Abstract

Abstract : This study examines the analysis of the effect of human resource evaluation on employee performance at PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. The purpose of this research is to find out how far the evaluation of human resources has an influence on the performance of employees of PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. The results obtained from the regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 tool indicate that there is an effect of evaluating human resources on employee performance at PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra, where the results of R in simple linear regression analysis show a correlation between the two independent variables and one dependent variable. The R number is 0.251, meaning that the correlation of HR management evaluation is 0.63. This means that there is a strong relationship because the value is close to 1. Meanwhile, the results of R Square (R2) show the value of the coefficient of determination. This figure will be changed to the form of a percentage, which means the percentage of contribution to the influence of the dependent variable. The R2 value of 0.63 means that the evaluation of human resource management on employee performance is 63.0% while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Abstrak : Penelitian ini menguji analisi tentang pengaruh Evaluasi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada  PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera  Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana evaluasi sumberdaya manusia mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo Kabupataen Lahat Sumatera Selatan. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis regresi dengan mengunakan alat SPSS versi 22  menunjukkan bahwa  ada pengaruh evaluasi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Langgeng Daya Agrindo Kabupaten Lahat Sumatera Selatan dimana hasil R dalam analisis regresi liner sederhana menunjukan korelasi  yaitu antara dua variabel independent terhadap satu variabel dependent. Angka R didapat 0,251 artinya korelasi evaluasi manajemen sdm sebesar 0,63 hal ini bearti terjadi hubungan yang kuat karena nilainya mendekati 1. Sedangkan hasil R Square (R2) yaitu menunjukan nilai koefisien determinasi. Angka ini akan di ubah ke bentuk persen yang artinya persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel dependent. Nilai R2sebesar 0,63 artinya evaluasi manajemen sumbe rdaya manusia  terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 63,0% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract : This research discusses how to profit planning at CV. Cahaya DIRA in Sekayu city to applicate the analysis Cost Volume Profit. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of the analysis of the calculation of Cost Volume Profit in Profit Planning at CV. Cahaya DIRA that results can be used as a recommendation for the object. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews and observation. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from CV. Cahaya DIRA. The data analysis technique is by identify sales and costs, analysis profit target at Cost Volume Profit . The results of the study shows the analysis of Cost Volume Profit can help CV. Cahaya DIRA to make decisions of fixed cost and variable cost expenditure. To analysis Cost Volume Profit, you can use Contribution Margin, Break Even Point, Margin Of Safety, Degree Of Operating Leverage also analysis of profit plnning. By this analysis we can calculate the total cost, product, and expected profit. The writer suggests that company management should to increase sales and use analysis Cost Volume Profit to estimate the costs to that have been incurred, the products that have been sold, and the expected profit for one period.  Abstrak : Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana perencanaan laba pada CV. Cahaya DIRA di kota Sekayu dengan menerapkan analisis Cost Volume Profit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji keefektifan analisis perhitungan Cost Volume Profit dalam Perencanaan Laba Pada CV. Cahaya DIRA yang hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi bagi objek yang diteliti Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan observasi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari CV. Cahaya DIRA. Adapun Teknik analisis data dengan cara identifikasi penjualan dan biaya, analisis target laba, analisis Cost Volume Profit. Hasil penelitian menunjukan analisis Cost Volume Profit dapat membantu CV. Cahaya DIRA untuk membuat keputusan pengeluaran biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Untuk menganalisis Cost Volume Profit dapat menggunakan analisa Contribution Margin, Break Even Point, Margin Of Safety, Degree Of Operating Leverage. serta analisa perencanaan laba. Dengan analisa tersebut kita dapat menghitung jumlah biaya, produk, dan laba yang dicapai. Penulis menyarankan agar manajemen perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan penjualan dan menggunakan analisa Cost Volume Profit untuk memperkirakan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan, produk yang akan dijual, dan laba yang diharapkan selama satu periode.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to evaluate the level of conformity of the application of inventory valuation and recording techniques at PT Domino's Pizza Palembang Branch with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 14. In order to achieve these objectives, this study implements a qualitative approach which is used with the intention of assessing the extent to which the inventory valuation and recording techniques applied at PT Domino's Pizza Palembang Branch are in accordance with the provisions contained in PSAK No. 14. Data is collected through direct interviews with company parties related to the aspects being studied at PT Domino's Pizza Palembang Branch. In addition, the data obtained also includes financial statements and inventory records. Meanwhile, written information in the form of an overview of PT Domino's Pizza Palembang Branch is also a relevant data source. Based on the results of this study, researchers can conclude that the method of documenting and valuing product inventory applied at PT Domino's Pizza Palembang Branch is in accordance with the provisions contained in PSAK No. 14. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesesuaian penerapan teknik penilaian dan pencatatan persediaan di PT Domino's Pizza Cabang Palembang dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 14. Dalam rangka mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan pendekatan kualitatif yang digunakan dengan maksud untuk menilai sejauh mana teknik penilaian dan pencatatan persediaan yang diterapkan di PT Domino's Pizza Cabang Palembang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terdapat dalam PSAK No. 14. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pihak perusahaan terkait aspek yang sedang diteliti di PT Domino's Pizza Cabang Palembang. Selain itu, data yang didapatkan juga mencakup laporan keuangan dan catatan persediaan. Sementara itu, informasi tertulis berupa gambaran umum PT Domino's Pizza Cabang Palembang juga menjadi sumber data yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa metode pendokumentasian dan penilaian persediaan produk yang diterapkan di PT Domino's Pizza Cabang Palembang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terdapat dalam PSAK No. 14.

Abstract : The research aims to determine the analysis of merchandise inventory procedures at PT Bumi Agro Pratama. From the results of this research, PT. Bumi Agro Pratama in receiving and storing merchandise is in accordance with predetermined standard operational procedures, however there are slight differences from the general procedures. Meanwhile, the procedure for releasing merchandise at PT. Bumi Agro Pratama has followed existing procedures. Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis prosedur Persediaan Barang Dagang Pada PT Bumi Agro Pratama. Dari hasil  penelitian ini didapat PT. Bumi Agro Pratama dalam melakukan penerimaan dan penyimpanan barang dagang telah sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditentukan akan tetapi ada sedikit perbedaan dari prosedur yang secara umum. Sedangkan, Prosedur pengeluaran barang dagang pada PT. Bumi Agro Pratama telah mengikuti prosedur yang ada.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the application of tax planning through fixed asset revaluation at PT. Palembang International Ark Fleet. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion from the results of this study shows that the application of tax planning through fixed asset revaluation has an impact on increasing the tax burden that must be paid by companies as corporate taxpayers. When the company pays final income tax on the revaluation of fixed assets, the total tax burden that must be paid by the company increases. This is due to revaluation which is only carried out on fixed assets, namely land whose fixed assets are not depreciable. PT. The Palembang International Ark Fleet needs to consider not only the revaluation of land fixed assets. PT. The Palembang International Ark Fleet can revaluate fixed assets other than depreciable land, such as buildings and infrastructure, furniture and equipment, and vehicles. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan perencanaan pajak melalui revaluasi aset tetap pada PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perencanaan pajak melalui revaluasi aset tetap berdampak pada peningkatan beban pajak yang harus dibayar oleh perusahaan sebagai wajib pajak badan. Ketika perusahaan membayar pajak penghasilan final atas revaluasi aset tetap, maka jumlah beban pajak yang harus dibayar perusahaan bertambah. Hal ini disebabkan revaluasi yang hanya dilakukan pada aset tetap yaitu tanah yang aset tetapnya tidak dapat disusutkan. PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang perlu mempertimbangkan tidak hanya revaluasi aset tetap tanah. PT. Armada Bahtera Internasional Palembang dapat melakukan revaluasi aset tetap selain tanah yang dapat disusutkan, seperti gedung dan prasarana, furnitur dan perlengkapan, serta kendaraan.

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of occupational health and safety, communication, and group collaboration on work performance simultaneously and partially. The data used in this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research object using questionnaire data distributed to 50 respondents who acted as samples of the research data. The results obtained simultaneously show that there is a significant influence; the F value is 67.132 and the sig value is 0.000. Meanwhile, partially, the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) variable (X1) has a value of t = 2.316 and a sig value of 0.025, the Communication variable (X2) has a value of t = 7.435 and a sig value of 0.000, and the Group Collaboration variable (X3) has a value of t = 2.773 and A sig value of 0.008 means that there is an influence of the three variables on work performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, komunikasi serta kerjasama kelompok terhadap prestasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari objek penelitian dengan menggunakan data kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 orang responden yang bertindak sebagai sampel dari data penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan menunjukkan hasil artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan nilai F adalah 67,132 dan nilai sig adalah 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) (X1) nilai t = 2,316 dan nilai sig 0,025, variabel Komunikasi (X2) nilai t = 7,435 dan nilai sig 0,000, serta variabel Kerjasama Kelompok (X3) nilai t = 2,773 dan nilai sig 0,008 artinya terdapat pengaruh ketiga variabel terhadap prestasi kerja.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to see the role of advertising tax contribution to local revenue in the city of Palembang and what factors hinder local revenue in the city of Palembang. The benefits of this research are expected to expand and provide information regarding the contribution of advertising tax to local revenue in the city of Palembang. This research is included in the type of descriptive research, where the research was carried out at the Palembang city regional revenue agency office, the operational variables used were the level of contribution from advertising tax and local original income. The data used is primary data conducted with research subjects by direct observation and interviews with the Palembang city regional revenue agency office. The data collection technique used in this research is research using descriptive quantitative methods. The research results show that the contribution of advertising tax to local original income is still very low and many disciplined and strict efforts are still needed to increase its contribution to local original income in the city of Palembang. The advice given by the author is to further improve supervision and routine data collection, and provide outreach on advertising tax information in Palembang City. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana peran kontribusi pajak reklame terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di kota Palembang serta faktor- faktor apa saja yang menghambat pendapatan asli daerah di kota Palembang. Manfaat dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperluas dan memberikan informasi seputar kontribusi pajak reklame terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di kota Palembang. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif, tempat penelitian dilakukan pada dinas badan pendapatan daerah kota Palembang, operasional variabel yang digunakan yaitu tingkat kontribusi pajak reklame dan pendapatan asli daerah. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer yang dilakukan dengan subjek penelitian dengan observasi dan wawancara langsung ke dinas badan pendapatan daerah kota Palembang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kontribusi pajak reklame terhadap pendapatan asli daerah masih sangat kurang dan masih banyak membutuhkan upaya- upaya yang disiplin dan ketat untuk meningkatkan kontribusi nya terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di kota Palembang. Saran yang diberikan penulis untuk lebih meningkatkan pengawasan serta pendataan secara rutin, dan mengadakanpenyuluhan tentang informasi pajak reklame di Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Abstract : ​ This research discusses the influence of the Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets on profit growth in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research are financial reports for the 2020-2022 period. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are documentation on the BEI website and literature studies related to the indicators that will be used. The results obtained are based on simultaneous hypothesis testing (F statistical test) with a significant F value of (0.000 < 0.05) which shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets on Profit Growth and the coefficient of determination test value have an influence of 97.2% on Profit Growth in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, based on partial testing (t statistical test) shows that the Quick Ratio variable has no effect on Profit Growth, the Net Profit Margin variable has an effect on profit growth, the Debt To Equity Ratio variable has an effect on profit growth, the Return On Assets variable has an effect on Profit Growth in the company food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing listed on the IndoSnesia Stock Exchange. Abstrak :  Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return on Assets terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan periode 2020-2022. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi pada website BEI dan studi literatur terkait indikator yang akan digunakan. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji statistik F) dengan nilai signifikan F sebesar (0,000 < 0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara Quick Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Debt To Equity Ratio, dan Return on Assets terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba dan nilai uji koefisien determinasi mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 97,2% terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan berdasarkan pengujian secara parsial (uji statistik t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Quick Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba, Variabel Net Profit Margin berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Variabel Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Variabel Return On Assets berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstract : This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of teamwork, communication, work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees in the shoe department at PT. Matahari Department Store Psx. The population and sample in this study were 53 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 24. The results of the research show that there is an influence of teamwork, communication, work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees in the shoes department at PT. Matahari Department Store Psx. With a significant F of 0.000 < 0.005. Multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.457 + 0.218 X1 + 0.201 X2 + 0.439 X3 + 0.272 X4. The Teamwork variable has a partial influence on the Performance of Shoes Department Employees at PT. Matahari Department Store PSX with a significance of 0.014 < α (0.05). The Communication variable has a partial influence on the Performance of Shoes Department Employees at PT. Matahari Department Store PSX with a significance of 0.012 < α (0.05). The Work Discipline variable has a partial influence on the Performance of Shoes Department Employees at PT. Matahari Department Store PSX with a significance of 0.000 < α (0.05). The Compensation variable has a partial influence on the Performance of Shoes Department Employees at PT. Matahari Department Store PSX with a significance of 0.033 < α (0.05). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda yang diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program komputer  Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kerja sama tim, komunikasi, disipiln kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian shoes pada PT. Matahari Department Store Psx.  Dengan signifikan  F sebesar 0,000 < 0,005 .Persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 5,457 + 0,218 X1  + 0,201 X2 + 0,439  X3 + 0,272  X4. variabel Kerja Sama Tim  memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Shoes Pada PT. Matahari Department Store PSX dengan signifikan sebesar 0,014 < α (0,05). variabel Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Shoes Pada PT. Matahari Department Store PSX dengan signifikan sebesar 0,012 < α (0,05). variabel Disipiln Kerja memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Shoes Pada PT. Matahari Department Store PSX dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < α (0,05). variabel Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh secara persial dengan Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Shoes Pada PT. Matahari Department Store PSX dengan signifikan sebesar 0,033 < α (0,05).

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, capital intensity and age of the company on the quality of profits. The population is the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019 – 2021. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling. And produced 60 observational data. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis of panel data using Eviews 9 software. The results showed that capital structure, capital intensity and age of the company simultaneously affect to the quality of profits. Partially, capital structure and company age do not affect to the quality of profits, while capital intensity negatively affects to the quality of profits. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, capital intensity dan umur perusahaan terhadap kualitas laba. Populasinya adalah sektor barang konsumen primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2019 – 2021. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.  Dan menghasilkan 60 data observasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan struktur modal, capital intensity dan umur perusahaan berpengaruh simultan terhadap kualitas laba. Secara parsial struktur modal dan umur Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba, sedangkan capital intensity berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas laba.
