Abstract

Purchase intention (purchase intention) is the desire that arises in consumers towards a product as a result of a process of observing and learning consumers about a product. The factors that support buying interest are consumer interest in buying influenced by several factors, namely celebrity endorsers, brand image and brand trust on buying interest at Coffeshop Ruang Gratis Kopi in Denpasar. The location of this research is located at Jalan WR. Supratman no. 236, Kesiman Petilan, Denpasar, with the object of this study measuring celebrity endorsers, brand image and brand trust on buying interest at Coffeshop Ruang Gratis Kopi in Denpasar. The population in this study were consumers of the Coffee Free Space Coffeshop in Denpasar whose number is not known for certain, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at the Coffee Free Room Coffeshop in Denpasar, Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention at the Coffee Free Space Coffeshop in Denpasar, Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention at the Coffeshop Coffee Free Space In Denpasar. It is hoped that future researchers will not stick to the factors in this study, namely celebrity endorsers, brand trust and brand image, but can add other factors that might influence purchase intention.

Abstract

The ability to manage finances and decide business strategies needs to be supported by mastering adequate financial literacy skills, locus of control and having confidence in their abilities to produce good finances (financial self-efficacy) in managing finances. The research was conducted in Denpasar City by looking for residents who live in Denpasar City. The population in this study is the population of Denpasar City as many as 962,900 residents in 2020. Calculate the number of samples using the slovin formula so that the sample that must be studied is 100 residents in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling. The results showed that the significance level of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and locus of control was 0.000, 0.000, and 0.026. This indicates a positive and significant influence on financial management behaviour because the significance value is smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

Facing the current era of increasingly stringent business competition, the performance of employees is required to continue to increase, so that business entities continue to exist, they must have the courage to face them, namely to face change and win the competition. There are three factors that affect employee performance, namely work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment on employee performance at the LPD in Mengwi Traditional Village. The method of determining the sample used is saturated sampling or census method with a total of 37 employees as respondents. The population in this study were employees of the Mengwi Traditional Village LPD. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee commitment increase, employee performance will also increase.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities, in an effort to achieve the goals of the organization concerned legally, not violating the law and in accordance with morals and ethics. Performance can be seen how a person at work carries out his duties properly, which is supported by the ability, expertise, independence, commitment, responsibility and individual confidence in carrying out his work. Performance is an important thing that must be achieved by every company, including the General Bureau Office and Regional Secretariat Protocol Office of Bali Province, and the factors that influence performance include competence, self-efficacy and work environment. This research was conducted at the Office of the General Secretariat and Protocol Bureau of Bali Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Which is processed using the SPSS program version 21.0 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that if employee competencies are owned and used properly, performance at the Office of the General Bureau and Regional Secretariat Protocol of the Province of Bali will increase. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that if employee self-efficacy increases, the self-confidence of the performance of the General Bureau and Protocol Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali. The work environment has no significant effect on performance, which means that if a good environment does not necessarily improve the performance of employees at the Office of the General Affairs Bureau and the Regional Secretariat Protocol, Bali Province.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali, this study aims to determine the effect of Individual Characteristics, Competence and Communication on Employee Performance. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali. The sample used in this study was 45 respondents using simple random sampling method. The method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that individual characteristics and communication had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali while the charge has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Vegas Viva Ventury Bali.

Abstract

Human resources as the main element in an institution have a very big role in achieving the goals that have been set. A company or organization in carrying out its activities requires human resources who have capacity in a field. Therefore human resource management is the most important thing to be done by a company or organization. Human Resource Management is one of the efforts made by companies to manage their human resources. These resources are directed to achieve predetermined company goals. One of them is by paying attention to work experience, work discipline and motivation. By paying attention to work experience, work discipline and motivation are expected to be able to influence employee performance in a better direction. This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of CV employees. Persada Primary. This research was conducted at CV. Persada Pratama with a total sample of 42 employees as research respondents. The method of determining the sample in this study is the census method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was SPSS version 26 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Persada Primary. This means that the better the work experience provided by the organization, the better the performance of employees. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Persada Primary. This means that the more disciplined employees will improve their performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on positive and significant employee performance at CV. Persada Primary. This means that the motivation provided by the company will encourage employees to be able to improve their performance.

Abstract

Development in the industrial sector is one of the development priorities which is expected to be able to bring about fundamental changes in other economic structures, so that progress achieved in the industrial sector will be followed by progress in other sectors. This study aims to determine the effect of education level, career development and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT.Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Denpasar Main Branch. Companies engaged in the service sector. The object of research in this study is the level of education, career development and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar Main Branch. The total population used in this study was 163 employees with a sample obtained from the calculation of the Slovin formula of 62 employees. The technique used is stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the SPSS version 25 For Windows program. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Denpasar main branch. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. The Bali Regional Development Bank Denpasar main branch has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Basically to measure a company's value can be through several aspects, one of which is by using the stock market price. The market price of a company's stock reflects investors' overall assessment of each equity owned by a company. If a company cannot manage its finances properly, it can result in financial difficulties within the company. Therefore, an analysis of the financial condition of a company is very important to do. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) on Company Value with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. This research is a research with the type of data used is quantitative data obtained from annual reports of companies that have been audited on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The total population of these companies is 38 companies. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of observations that met the sample criteria was 33 observations made by 11 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variable profitability has a positive and significant influence on firm value, and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a moderating variable that strengthens the relationship between ROE and firm value.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result achieved by someone in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given by the organization. If employee performance is getting better in a company, the higher the profit that will be obtained so that the company is required to improve employee performance so that company goals can be archived. The performance of human resources can be influenced by vorious factors, including transformational leadership, motivation and work discipline. This study aims to determine the partial effect of transformational leadership, motivation dan work discipline on employee performance at Soka Minimarket Badung. This reaserch was conducted at Soka Minimarket Badung with a population of 30 employees. The sample in this study used the cencus method where all employees were used as respondents. The data used in this study are quantitative data and primary data with data collection methods using the quenstionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, and t test. The results showed that partially the variables of transformational leadership, motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Soka Minimarket Badung. This means that the better the transformational leadership and the increased work motivation and discipline, the employee’s performance will also increase.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that is produced as a measure of the success of an agency in achieving the set targets. Employee performance can be affected by job training, work discipline and self-efficacy. Each of these factors are interconnected with each other, when employees often receive appropriate training, good employeediscipline and self- efficacy are well formed, the resulting performance will be good too. These three factors must work in a balance to create the employee performance expected by company. The research population was employees of the Gianyar Regency Social Service with a sampling techniqueusing a saturated sample technique, so the total population is the number of samples. The sample used was 40 respondents. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that job training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which in theory have aninfluence on employee performance.
