Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the development of subsidy policy in the field of housing in Indonesia, and to know the obstacles that hinder the development of subsidized housing in Indonesia. This research is normative legal research, namely research conducted by examining secondary data (literature) consisting of: primary legal materials; secondary legal materials. In normative legal research, the data that has been collected, both through the inventory of primary legal materials and the search for secondary materials, content analysis is carried out which is then processed into general premises about general norms in the regulation of subsidies in the housing sector. Furthermore, it is analyzed deductively by using a syllogism thinking pattern composed of two statements (major premise and minor premise) and a conclusion. Conclusion: 1) the provision of subsidies to low-income people is expected to realize the community, especially low-income people to own a house; 2) the low absorption rate of subsidized housing

Abstract

This research seeks to investigate the correlation between corporate social responsibility, audit quality, and company size in relation to the earning response coefficient, with capital structure as the moderating factor among firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange throughout the 2019-2022 period. The study focuses on companies within the consumer non-cyclical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2022. Employing purposive sampling, 116 samples were selected within this timeframe. Quantitative data analysis using SPSS version 26.0 was employed to conduct multiple linear regression analysis for data processing. The findings of this investigation demonstrate a positive correlation between corporate social responsibility, audit quality, and firm size with the earning response coefficient. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational support on employee performance, which is mediated by employee involvement in the educational staff of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang. research methods using quantitative methods. The data used in the study are primary data and secondary data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample studied in this study were 100 respondents who were employees of the Public Service Agency of UIN Malang. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. In addition, transformational leadership also has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Organizational support, although it has an insignificant negative effect on employee performance, has a positive and significant impact on employee engagement. Employee engagement itself has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. As a mediator, employee engagement strengthens the positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and organizational support with employee performance in the educational staff of UIN Malang.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of dividend policy, profitability and leverage on stock prices. The research uses 2018-2022 non-cyclical companies listed on the IDX as the population. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique so that 45 samples were selected that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis test. The research results show that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has no effect on stock prices, while Return on Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The aim of this finding is to see (1) the influence of career development on worker retention. (2) to see the effect of compensation on worker retention. (3) to see the effect of job satisfaction on worker retention. These findings were applied to employees of PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. The method is a quantitative method. Where the population is employees who do their work at PT. Sunwoo Garment Indonesia in Sukoharjo. The sample was 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique applying the purposive sampling method. The selection techniques include documentation, observation, questionnaires, questionnaires and literature studies. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests and R2. Findings (1) Career development has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (2) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee retention. (4) The coefficient of determination is 46.2%. Where employee retention can be explained from career development, compensation, job satisfaction, there is 46.2%. Then other variables explain other variables outside of these findings.

Abstract

The escalating adoption of digital banking applications underscores the imperative for a comprehensive comprehension of factors influencing user satisfaction. This study seeks to scrutinize the impact of security, trust, usability, and usefulness on user satisfaction within the SeaBank digital banking application. Employing a quantitative research methodology, data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 271 respondents utilizing the SeaBank application in Indonesia. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that collectively, security, trust, usability, and usefulness significantly affect user satisfaction. Specifically, trust, usability, and usefulness individually exhibit a substantial positive influence on user satisfaction, while security demonstrates an insignificant positive impact. Consequently, enhancing elements of trust, ease of use, and application utility can heighten user satisfaction in the realm of digital banking applications. The practical implications of these findings can offer valuable insights to digital banking service providers, guiding efforts to enhance both quality and user satisfaction. A strategic emphasis on these identified factors is anticipated to provide a foundation for the development of more efficacious strategies aimed at optimizing the user experience within the digital banking domain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool which is then tested using SPSS 24 software. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Head Office of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo, totaling 363 people. The sample size in this study was 190 determined using the slovin formula. The sampling method used is non probability sampling using proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the magnitude of the contribution of work-life balance variables, employee involvement and job satisfaction affects employee performance variables by 46.7% and the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Customers in Malang City's Generation Z are becoming more conscious of the harm that plastic garbage is doing to the environment. This study investigates the significance of green trust in establishing a connection between the impact of green packaging and marketing and the desire to make green purchases. 170 respondents made up the study's sample and were chosen based on predetermined criteria using a purposive sampling approach. The Partial Least Square (PLS) technique and descriptive statistical analysis were used in the data analysis. The results obtained suggest that green marketing and green packaging have a significant positive effect on green trust. Green trust has a significant positive impact on green purchase intention. Green marketing and green packaging have a significant positive effect on green purchase intention. Green faith acts as a strong mediating factor in the relationship between green marketing and green purchase intention, as well as between green packaging and green purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the external locus of control and consumptive behavior towards the use of shopee pay later "buy now pay later". Students studying in the Special Region of Yogyakarta became the sample population in this study. The method used in this study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 104 respondents, while for data collection using the snowball sampling method. This study concluded that external locus of control and consumptive behavior positively influenced the use of shopee pay later "buy now pay later".
