Abstract

Administration in a company holds considerable control, coordinating all the interests and objectives of the organization or company that is carried out so that it can be united and can be in line with the same place and time, employee assessments must be compared with the targets and standards that have been set. Competition in the business world or business, you could say that competing in the business world is one of the main things that cannot be avoided, so it should be faced and lived. Competition starts from the world of small businesses and the world of large or broad businesses. One of them, for example, such as competition in the Hajj and Umrah travel agency The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques using observation interviews and documentation as well as informants in this study, namely the filing and equipment section, the data obtained is processed then analyzed comparisons and conclusions This study shows that the performance of the Umrah travel administration is quite tense because it is not only taking care of finances, it turns out that sometimes you have to take care of banners and also browsers for partners, sometimes you also have to take the passports of pilgrims registered by partners.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehend the mechanism of financing for Islamic Home Ownership Credit (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah - KPR), particularly KPR IB Hijrah, and seeks solutions to address financing issues arising through the application of the murabahah contract at Bank Muamalat Bengkulu Kc S. Parman. The research method employed is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The study concludes that the KPR IB Hijrah financing process involves stages such as application submission, fulfillment of requirements, scrutiny of document prerequisites, financing approval, and the execution of the murabahah contract. Customer responses to the financing mechanism indicate a clear understanding of requirements and administrative costs. To address emerging financing problems, the researcher recommends several solutions. Firstly, a direct approach to customers to provide a deeper understanding of the issues they face. Secondly, proactive and periodic debt collection efforts to prevent payment delinquencies. Additionally, issuing warning letters can serve as an initial step in resolving issues. In more complex cases, restructuring of financing is suggested as an alternative solution. Finally, if necessary, collateral execution can be implemented as a last resort in resolving problematic financing.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the feasibility of business in the Mischa cracker industry in Islamic economic review in the aspects of marketing and operational management. To find out this, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques and used observation, interview and documentation methods. From the results of research and discussion, it is found that it has met all the criteria for business feasibility in marketing and operational management aspects when viewed based on general economic concepts. When viewed from an Islamic point of view, the marketing aspect still has business information defects, but the business can be said to be Islamically feasible when viewed from operational management.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Baai Island, Malay Village, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study was to determine the Significance of the Development of the Salted Fish Industry for the Growth of the Community Economy in the Perspective of Islamic Economics. This research is qualitative. Data collection methods through interviews with sellers, workers, and buyers of salted fish in the baai island area. Based on the formulation of the problem in this study, namely: How is the development of the Baai Island salted fish processing industry and how is the impact of the development of the Baai Island salted fish industry on the economy of the community in the perspective of Islamic Economics? The research findings show that the business development carried out is through 2 methods online and in person. The impact of the development of this industry itself is the increased income of the community, the welfare of the Baai Island community, and the fulfilled needs of life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama. Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama. This research is qualitatively based on a case study using the field research method (Field Research). The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research and discussion show that the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama Bengkulu is good. This can be seen from the quality and quantity of work, attendance and punctuality, responsibility, punctuality, and cooperation of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama Bengkulu employees. The cooperation of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama Bengkulu is quite good.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the application of the contract that has been running in Penago II Village, Ilir Talo Subdistrict, Seluma Regency and to find out the application of the mudharabah contract on the profit sharing of raising cattle in Penago II Village, Ilir Talo Subdistrict, Seluma Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Informants in the study were 8 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that the application of the contract that occurred in Penago II Village uses agreements and profit sharing, capital, profit sharing, risks and continuation of the contract if one of the parties dies, influencing factors, various types of cows that are in the field, and the time period. the agreement is only done verbally only trust each other in making this agreement, the profit sharing system in the mudharabah contract carried out between the owner and the manager in Penago II Village. With the division of the ratio divided 60:40. This occurs by agreement between the two parties. If in the process of this contract there is a loss, it will be borne by both parties, as long as the mistake is not due to the negligence of the manager. The profit sharing carried out by the people of Penago II Village is in accordance with the concept of mudharabah in Islamic Economics, namely, capital, management, collateral, time period and profit ratio to the manager. So that the profit sharing carried out by the people of Penago II Village is going well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi akad qard pada pembiayaan di bank syari’ah indonesia. Qardh merupakan akad pembiayaan pada lembaga keuangan Syariah yang bersifat sosial dengan pengembalian pinjaman tanpa adanya imbalan atau tambahan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan. Sumber data diambil dari referensi utama berupa buku, artikel ataupun jurnal ilmiah terkait dengan perbankan syariah. Data pendukung lainnya diambil dari internet seperti website Bank Indonesia serta sumber berita online yang kredibel. Dari hasil riset ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perbankan syariah dalam mengimplementaskan akad Qardh Hasan tersebut merupakan salah satu bentuk tolong menolong kepada masyarakat dan memberikan banyak manfaat.

Abstract

. This research aims to determine the interest of UINFAS Bengkulu students in using mobile banking at Sharia banks and conventional banks. This research aims to increase students' interest in becoming users of its services. This research uses qualitative methods using interview data from students at UINFAS Bengkulu. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the main factor in student interest is the accessibility of banking which is easy to reach.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the strategy for Sharia Banking Study Program Students to become Banking Employees. This research is field research, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research data collection used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research results show that students have significant opportunities, such as Islamic religious background, knowledge of sharia banking products, product marketing skills, and the application of morals in everyday interactions. On the other hand, threats to students include banks' lack of priority towards graduates with a sharia banking educational background, recruitment policies that prioritize physical appearance, and limited information about available recruitment. To overcome this challenge, students can apply strategies such as utilizing experience and knowledge from lectures and field work practices, increasing understanding of sharia banking principles through organizational activities to train public speaking, seminars, partnership program training from sharia banks for students, and being active in seeking recruitment through social media. Thus, opportunities, anticipating threats, and implementing the right strategies can help students increase their chances of becoming sharia bank employees.

Abstract

To find out how much influence product variations have on purchasing decisions at the Bengkulu Simple Restaurant, To find out how much influence the taste variations have on purchasing decisions at the Bengkulu Simple Restaurant, To find out how much hygiene influences purchasing decisions at the Bengkulu Simple Restaurant, To find out how much There is a big influence of product variations, taste variations, and hygiene on purchasing decisions at the Bengkulu Simple Restaurant. This research method is exploratory. Exploratory research, or also called exploratory research, is a research approach that aims to find information about a topic/problem that is not yet fully understood by a researcher. Exploratory research does not require a specific hypothesis or theory. The researcher only prepared several questions as a guide to obtain primary data in the form of information, information, as initial data needed. Based on the results, there is an influence of product variations (X1) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) for Rumah Makan Simplified Bengkulu with a tsig value of 0.000 < 0, 05 and the value of tcount > ttable is 5.764 > 1.65765, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X influences consumer purchasing decisions (Y). There is an influence of taste variation (X2) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at the Bengkulu Simple Restaurant with a tsig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a tcount > ttable value of 2.240 > 1.65765, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X2 influences consumer purchasing decisions (Y). There is a hygienic influence (X3) on consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at the Bengkulu Simple Restaurant with a tsig value of 0.000 and a tcount > ttable value of 5.734 > 1.65765, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X3 influences consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Product variations, taste variations and hygiene together show an influence on purchasing decisions. The test results show a significance value <0.05.
