<![CDATA[Density of traffic is increasing very quickly in Indonesia ending of the time and thatÔÇÖs problem making serious of ┬átraffic Jam. One of city experience that is Padang. One of the area experience that traffic is Bundaran air Mancur, Pasar Raya Padang. ┬áThis research destination is to know and to description Padang Governmental to overcoming traffic Jam in Bundaran Air Mancur, Pasar Raya Padang. Location of this thesis is Bundaran Air Mancur, Pasar Raya Padang, using qualitative and descriptive method, and purposive sampling to choice the informan. This thesis using 8 method books, 19 theory books, 5 of journal and 8 websites. If we hooked the problem with aspect of transportation like Le Grand, Julian and Ray Robinson said in their book they said that four aspects of transportation to look city of transportation is availability, quality, accessibility, and price┬áthen Padang Governmental already take out some policy but that policy not yet to support aspect of transportation.┬á From the result of this research can we make conclution that legitimate policy take out of Padang Governmental in just in sector price. Other aspect like availability, accessibility and quality not yet to be serious attention by taker of policy of transportation. Padang Governmental give autonomy for Communication Department to put in order operational transportation problems in Padang City included in Bundaran Air Mancur be based on Padang Mayor Regulation Number 31 years 2008, where Communication Department ┬á┬áposess one of task to manage and traffic engineer. By based on that Communication Department have knit some special policy without Mayor and Indonesian Legislation Assembly agreement. Policy take out by Communication Depatment to solve traffic Jam in Bundaran Air Mancur is canalisation system.]]>

This study discusses the strengthening of the model of religious guidance for adolescents through wirid activities in Tanah Sirah Piai Nan XX Lubuk Begalung. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach where researchers describe the overall model of adolescent coaching on intellectual, spiritual and social aspects as well as ideas related to strengthening the coaching model by forming an organization, increasing activities by carrying out dawn in congregation, Maghrib reciting and giving rewards.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: Iconization in an institution, especially for university there are some consequences. In addition to influencing visions and missions, lifestyles, religions, even cultural industry provides its own style. As with 'Islamic' clothing in several Islamic universities that begin to process into an icon due to negotiation of religious and cultural values, communication patterns change from just talking, writing and discourse to a form of non-verbal communication which is contains codes and symbols. This research tries to elaborate 'Islamic' clothing iconization forms by describing a set of codes and symbols of non-verbal communication using 'Islamic' clothing. Analysis of the influence of lifestyle, religion, customs will be described using the method of literature and observation. This research found that the intersection between industrialization of culture, lifestyle and religion with non-verbal communication had consequences for iconization.]]>

<![CDATA[Arthur Lewis's structural change theory focused on the development shows the process of change which occurs from the traditional economic society towards the industrial economic society. The development of traditional economies in the countryside into the industrial economy in urban areas has a serious impact on equitable distribution of ongoing economic development. The villagers initially worked in the agricultural sector moved to the city then due to an absorption of labor in the industrial sector. Massive urbanization is a serious impact caused by this change, so that there is a vacant labor force in the countryside and an increase in unemployment in urban areas. The problem caused by structural changes in economic development can be overcome by the local wisdom approach of the local community. In this paper, the case is taken in Pariaman community especially the Tabuik ceremony as an annual routine. Tabuik in Pariaman requires that the community remaining in Pariaman and undergo a routine as an agricultural community because there are many special needs and rituals requiring ceremonial materials from the agricultural field. The local wisdom of people in Pariaman is not involved in significant urbanization cases. Tabuik as a control the flow of globalization makes the community and economic activities manageable as of the development in Pariaman with traditional agricultural economic models and adequate labor naturally.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to see how Mohammad Natsir thought about the relationship between Islam and Pancasila. This study also explains the causes of Natsir's change of mind which initially supported Pancasila as part of Islam and later turned into an opponent of Pancasila in Konstituante on 11 November to 6 December 1957. The methodology used was a qualitative method by describing the results of the analysis carried out. The research data is obtained through a review of documents and scientific literature. The results of the study show that Mohammad Natsir's change of mind regarding the relationship between Islam and Pancasila was influenced by Mohammad Natsir's political socialization which began from Natsir's view of Islam influenced by the childhood environment (conditional and socio-cultural) in Minangkabau; direct influence from national figures such as Ahmad Hassan, H. Agus Salim, Sheikh Ahmad Syurkati and H. O Tjokroaminoto; the indirect influence of international figures throughout reading book such as Hassan Al-Banna, Amir Syakib Arselan, Rashid Ridha and Muhammad Abduh; the influence of Natsir's organization and political parties, namely Jong Islamieten Bond (JIB), Islamic Unity (Persis), and Masyumi political parties; and the influence of the political conditions at that time which made Natsir's views change, which initially accepted Pancasila and then became an opponent of the Pancasila. This research shown there are two patterns of Natsir's relationship with Pancasila, namely (1) Natsir accepted Pancasila and, (2) Natsir opposed Pancasila.]]>

<![CDATA[The library of Serambi-Mekkah University is one of the main libraries at the Aceh College which serves all academic communities. In facilitating library service activities, it is necessary to use good information technology with strategic planning as outlined in a Master Plan in a form. Preparing the Master Plan aims to provide long-term guidelines to be aligned by aspects of the library field and provide tangible benefits to the library in achieving its vision and mision from the design of information system. The research method used in developing information systems at the Serambi Mekkah University Library Aceh uses needs analysis and designing library software. The library of Serambi-Mekkah University Aceh uses a diagram model (use case) which is a complete description of the interactions between actors with designing and creating information systems.]]>

<![CDATA[Sharia banking law was formed in the reform era through the procedure of making political decisions at the suggestion of the DPR RI. At the beginning of the reform order the legal product tended to be responsive. All the pillars of democracy can play a role. It's just that legal products that are born more serve international institutions or financiers because political configurations are more likely to be oligharkhi-cartels. The birth of this law is in line with the increasingly existence of Islamic banking in contributing and economic growth in Indonesia. As a political product, sharia banking law was born after a number of fundamental changes, especially changes in the construction of judicial authority carried out by the Supreme Court and the Judiciary under it. The birth of Islamic banking law follows a responsive legal character because this law embodies the needs of the community, guarantees business certainty and guarantees legal protection, gives space and movement to Islamic banking to develop and create innovations in Islamic banking products and services. In addition, this law is also the answer to the implementation of laws in accordance with Pancasila and has accommodated the needs of religious law. In the process of forming all stakeholders play an active role in either political parties or political forces, community organizations, government and society.]]>

<![CDATA[Students from among converts experience psychological problems because they are conducting a process of finding identity and character building. Problems experienced by converts are considered necessary to do an intervention by teachers who are in school. One technique that is deemed appropriate to shape the character of converts is through group work in counseling. The purpose of the study is to reveal the influence of group games in counseling on the formation of the character of converts. The research method used pre-experiment with the one-group pretest-posttest design. Data analysis used paired t test. The results of the study found that (1) there was an increase in the character of converts to a better direction, (2) there was a significant effect of group play in counseling on improving the character of converts.]]>

<![CDATA[The debate over the relationship between religion and the state reappeared when the New Order regime was at its peak of power, the 1980s. This has a fundamental need to strengthen the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and establish Pancasila as the only state ideology and the only principle for religious and social organizations. This need certainly created an extraordinary paradigmatic controversy among all components of the nation, especially Muslims: between following the political will of the New Order or remaining a supporter of the establishment of an "Islamic state", not a Pancasila state. This is a big dilemma for the Indonesian people which in reality consists of thousands of islands, hundreds of ethnicities and languages, and dozens of religions, while the majority of the population is Muslim where the idea of establishing an 'Islamic state' has not vanished from the ideals of a number of Islamic organizations or groups.]]>

<![CDATA[The study of interpersonal skills in the of field of neuroscience aims to reveal the relevance of the development of brain function with patterns of interaction with others. Interpersonal skills are examined by neuroscience-based literature, both from books and journals. The study found that the most dominant brain area when interacting with others is the prefrontal cortex, which functions to regulate communication harmony, emotional regulation, empathy, morale and intuition. Based on these findings it can be concluded that if interpersonal skills run well, the brain in the prefrontal cortex's area will develop optimally. Conversely, if interactions with other people are disrupted, damage will occur in the  prefrontal cortex's area. This finding can be used as an initial discourse for counseling practitioners, psychologists, teachers, social workers or medical personnel for well being interpersonal skill client and patient .]]>
