Abstract

PT XYZ, a contractor company in the construction sector, is currently working on a project to build 24 shop houses on Jl. Hospital, Bandung City, with a duration of 21 weeks from June to November 2024. This project is divided into several works, including preparation, structure, installation, plumber installation, electrical installation, and wall painting. The project faced challenges such as work accidents, material delays, and conflicts between foremen and subcontractor workers. Due to the lack of effective risk assessment, PT XYZ has difficulty providing a significant response to this problem. Research was conducted to design a risk assessment that includes qualitative and quantitative risk analysis. Qualitative methods are used to create probability impact matrices, risk watch lists and priority risks, while quantitative methods are used to calculate sensitivity analysis related to risk costs. From the research, 186 negative risks and 5 positive risks were found with classifications ranging from insignificant to catastrophic, with the largest risk cost reaching IDR 851,529,000. Researchers also designed contingency plans, checklist forms, material quality checks, and risk reporting to assist PT XYZ in handling project risks.

Abstract

The judicial process for perpetrators of repeat crimes of light theft should be processed using a regular examination or short examination, while at the Pulau Punjung District Court, cases of repeat crimes of light theft are processed using a speedy examination. The aim of writing this thesis is to understand the judicial process regarding the examination of perpetrators of repeat crimes of petty theft at the Pulau Punjung District Court, as well as to determine the Judge's obstacles in deciding the speedy trial process in case Number: 8/Pid.C/2020/PN Plj at the District Court Pulau Punjung. This legal research is empirical juridical research, namely research that uses field object data or is based on actual conditions. The results of writing this thesis show that: the judicial process for examining perpetrators of repeat crimes of petty theft at the Pulau Punjung District Court has not been effective, especially in case Number: 8/Pid.C/2020/PN Plj which is still being processed using a quick examination process, where the process Rapid examinations can only be carried out in cases of minor criminal offenses which are not repetitions of criminal acts (recidivism), the examination process for repetitions of minor criminal acts should be carried out using ordinary and short examination procedures. The judge's obstacles in deciding the speedy examination process in this case were the lack of accuracy in handing over the case files at the time of registration where one of the defendants was a repeat criminal, as well as the lack of communication and coordination between law enforcement agencies, namely investigators and prosecutors.

Abstract

The presence of online motorcycle taxis has had a significant impact in reducing unemployment in Indonesia. More than 4 (four) million people in Indonesia work as online motorcycle taxi drivers. This research uses a normative juridical approach and uses qualitative analysis techniques which are then explained and analyzed using descriptive analytical methods. This research aims to analyze the legal position of online motorcycle taxi drivers with online motorcycle taxi application service providers. The research results show that the legal position between online motorcycle taxi drivers and online motorcycle taxi application service providers is not part of the Employment Law system in Indonesia and is not subject to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment jo. Law number 6 of 2023 concerning the Stipulation of Government Regulations in Lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 concerning Job Creation into Law. The author suggests that the Government make special regulations that regulate the legal position of Online Motorbike Taxi Drivers in the Employment Law System in Indonesia.

Abstract

Konveksi specific industry or agency. The problem with convection piling up and not making convection operational activities efficient. The aim of this study is to consider market aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects. By carrying out this feasibility analysis, convection can find out what needs to be prepared and know what risks will occur in order to avoid or minimize existing risks in the longer term. This financial aspect approach uses calculations of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PBP), and Profitability Index (PI). The benefit of the proposed design results is that it can estimate the size of market demand for the opening of a new branch of XYZ Convection in Bandung City, namely 8,513 pcs in 2025, it can design the technical and operational aspects of opening a new branch of XYZ Convection in Bandung City by determining an investment of IDR 153,738,772, it can measure the financial feasibility of opening a new branch of Konveksi sensitivity of four variables, including sensitivity to decreasing demand levels, decreasing product selling prices, decreasing, increasing raw material costs, and increasing direct labor and indirect labor costs. Can identify the risks of opening a new branch of Konveksi XYZ in Bandung City with a percentage of 4.9%, and for entrepreneurs, it can be used as a consideration in making decisions in the business of opening a new branch of Konveksi. Based on the results of a feasibility study carried out taking into account market aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects, opening a new branch at XYZ Convection in Bandung City is feasible.

Abstract

This journal focuses on sentiment analysis of four popular online courier expeditions in Indonesia, namely JNT, JNE, Shoope Express, and Anteraja. The purpose of this research is to understand the opinions and responses of users towards the online courier expedition service. The research was conducted using the sentiment analysis method, which utilizes data from user reviews contained in each online courier application on the Playstore platform. In this study, the Naive Bayes algorithm is used to perform sentiment analysis. This algorithm was chosen with the aim of producing higher accuracy results in determining positive and negative sentiments from user reviews. By using this method, this research hopes to provide a deeper understanding of the perceptions and experiences of users of the online courier service under study. The results of the study show that there are variations in user sentiment for each online courier expedition. User reviews include aspects of satisfaction with service, desired complaints, and problems that often arise when using the online courier application. These findings provide valuable insights for online courier service providers, as it can help them improve service quality and customer satisfaction. By understanding user opinions and feedback, online courier service providers can identify deficiencies in their services and make necessary improvements.

Abstract

Trahean Muara Teweh North Barito Town has the potential for normal assets, HR and socio-social assets that help endeavors to incorporate estate, fishery and the travel industry organizations. Buper Panglima Batur has many supporting offices, for example, diversion stages, privileged stages, stately fields, structures, petitioning God rooms, seeing pinnacles, wharfs, prepared to-hydrate offices, and gazebos for unwinding. This exploration means to decide the travel industry potential in light of financial and biological examinations and to figure out the administration endeavors and advancement techniques of the Trahean Camping area region, as well as expanding vacationer visits and neighborhood local area pay. Abstract

Quality health services are a right for every individual, including participants of the Health Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS). This study aims to analyze the services provided to BPJS Health participants in the North Padang Lawas area, with a focus on North Padang Lawas Health BPJS. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods, direct observation, interviews with participants and officers, as well as analysis of secondary data related to service performance. The research results show that although BPJS Health has provided wider access to health services for the community, there are several challenges faced by participants in the North Padang Lawas area. Some of these are limited health facilities, especially in rural areas, long waiting times to receive services, and sometimes inadequate availability of medicines. The quality of service is also a major concern, where there are complaints regarding the attitude and responsiveness of officers and the availability of adequate medical personnel. In this context, increasing training for officers and improving health infrastructure in this region are very necessary to improve services to BPJS Health participants. This research contributes to the understanding of the quality of health services in the North Padang Lawas area, as well as providing a basis for BPJS Health and local governments to make necessary improvements to increase the quality and accessibility of health services for the community.

Abstract

  This study aims to apply Augmented Reality (AR) technology as a learning media for electronic components using Android. Augmented Reality technology is growing rapidly and is used in various fields such as education. By using Android devices as a platform, users can integrate Augmented Reality into applications that can be used for the introduction of electronic components, by pointing the camera to the marker in the application, augmented reality and information about the function of the electronic component will appear.  In this study, the authors used the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method which is a structured approach to designing, developing, and releasing creative and effective multimedia content. In the research that has been done, the results obtained are augmented reality applications for the introduction of android-based electronic components.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the competence of equal education tutors in the Medan City Community Learning Activity Studio (SKB). The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. There were 3 subjects in the research, namely tutors in the equivalency program. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The validity of the research includes source triangulation and technique triangulation. The research results show that tutors have shown significant efforts in understanding the characteristics and needs of students by approaching them directly and identifying individual habits and needs. Mastery of educational principles can also be seen through the tutor's efforts to integrate educational principles in learning by creating an active and interesting class atmosphere. In terms of curriculum development, tutors collaborate with external parties to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the curriculum according to student needs, by paying attention to basic principles such as relevance and efficiency. The learning strategies implemented, including discussion methods and the use of simple language, succeeded in increasing students' understanding. Apart from that, tutors are able to create interactive, fun and challenging learning situations. Mastery of conventional learning media is good, but use of information and communication technology (ICT) varies, with some tutors facing technical and infrastructure obstacles. Finally, assessments are carried out using various tools, both tests and non-tests, to ensure fair and objective learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research explores the potential of local plants as materials in ecoprint techniques to create motif differentiation in fashion products. The study also aims to discover the optimal formula in the mordanting process. This research employs a practice-based research method to explore the potential of local plants as ecoprint materials and analyze the mordant formula for motif differentiation. The results come from the use of various types of leaves in ecoprint techniques to produce unique patterns and colors on fabric. Each leaf, such as guava, teak, mahogany, henna, and acacia, imparts different color characteristics and patterns. The formulation of the mordant solution and the technique of soaking the fabric have been shown to affect the ecoprint results, with alum mordant yielding darker and more defined colors, while potassium aluminum sulfate produces lighter colors.
