Recently, the Government together with the House of Representatives or the Government alone often issue laws and regulations that are "sweeping the universe" or using the "Omnibus Law" method, which means that according to article 64 paragraph 1b of Law No. 13 of 2022, one regulation can change or even repeal many similar rules and which have the same hierarchy, this method is applied to the formation of laws and ministerial regulations, including the Regulation of the Minister of Finance, but because the regulation of the nature of the "Omnimbus Law" usually consists of very many articles related to other regulations, many chapters and pages, then if in the process of formation it is not careful and with the right socialization to the public it can result in the potential for writing errors as a result there will be a discrepancy between the content of the regulation and the purpose of forming the regulation, so that it can cause legal uncertainty, "misperception", differences of belief or debate between stakeholders at the level of regulatory implementation and can even become a dispute or "dispute" in the Court, in the event that it occurs in the Tax Regulation, the dispute will be resolved through the Tax Court.

Mathematics learning in elementary schools, especially in fractional materials, still faces significant challenges where around 70% of students show a passive attitude and lack of enthusiasm in the learning process. This research aims to develop an edugame-based 'MathQuest' learning media to improve the mathematics skills of elementary school students through an interactive learning approach. The research method uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The research was carried out at SDN Samar 1 with 30 subjects of 5th grade students, which were divided into a limited test group (10 students) and a broad test (20 students). The research instruments included expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The results of the study showed that MathQuest learning media met the criteria very valid with a media expert validation score of 92.5% and a material expert validation score of 91.6%. From the practical aspect, the media obtained a score of 94% from teachers and 90% from students, indicating the category of very practical. The effectiveness test through the post test resulted in a score of 87.7% on the limited test and 90% on the broad test, indicating that the media is very effective in improving students' mathematical understanding. MathQuest succeeds in creating more interactive, engaging, and fun learning by combining educational elements and game features that motivate students to learn independently and think critically. This media can be implemented as an innovative solution to support the goals of mathematics learning in elementary schools that are relevant to the development of educational technology.

This study aims to examine and formulate a restorative justice-based concept to strengthen the role of prosecutors as dominus litis in criminal procedure law concerning offenders with mental and/or intellectual disabilities (PMID). Despite Indonesia’s ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), the current criminal procedure system remains formalistic and fails to provide equitable legal protection for vulnerable groups. Using a normative juridical method combined with doctrinal and comparative approaches, this study analyzes relevant laws, practices, and empirical data. Findings reveal that prosecutors currently act merely as procedural agents for court referral, with no legal discretion to divert or dismiss cases restoratively. The absence of judicial-health assessments and lack of interdisciplinary collaboration result in discriminatory prosecution of mentally disabled offenders. This research proposes a restorative dominus litis model, integrating prosecutorial discretion, forensic mental health assessments, and legal mechanisms for restorative case resolution. The model supports the reform of Indonesia’s criminal procedure law toward a more inclusive, humane, and rights-based justice system.

Seizure of evidence is one of the key instruments in the law enforcement process, including in corruption crimes involving members of the military. However, the authority of Military Police (PM) investigators in conducting seizures still faces various normative and procedural obstacles. This research aims to analyze the legal construction governing this authority and offer an ideal reconstruction model to ensure legal certainty. By using normative juridical methods and a multidimensional approach - namely legislative, historical, comparative, and conceptual approaches - this research reveals the existence of inconsistencies between the Military Justice Law, the KPK Law, and the Corruption Crime Law, which have implications for the uncertainty of the authority of PM investigators in corruption cases, especially in the context of military-civilian connectivity. This research offers a legal reconstruction that includes regulatory harmonization, the formation of a cross-agency connectivity team, standardized confiscation SOPs, and strengthening the supervision of the military court. The novelty of this research lies in the focus of specific studies on confiscation by PM investigators in corruption crimes and the development of applicable operational legal models. The contribution is significant for the development of military criminal law and law enforcement system reform within the TNI.

This study aims to examine the influence of auditor capabilities on the quality of internal audits at the Cilegon City Inspectorate, as well as analyze the role of Procedural Justice as a moderation variable in this relationship. The stagnation of local government performance assessment through LPPD and SAKIP instruments shows the importance of improving the quality of internal audit as the basis for government performance assessment. The quantitative method was used by involving 162 auditor respondents using a questionnaire, the data was analyzed with Smart PLS. The results showed that auditor capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the quality of internal audits (T-statistics = 4.039; p = 0.000) and Procedural Justice did not show a significant moderation effect (T-statistics = 1.285; p = 0.199). This research strengthens the theory of auditor competence which offers important implications for improving the quality of internal audits in government institutions. Findings related to Procedural Justice provide an opportunity for further research on the role of procedural justice in bureaucratic organizations.

This study aims to thoroughly examine the relationship between work motivation and employee competence on job performance, while also exploring the role of leadership as a moderating variable in this relationship. The research focuses on how individual internal factors—namely motivation and competence—contribute to achieving optimal performance, and the extent to which leadership can strengthen the influence of these two variables. A quantitative approach with a descriptive and explanatory design was employed to provide a comprehensive overview and to test the causal relationships among variables. The research subjects included all employees of MTS Nurul Falah Kemuning and MTS Nurul Falah Gosali, totaling 88 individuals. A census sampling technique (total sampling) was applied, in which the entire population was used as the sample. Data collection and analysis were conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, utilizing SmartPLS software to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis. The findings reveal that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that enthusiasm and intrinsic drive play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and achieving performance targets. Similarly, employee competence was found to have a significant positive influence on performance, suggesting that skills, knowledge, and technical abilities are essential for effective task execution. The moderation analysis further indicates that leadership enhances the impact of both motivation and competence on performance, although the moderating effect is relatively modest. Overall, the study underscores that performance improvement is not solely dependent on individual factors, but also significantly influenced by the quality of leadership within the organizational environment.
