Smolio Clothing is a fashion business MSME that has a child-like concept with fun, pop and colorful themes. This study aims to describe the internal and external environmental conditions of marketing and determine the right strategy for developing Smolio Clothing's fashion business in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The problem analysis method used is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) matrix. The results of this study indicate that the marketing conditions of the Smolio Clothing business in the IE Matrix are in quadrant II, with a grow and build strategy. Of the 11 alternative strategies formulated using the SWOT matrix, based on the results of the QSPM matrix, the right strategy to use is an intensive type of strategy in the form of market penetration with a TAS of 6.45. The strategies that Smolio Clothing can implement are conducting better marketing activities to increase brand trust, selling through various social e-commerce platforms that have sprung up, making products with new types and variants, looking for alternative suppliers to lower costs and selling.

The objective of this research is to identify the effects of employer branding, corporate reputation, and corporate social responsibility on the intention of Gen Z to apply for job. The respondents of this quantitative explanatory research are 380 undergraduate students of Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Brawijaya; they were selected using simple random sampling technique. The research data was harvested from Likert-scaled questionnaires that have been tested using validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The research hypotheses were assessed using t-test, and the analysis were conducted using multiple linear regression; all of which were performed in SPSS. This study finds that employer branding, corporate reputation, and corporate social responsibility have partial effects on the intention of Gen Z to apply for job. Furthermore, the factor or indicator of corporate social responsibility that has the most effect is stakeholder dimension.

The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the effects of work motivation, workplace environment, and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in the branch office of Malang Kawi. This quantitative explanatory research explains the relationship of a variable with other variables through hypothesis testing. Using non-probability sampling method and saturated sampling technique, all seventy employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia in the branch office of Malang Kawi were selected as the respondents. The research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 25. This study finds that work motivation, workplace environment, and job satisfaction partially have negative and significant effects on turnover intention. This means that work motivation, workplace environment, and job satisfaction are factors contributing to the emergence of employees’ turnover intention.

The goal of this quantitative explanatory research is to identify the effects of job satisfaction, compensation, and subjective well-being on teacher’s performance. This study was conducted at the Public Senior High School 2 of Amlapura using multiple linear regression analysis performed in SPSS 26 in order to explain the relationship between the three independent variable on the dependent variable. The stages in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The instrument test consists of validity and reliability testing, while the classical assumption test consists of multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests, and the hypothesis testing consists of F test and t test. The research population is teachers of Public Senior High School 2 of Amlapura; using saturated sampling, all 58 of them were selected as the respondents. The data was harvested through Likert-scaled questionnaires. This study finds that job satisfaction significantly influences the teacher’s performance, that compensation significantly affects the teacher’s performance, and that subjective well-being also significantly impacts the teacher’s performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, training, and work discipline on performance with employee objects on intern employees at PT. Bank Sinarmas Sharia Business Unit (tbk) KCP Malang for the period 2021-2022. This study has a population of 49 interns at PT Bank Sinarmas Sharia Business Unit (tbk) KCP Malang, therefore this study uses saturated samples. The method of this research is to use the type of exploratory research using a quantitative approach. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire and the data used is primary data. Partial least square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that motivation and training had a significant effect on performance, while discipline had no significant effect on performance. While simultaneously, it shows that the endogenous variable Performance (Y) can be explained by exogenous variables, namely Motivation (X1), Training (X2), and Discipline (X3) by 57.4%. Therefore, the implication of this research is that the higher the level of motivation and also the training provided, the higher the level of performance of intern employees, while the discipline or lack of discipline of intern employees does not affect the performance of intern employees.

The issuance of electronic information and transaction law in 2008 and copyright law in 2014 in response to cybercrimes has created the art commission phenomenon, in which illustrators claim and trade their works in cyber world. Top Haul Outfitter (T.H.O.), a new business in custom-clothing industry, was having difficulties in collecting revenues in 2021 due to low customers. The objective of this research is to analyze the effects of brand awareness and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on the purchase intention in the scope of art commission among the customers of T.H.O.’s products. The data of this quantitative research was harvested via questionnaires from 150 respondents who have made any art commission transaction and was analyzed in SPSS (IBM). The results of the analysis indicate the significant and positive effects of brand awareness and electronic word of mouth on the purchase intention. Therefore, in order to gain revenues from consumers, brand awareness improvement and digital information disbursement can be applied.

The objectives of this study are to identify the characteristics of the market segment for Bettercare and to pinpoint the suitable target segments for the wash service business, to which efforts to place the products in the targeted customers’ mind were made. This quantitative descriptive research measures a certain social phenomenon without conducting hypothesis testing. From the population of Bettercare customers in South Tangerang and South Jakarta, using purposive sampling with the criteria of people who have used the company’s helmet washing service at least once, eighty respondents were acquired. The validity and reliability of the research instruments have been assessed. The incorporation of cluster method for the data analysis resulted in that the market segment for Bettercare was service can be classified into two segments: the Confidence Group and the Exclusive Group. Further, the more appropriate segment to be targeted by Bettercare is the Confidence Group.

Job satisfaction is the occurring or non-occurring employees’ emotional condition in response to the compensation received by the employees from their companies or organizations after comparing it with the compensation they actually wish to receive. This quantitative research was conducted to identify both partial and simultaneous effects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and workplace environment on the job satisfaction of interns at the Sharia Business Unit of Bank Sinarmas of Malang Branch Office during the 2021-2022 period. The sample of this research was selected using census technique for small population, so the entire population was used as the sample, resulting in 49 intern respondents. The results of the data analysis performed in SPSS 26 indicate that one Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) significantly influences job satisfaction and that two workplace environment does not significantly affect the job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and workplace environment simultaneously have some impacts on the dependent variable, that is job satisfaction. Abstrak Kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) merupakan keadaan emosional karyawan yang terjadi maupun tidak terjadi antara nilai balas jasa kerja karyawan dan perusahaan atau organisasi dengan tingkat balas jasa kerja yang memang diinginkan oleh karyawan yang bersangkutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kepuasan karyawan magang di Bank Sinarmas Unit Usaha Syariah Cabang Malang periode 2021-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus untuk populasi kecil, jadi seluruh populasi tersebut digunakan sebagai sampel. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 49 orang yang diambil dari mahasiswa magang pada Perusahaan Bank Sinarmas Unit Usaha Syariah Cabang Malang. Analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 26. Berdasarkan dari hasil pengujian terhadap ketiga hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; (2) Variabel Lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan kerja.

Unemployment is a crucial problem for economic growth and development in Indonesia. The solution for it is increasing the quantity of jobs by, one of which, boosting the number of both small and large companies. Therefore, fostering entrepreneurial intention is a way out to reduce unemployment in Indonesia. The objective of this research is to identify the effects of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial intention by taking Indonesian university students as the case study. The research location is campuses in Indonesia, from which 230 people were selected as the respondents. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 24. This study finds that entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and emotional intelligence significantly influence entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, the higher the entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, family support, and emotional intelligence, the higher Indonesian university students’ entrepreneurial intention.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Whistle Blowing System on Fraud. The population in this study were employees of General Electricity Company Libya. The analysis technique used multiple regression analysis techniques. The data analysis method used is a statistical analysis method using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results showed that Good Corporate Governance affects Fraud and Whistle Blowing System has an effect on Fraud. Based on the conclusions above, the researcher provides advice to companies to carry out monitoring which can be carried out either suddenly or on a scheduled basis to find out how far the implementation of good corporate governance has been carried out in the company for the purpose of preventing fraud. This is intended so that if there are deficiencies or errors in the existence of good corporate governance, they can be corrected immediately and not interfere. Company leaders should also evaluate the policy of implementing the violation reporting system that has been implemented so that it can be seen to what extent the response from employees is if there is any intention or desire to participate in reporting fraud that occurred in its division and the surrounding environment.
