Abstract

The Madrasah Head has three important roles in building school branding, namely, the role of the Madrasah Head as a manager, the role of the Madrasah Head as a leader, and the role of the Madrasah Head as an entrepreneur. School branding is a word that comes from the word brand which means brand. In the educational environment, apart from improving the quality of education, school branding is also something that must be done by any Madrasah. School branding is the image of the Madrasah towards the community. Apart from having a positive impact on the Madrasah, school branding also includes communication between the Madrasah and the general public to attract the interest of students. The aim of this research is to describe the role of the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember as a manager, leader, entrepreneur in building school branding. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using interactive model qualitative analysis. Data validity uses technical triagulation and source triagulation. The results of this research show, first, the role of the Madrasah Head as manager in building school branding is carried out in a structured manner, starting from; planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Second, the role of the Madrasah Head as a leader in building school branding, namely by providing direction, building communication, being brave in decision making, and motivating. Third, the role of the Madrasah Head as an entrepreneur in building school branding, namely through innovation, being proactive in taking firm action, daring to take risks, aggressively competing, and autonomy.Kepala Madrasah memiliki tiga peran penting dalam membangun school branding yaitu, peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai manager, peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai leader, dan peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai enterpreneur. School branding merupakan sebuah kata yang berasal dari kata brand yang berarti merk. Dalam lingkungan pendidikan selain meningkatka mutu pendidikan, School branding juga merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan oleh Madrasah manapun. School branding adalah pencitraan Madrasah terhadap masyarakat, selain berdapak positif terhadap Madrasah, school branding juga mencakup komunikasi Madrasah dengan masyarakat umum untuk menarik daya minat peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Peran Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jember sebagai manager, leader, enterpreneur dalam membangun school branding. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deksriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan analisis kualitatif model interaktif. Keabsahan data menggunakan triagulasi teknik dan triagulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, Peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai manager dalam membangun school branding dilakukan secara terstruktur yakni dimulai dari; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Kedua, Peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai leader dalam membangun school branding yakni dengan memberikan pengarahan, membangun komunikasi, berani dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan motoivasi. Ketiga, Peran Kepala Madrasah sebagai enterpreneur dalam membangun school branding yakni melalui inovasi, proaktif dalam mengambil tindakan tegas, berani mengambil resiko, agresif berkopetisi, dan otonomi.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the Strategic Steps of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Ponorogo in Strengthening Character Education and to find out how big the school's priority is in efforts to strengthen character education for its students. The method that used in this research is descriptive method, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. This research resulted in findings; there is a Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile which is one of the policies in the Independent Curriculum. The Pancasila Student Profile places more emphasis on strengthening the national character of students. Then MAN 1 Ponorogo held a point application followed by punishment and rewards for students who violated the rules and students who excel with the indicators set by the school. The application of points with reward and punishment is considered effective in efforts to strengthen student character education, in addition to facilitating monitoring as well so that students are motivated to become students who are disciplined and achievers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of K-Pop fanatics on the religious education values of the Ziennial generation. One of them is seen in negligence in worship because he spends too much time watching his idols. The author explains fanaticism based on the Al-Qur'an as stated in the QS. Saba'. In this discussion, the researcher uses a phenomenological approach in qualitative research. This approach is intended to find out how research subjects interpret and respond to an experience or event that occurs. Primary data sources were obtained through searches through field research, books, articles, journals and the internet. This article produces findings that love of K-Pop has positive impacts such as becoming a more productive person, using K-Pop as a moodbooster and motivation for them, and being able to learn a new language. The influence of fanatics on the shift in religious values such as being careless in worship, being wasteful or too consumptive, dressing not in accordance with the Shari'a, speaking harshly, breaking ties and excessive hallucinations.

Abstract

Kasus korupsi merupakan permasalahan yang tak henti-hentinya terjadi di Indonesia. Pada hakikatnya, korupsi adalah “Benalu Sosial” yang merusak struktur pemerintahan dan menjadi penghambat utama jalannya pemerintahan serta pembangunan. Upaya pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi telah menjadi agenda dalam kehidupan bernegara yang diancam dengan hukuman maksimal yang cukup berat. Sedangkan dalam Islam, korupsi merupakan tindak pidana yang bahkan dapat diancam dengan hukuman mati. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis hendak menggali lebih jauh tentang bagaimana korupsi dalam perspektif hukum pidana Islam dan hukuman yang tepat untuk tindak pidana tersebut. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan terhadap permasalahan korupsi saat ini memerlukan tindakan yang lebih tegas dan lebih berat. Hal ini didasarkan pada perspektif Hukum Pidana Islam. Di antara solusi yang dapat diterapkan ialah menerapkan kebijakan juridical-preventive dan deterrence effect dengan mempertimbangkan dampak kerusakan yang ditimbulkan dan tujuan kemaslahatan umum (mashlahah al-‘ammah).

Abstract

Pondok pesantren di zaman modernisasi menyebabkan minat masyarakat terhadap pondok pesantren menurun. Manajemen hubungan masyarakat salah satu usaha dalam menaikan kualitas pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan di pondok pesantren. Pertama, mengenai perencanaan pada sistem penerimaan santri baru di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Kedua, pengorganisasian dan upaya yang dilakukan hubungan masyarakat dalam mensosialisasikan program Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Ketiga, mengenai pengawasan yang dilakukan masyarakat terhadap kegiatan Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan santri baru di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Adapun teori dalam penelitian ini dikutip dari beberapa jurnal maupun buku yaitu salah satunya Moh. Hasan 2019 dan Parhan 2017 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian melakukan analisis menggunakan beberapa tahapan yakni : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan selanjutnya penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitianya adalah perencanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengawasan pada sistem penerimaan santri baru di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic political thought in Tafsir Al-Ibriz, particularly regarding the verses that discuss leadership. Tafsir Al-Ibriz is an important exegetical work in the Islamic tradition and offers unique insights into political and leadership concepts. This research uses a qualitative approach with content analysis methods to examine the interpretation of Qur'anic verses related to leadership, such as Surah An-Nisa' (4:59), Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:55), Surah Al-Baqarah (2:30). The results of the study indicate that Tafsir Al-Ibriz emphasizes the importance of obedience to Allah, the Prophet, and those in authority (ulil amri) as the foundation for just and responsible leadership. The interpretation of the concept of khalifah (caliph) on earth highlights the moral and spiritual responsibilities of leaders in maintaining social balance and justice. Leadership qualities such as gentleness, forgiveness, and consultation are also identified as essential elements in conducting effective and harmonious leadership.This study finds that the political thought in Tafsir Al-Ibriz is not only relevant to its historical context but also provides useful guidance for addressing modern political challenges. This contextual and comprehensive interpretation can serve as a reference in formulating an Islamic leadership concept that is responsive to contemporary social and political dynamics.Keywords: Islamic Political Thought, Tafsir Al-Ibriz, Leadership Verses, Islamic Leadership

Abstract

AbstractEducation is a human effort to grow and develop physical and spiritual potential in accordance with the character values that exist in society. The character of life that grows is greatly influenced by the surrounding environment, especially the family environment. Every family has a different way of educating children, with the same goal of making children into good and civilized individuals. However, currently there are many phenomena of crime, criminal acts, immoral acts, corruption indicating the low character of citizens in general. Therefore, it is necessary to re-instill character education in families to improve the quality of individuals and society. Character education in the family can be carried out as early as possible slowly through teaching, motivating, modeling, getting used to, and enforcing punishment. The principles of Islamic character in the family that can be instilled are how children develop relationships with parents, relationships with older people, relationships with younger people, relationships with peers, and relationships with the opposite sex. In implementing character education, it must be adapted to the stages of growth and development of children, namely at early age as the formation stage, at adolescence as the development stage, at adulthood as the consolidation stage, and in old age as the wisdom stage.Keywords: Character Education, Family, Islamic Perspective

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop a Qur'an-based Science magazine on the human movement system material for class VIII SMP/MTs students. The research objectives are to describe the validation of the Qur'an-based science magazine on the Human Movement System material for class VIII SMP/MTs students and to describe the students' responses to the Qur'an-based science magazine that was developed. This research is a research and development research using the 4-D Thiagarajan development model with the research stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. The results of this research are in the form of a science magazine based on the Qur'an on the Human Movement System material for class VIII SMP/MTs which is used as a learning support book with a material expert test validity level of 88.75%, religious validity of 85%, media validity by 97.14% and users (teachers) by 90.30% which means science magazines are included in a very valid category to be used as a supporting book. Then the results of the students were 90, 96% with a sample of 6 students in class VIII, and the results of the large-scale student response test of 90.66% with a sample of 30 students in class VIII. These results indicate that the magazine is included in the very attractive category for the development of a science magazine based on the Koran on the Human Movement System material for SMP/MTs Class VIII students.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe how these four aspects are applied in an effort to improve the efficiency and quality of services. The approach used in this study is qualitative with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The validity of the data is guaranteed through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study show that: 1) Planning is carried out by establishing policies through a Decree by the head of the madrasah, supported by the preparation of SOPs by the head of TU as a work guideline. 2) Organizing includes three forms of service: a) Oral, in the form of information conveyed in a friendly and clear manner; b) Writing, in the form of orderly and accurate management of official documents; c) Acts, in the form of direct service by officers with a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude. 3) Implementation is improved through the implementation of the Srikandi application which facilitates coordination, archiving, and monitoring services in real-time according to SOPs. 4) The evaluation was initially done manually using the suggestion box, then switched to an online complaint system through the Srikandi app, which increased the transparency and effectiveness of service monitoring. This study concludes that the implementation of digital-based PTSP in MTsN 2 Bondowoso is able to increase the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of education administration services.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the use of picture-based flip books in mastering maharah qiraah in grade 4 students at MIMA 01 KH Shiddiq Jember. The method used in this study is quantitative research with an experimental type. The research sample consisted of 40 randomly selected students. Data was collected through pre- and post-use tests of flip books, as well as questionnaires to measure students' responses to learning media. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' mastery of maharah qiraah after using the flip book, with the average score in the postest higher compared to the pretest test. In addition, students' responses to the use of flip books showed positive results, which indicates that this media is interesting and effective in supporting learning. This study concludes that gamba-based flip books. Educators can improve the teaching of Arabic so that they can improve the quality of learning.
