Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of self-efficacy, organizational commitment, organizational communication on the performance of administrators among members of the PDIP fighting community corps in Demak Regency. This research consists of  3 independent variables, namely self-efficacy, organizational commitment and organizational communication and 1 dependent variable namely  management performance. The data collection technique used a questionnare of 45 responden using the method saturated sampling. Using research quantitative. The results of this research can be conclude that : 1. self-efficacy has no effect on management performance 2. organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on management performance 3. organization communication has a positive and significant effect on management performance.

Abstract

Inclusive education is education that provides opportunities for students with special needs to participate in learning with general students. This research describes the strategy of the Bojonegoro Education Office for implementing inclusive schools. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that implementation of inclusive education in Bojonegoro has not run maximally because several problems occur, such as there is still resistance from communities towards children with special needs; there are limited competent special guidance teachers; learning curriculum still same as general students; and easily accessible learning media still less than optimal. However, on the other hand, the strategy of the Education Office in implementing inclusive education in Bojonegoro can be said to be quite good, this can be seen from the readiness of the Education Office to provide facilities needed by students with special needs and the existence of BOS funds helps meet the needs of students with special needs. Apart from that, there is also the ULD Trandiksus program which will be launched by the Ministry through BPPMP, in which case the Education Office will also provide supporting facilities for every inclusive education activity.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the work environment, work supervision and work motivation on work discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Bandeng Juwana Group Semarang.The sampling method uses non-probability sampling techniques with the research period from June - September 2023. The relationship or influence between variables is explained using the multiple regression analysis method.The research results show that the work environment, work supervision and work motivation have a positive significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, financial behavior and income on investment decisions of students who join PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Lampung. The sample in this study amounted to 74 students who were members of PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Lampung using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using te Statisfical for product and servicer solution (SPSS) versi 22. The results showed that Financial Literacy, Financial Behavior and Income had a positive and significant effect on investment decisions for students who joined PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera Lampung

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of CAR, NPL, BOPO, NIM, and LDR on Return On Assets (ROA) of Conventional Banks. The sample for this research is 25 conventional banks. This research uses secondary data in the form of financial ratio data originating from the annual financial reports of Conventional Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio variables have a negative effect on Return On Assets. Meanwhile, Operational Costs, Operational Income and Net Interest Margin have a positive effect on Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study will test and assess the relationship between consumer trust, brand image, and celebrity endorsement and its impact on purchase decisions. In this study, descriptive quantitative methods were employed. There were one hundred participants in the purposive sample method of data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 25 for data analysis. These results highlight the significant influence that celebrity endorsements have on consumers' decisions to buy MS Glow skin care products. The t-test carried out on the celebrity endorsement variable produces a value of 3.095 with a significance level of 0.003 below 0.05. This shows that the calculated t value exceeds the table t value. The brand image variable has a t value of 3.145 and a significance level of 0.002 which is below the limit of 0.05. The trust variable has a t value of 2.519 and a significance level of 0.013 which is below 0.05. In this regard, a conclusion can be drawn that positively and significantly the choice of purchasing MS Glow skin care products is influenced by brand image.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment and workload on the performance of the Wonogiri Regency Police Traffic Unit. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research. The sampling technique was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census) with a total of 83 respondents taken from all members of the Wonogiri Regency Police Traffic Unit. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The test results show that the leadership style with tcount 2.567 > ttable 1.990 has a significant effect on the performance of the Wonogiri Police Traffic Unit. The test results show that a work environment with tcount 2.888 > ttable 1.990 has a significant effect on the performance of the Wonogiri Police Traffic Unit. The test results show that the workload with tcount 2.820 > ttable 1.990 has a significant effect on the performance of the Wonogiri Police Traffic Unit. The results of the research state that leadership style, work environment and workload have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Wonogiri District Police Traffic Unit.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and assess the influence of brand awareness, brand image and brand trust on brand loyalty among cosmetics buyers in Surabaya. This research focuses on people who buy cosmetic goods in Surabaya. The sample size was 100 participants, taken using purposive and cluster sampling procedures. This research data was analyzed using the "multiple regression" technique from SPSS 27. The results of the analysis show that: 1. Brand awareness, brand image and brand trust have a big influence on brand loyalty among Surabaya cosmetic buyers; we find that both have a strong influence on loyalty. Among cosmetic buyers in Surabaya, 3. The brand image of cosmetic buyers in Surabaya has a certain influence on brand loyalty. 4. To some extent, brand trust has a major impact on the brand. Loyalty of Makeup Cosmetics Buyers in Surabaya.

Abstract

This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of understanding the segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies to enhance sales volume at "Kedai Kopi Roemah Aki’q" in Surabaya. The subjects of the study include the owner, employees, and consumers. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the research findings, segmentation is focused on the northern part of Surabaya with consumers aged 17-30, including adolescents and young adults, both male and female, belonging to the lower-middle class. Their behavior includes a fondness for hanging out, socializing with friends, playing games, and completing tasks. Targeting is aimed at adolescents to young adults, both male and female, aged 17-30, utilizing social media promotion and leveraging the services of content creators. Product specialization involves offering unique and distinctive menus. Positioning adopts a vintage concept, presenting menus inspired by the past, prioritizing consumer needs and desires, providing affordable prices, and maintaining the highest quality.

Abstract

This research aims to determine promotion strategies through the utilization of Instagram social media in increasing sales at Bitween Coffee Surabaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research was conducted at Bitween Coffee Surabaya. The subjects of this study include the owner, employees, and consumers of Bitween Coffee Surabaya. Data sources will be collected using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, documentation, and triangulation. The collected data will then be analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study reveal that Bitween Coffee Surabaya employs a promotion strategy based on the 4C concept, which includes Context, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection. Bitween Coffee Surabaya also makes various efforts to optimize its promotion strategy through Instagram social media. These efforts include creating an attractive Instagram profile, generating visually appealing content, utilizing Instagram stories and reels, using popular hashtags, actively engaging with customers, organizing contests, collaborating with influencers, monitoring content using analytics tools, and partnering with other businesses.
