondents (15 intervention groups and 15 control groups). The Wilcoxon test results obtained ????-value 0.001 < alpha (0.05), which means there is a difference in blood glucose levels before and after brisk walking exercise in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Based on this research, it is recommended that brisk walking can be used as a non-pharmacological therapy to reduce blood glucose levels.

Educational regarding proper tooth brushing procedures needs to be carried out since preschool, because this is a golden time to build a habit. However, the proportion of correct brushing behavior based on RISKESDAS 2019 is only 2.8%. To overcome this behavior, it is necessary to provide treatment that attracts children's attention, such as providing educational games. The educational game that designed by researchers is about Tooth brushing Simulation using the Doctor Toys Set Educational Game Tool and video for how to play. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational games to improve toothbrushing skills in Atikan Kindergarten, Bandung City. This research method uses a pre-experimental one group pre-test – post-test design which was carried out in April 2022 with a total sampling of 20 children. Toothbrushing skills were observed 2 times, before treatment (pre-test) and after treatment with educational games (post-test). Data analysis used paired-T test. The average score of the correct brushing movement before and after doing the Educational Game on Simulation of Brushing Teeth was 6.65 and 11.85 and there was a significant difference based on the mean score (p<0.05). The conclusion is that an Educational Game about Simulation of Brushing Teeth with Doctor Toys Set and a video of how to play the tool can be used to improve tooth brushing skills in pre-school children.
