Abstract

A company, whether it is government-owned or private, wants maximum achievement related to increasing optimal performance results. This research aims to determine the effect of workload, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Mitra Krida Mandiri in Badung Regency. The population and sample in this research were employees of PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency, totaling 40 people as research respondents. The sampling method in this research is the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the more the workload increases, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Kabupaten Badung will experience a decline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the work discipline, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency will increase. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that the better the job satisfaction, the performance at PT Gumuh Sari Rekreasi Badung Regency will increase.

Abstract

Maximizing human resources is the main focus in institutions generally in improving teacher performance. Teacher performance is influenced by many factors such as motivation, self-efficacy and work discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, self-efficacy and work discipline on teacher performance. The location of this research is at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar. The population used teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar and a sample of 50 teachers. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Determination Coefficient, F Test and t Test. From the research results, it was found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Suggestions that can be given by researchers are that teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar should always increase their motivation to achieve the vision and mission of the SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar institution, provide training to teachers to increase teachers' self-confidence in teaching students, give strict sanctions to teachers who make mistakes, provide motivation to teachers so that later teachers can achieve the targets that have been set.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at East Selemadeg 3 State Junior High School. The sample in this research were all 32 teachers at East Selemadeg 3 State Junior High School. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SPSS Version 25 For Windows program. The results of testing the hypothesis show that: 1) Leadership (X1) has a positive effect on teacher performance, 2) Competency (X2) has a positive effect on teacher performance, and 3) Emotional Intelligence (X3) has a positive effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

Human resources in a company play an important role. Companies must be able to build and increase work productivity in their environment. In increasing the productivity of its employees, the company employs several methods, including the application of reasonable compensation, motivating applications, and the creation of conducive working conditions. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, compensation, and motivation on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. The population in this study was all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. In this study, the sample size was determined using a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Pasar Mangu Giri Public Housing Office Sedana in Badung; (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung; and (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung.

Abstract

The profitability of a company shows the comparison of profits with the assets or capital that produce these profits. Profitability can be used as a measure of a company's success, because the profits generated by the company are useful for company funding activities which can be saved in the form of retained earnings or used as dividends for shareholders who have contributed to helping fund the company. The population of this research is property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The sample in this research was 21 property companies which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that liquidity, size and leverage have a positive effect on profitability. Future research can develop this research by extending the number of years of observation so that it can be generalized and also expand the company sector, for example all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange so that they are able to represent the company's situation as a whole.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important element in every company. In essence, a company must pay attention to the quality of human resources because human resources are the main key in realizing the company's goals. In this regard, good quality human resources are one of the factors that affect the quality of employee performance so that the success of a company can be measured in general, it cannot be separated from the ability of human resources to maximize the achievement of goals and targets set by the company. The best management of human resources will improve the quality of human resources because the quality of human resources is a strength for the company to achieve targets and goals, one of which is by improving employee performance. This study aims to test whether there is an influence of competence, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency. The population of this study were employees at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency. The determination of respondents was selected using a non-probability sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each element or member of the population to be selected as a sample with a saturated sampling method and a sample size of 35 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distribution method. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis techniques and data analysis assisted by the SPSS 26 computer program. The results of the study showed that competency has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency, career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency and work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ulatidana Rahayu, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Supermarket competition is getting tighter and tighter with the number of new supermarkets emerging. This causes old supermarkets to start losing their market. Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya Supermarket is one of the oldest supermarkets in Bali and is still operating today. This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of brand equity, physical evidence, and responsiveness on consumer repurchase interest at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya. This research was conducted at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya (PT. Adikarya Pangan Freshindo) using qualitative and quantitative data types. The population in this study is Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya consumers with more than 2 visits in 2023. The sample used was 80 people using a purposive sampling method. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and f test which is processed using Softawre SPSS vs 26. The results of this research show that brand equity has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya, physical evidence has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya, responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase intention at Tiara Dewata Yeh Aya

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in determining the achievement of an organization. Companies need potential human resources, both leaders and employees, in the pattern of tasks and supervision, which determine the achievement of company goals. Good employee performance is a step to achieving organizational goals. So efforts need to be made to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style transformationa,l work environment, work motivation towards employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. This research was conducted at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The sample in this study was 35 employees. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, f test and t test through SPSS program version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the leadership style Transformational has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the impact of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The population under investigation consisted of employees at PT Tirta Investama. The sample for this study comprised 86 respondents, selected through simple random sampling. A questionnaire was utilized to collect primary data from the 86 respondents. The research employed regression analysis to ascertain the influence of self-leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy on employee performance. The results, derived from multiple linear regression analysis, revealed several significant findings. The T-test indicated that self-leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a coefficient value of 0.210 and a significance level of 0.007, which is below the threshold of 0.05. Motivation similarly demonstrated a positive and significant impact on employee performance, with a coefficient value of 0.260 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. Additionally, self- efficacy exhibited a positive and significant effect, supported by a coefficient value of 0.276 and a significance level of 0.000, below the 0.05 threshold. These findings underscore the importance of self- leadership, motivation, and self-efficacy in enhancing employee performance within the context of PT Tirta Investama.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, and organizational support partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kabupaten Gianyar. The population and sample in this research were ASN employees at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kabupaten Gianyar, totaling 40 people. Where the sample selection method used in this research is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires with the analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously individual characteristics, organizational commitment, and organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. Where from the tests carried out it can be seen that the organizational support variable has a more dominant influence than organizational commitment and organizational support.
