Abstract

Along with strengthening the digital ecosystem in Indonesia, digitalization is occurring at all levels. Health services that were previously monopolized by hospitals are now starting to emerge with digital hospitals without the limitations of walls. This of course provides broad benefits for society and is interesting to research. One of the popular digital service companies in Indonesia is Halodoc. This research aims to analyze the halodoc company strategy in improving the digitalization system of the health services business in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from various credible popular sites and official publications. The research results reveal that the strategies implemented by Halodoc in improving the digitalization system of the health services business in Indonesia include, 1. Halodoc improves the quality of electronic services in the halodoc application, such as in terms of the availability of information that makes it easier for users, increasing the privacy or security of user accounts, graphic style , and reliability. 2. Carrying out marketing techniques in the form of omnichannel marketing, especially unification of channels used by consumers such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and also Instagram chat, both via audio and video calls. 3. Halodoc maintains positive sentiment from users so that users feel satisfied with the services provided. 4. Increase E-Health literacy, because someone with high E-Health literacy tends to have a higher intention to use services in the Halodoc application. 5. The Halodoc application provides doctors who are reliable and experienced in handling patient complaints. 6. Halodoc leverages data for personalized user experiences. This research suggests improving the medicine delivery system which can be done by improving the ordering system, improving the quality of the packages and packaging of the medicines.

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated development of internet technology has made it no longer strange to use the internet to market a product. Business in the culinary sector is a business that is currently developing very rapidly in Indonesia. So the market share that someone has when opening a business in the culinary sector is quite promising. However, businesses in the culinary sector will experience changes, especially in the threats that will be experienced by culinary entrepreneurs. These threats include the number of competitors that will increase, technological advances and customer demands that will continue to change. This research aims to determine the impact of digital promotional strategies, service quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions of study consumers at Lesehan Image. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interview techniques and the use of procedures such as distributing questionnaires, while secondary data the researcher obtained data from several supporting literature such as previous journals which were in line with this research topic. The population in this research is consumers from Lesehan Citra who use digital media, consumers who like seafood dishes, consumers who have made more than one purchase and consumers aged 17 to 40 years. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The technique used for sampling in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research are that digital promotion strategies, service quality and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) is an institution that manages zakat and waqf funds for the welfare of the people. This study aims to determine the process of cash waqf management and to determine the effectiveness of cash waqf management at KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the waqf implemented by KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram is in the form of cash waqf. In collecting waqf funds, the proceeds from collecting waqf money are used for empowerment/economic welfare of the people and for social-religious activities. And the management of cash waqf carried out by KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram has not been implemented effectively because the funds managed are still very minimal. And if seen from the regulations BWI Regulation Number 1 of 2009 concerning guidelines for the management and development of movable waqf assets in the form of money, they are still carried out in a simple manner or have not been implemented in accordance with these guidelines.

Abstract

The Sharia Cooperative at State Senior High School 4 Praya has recorded remarkable profit increases for three consecutive years. In 2020, they achieved a profit of IDR 90,045,658, which then saw rapid growth in 2021, reaching IDR 109,491,289, marking a growth of IDR 19,445,631. Not stopping there, the year 2022 was an even more impressive achievement with profits reaching IDR 164,032,600, indicating strong performance and the ability to maintain significant growth momentum. This study indicates that the factors influencing the business development of the Sharia Cooperative at State Senior High School 4 Praya include: a) Member Participation, b) Management Professionalism, c) External Factors. In the context of the cooperative's success at State Senior High School 4 Praya, it is heavily influenced by the complex interaction between member participation, management professionalism, and external factors. The role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in enhancing the business development of the Sharia Cooperative at State Senior High School 4 Praya includes: a) Supervisor, b) Advisor, c) Marketer, d) Supporter, e) Player. In the context of supervision and control, the Sharia Supervisory Board not only monitors but also provides guidance and support to ensure that the Sharia Cooperative can achieve its goals by adhering to Sharia principles, enhancing business development, and providing benefits to its members. The success of the Sharia Supervisory Board in its roles significantly contributes to the growth and sustainability of the Sharia Cooperative at State Senior High School 4 Praya.

Abstract

This research aims to:analyze the influence of descriptive norms on cyberloafing, academic stress on cyberloafing, self-control on cyberloafing, descriptive norms on self-control, academic stress on self-control, descriptive norms on cyberloafing through self-control as a mediating variable, and analyze the influence of academic stress on cyberloafing through self-control as a mediating variable for training participants at BLK Karanganyar. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires (e-questionnaires) and statistical or computational methods using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation models. This research was conducted on 117 samples who were training participants at BLK Karanganyar in 2023 Young Graphic Designer Training Program and Position GMAW Welding Plate Welder Training Program (3G/PF). The research results show that only descriptive norms were found to have a positive effect on cyberloafing, while academic stress and self-control were found to have no effect. However, in terms of self-control, academic stress was found to have a negative effect on participants' self-control. Meanwhile, the mediating variable results of self-control succeeded in mediating the relationship between academic stress and cyberloafing.

Abstract

Developments in the smartphone industry are currently very fast and varied. A smartphone product is required to have a good perspective for consumers because it is not uncommon for the depiction of a particular brand to be related to a person's lifestyle, therefore companies must always innovate, maintain quality, and create good smartphone products so that the products offered sell well on the market and are in demand among people. lots of consumers. The target of this study is to examine the influence of brand image, product quality, price and hedonistic lifestyle on purchasing decisions. Data was collected from 162 respondents in the SoloRaya area who met certain criteria. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method, then the data is processed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools with SPSS analysis software version 22. The results of the study show that 1) Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 2) Product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 3) Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. 4) The hedonistic lifestyle has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. Suggestions for company managers to always maintain high product quality and always innovate in design and features as well as launch effective marketing and pay attention to consumer needs and desires. So this has an impact on creating higher purchasing decisions for iPhone smartphones. Researchers who are interested in carrying out similar research titles are expected to add other variables, for example: Brand love, Brand equity, social factors, and Promotion.

Abstract

The main objective of the analysis is to evaluate the impact of capital structure (DER), liquidity (CR), and the company’s size (Total Asset) on financial performance (ROE). The methodology that is used is a quantitative one. The population consists of an industrial sub-sector company that is listed for 2019-2022 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Purposive sampling is the approach that was utilized to establish the sample criteria. Over the course of four years, 19 samples in all were chosen, and 76 data were collected. Researchers employ coefficients, F tests, Hausmant tests, Chow tests, and descriptive statistical tests while analyzing data. Regression analysis with panel data is one of the analytical methods employed. The Fixed Effect Model was derived from the Chow and Hausmant Test results. The statistical F test result was 0.000000 < 0.05, so the independent variables of the capital structure, liquidity, and the company size simultaneously had a significant influence on the dependent variable of financial performance. The coefficient test results showed that capital structure significantly positive improve the financial performances variable.

Abstract

Globalization has changed many behaviors, especially economic behavior. Supported by students' consumerist attitudes and advances in technology, it makes it easier for them to spend their money. Generation Z also likes branded products at expensive prices. This causes their expenses to be high. Therefore, it is important for Generation Z to master financial understanding in order to manage their finances optimally, so they can be smarter in using money. This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and a hedonistic lifestyle on the financial management of boarding house students in Surakarta, with a sample of 176 people who are students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this research prove that financial literacy and a hedonistic lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on financial management.

Abstract

PT Powerblock Indonesia berlokasi di Jawilan, kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten, dan memproduksi Blok AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block), Beton Ringan (Bata Ringan), Mortar Instan (Mortar Instan), Pelapis Anti Bocor (Pelapis Anti Bocor), dan Panel AAC. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis penerapan akuntansi persediaan pada PT Powerblock Indonesia berdasarkan ketentuan dalam PSAK 14. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji deskriptif kualitatif, yang menganalisis masalah dengan mengaitkannya dengan data yang sudah ada, seperti catatan persediaan dan data penjualan. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu, informasi yang diterima langsung dari perusahaan yang melakukan penelitian dalam hal ini dari PT. Power Block Indonesia. Metode yang dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi, menyajikan data dan menganalisis data, membandingkan teori dengan data objektif yang ada. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam mencatat persediaan PT Powerblock Indonesia menggunakan metode perpetual dan dalam menilai persediaan menggunakan metode FIFO (first in, first out) yang artinya barang pertama yang masuk ke gudang adalah barang pertama yang keluar dari gudang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT Powerblock Indonesia dalam melakukan pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan sudah sesuai dengan PSAK 14.

Abstract

he food and beverage industry in Indonesia continues to experience growth amidst various ever-changing market trends. Ice cream is one of the most popular food products in Indonesia. One of the ice cream brands that is currently widely discussed by the community is Mixue ice cream. Consumers who are aware of this brand make Mixue easily remembered and recognized. Technological advancements make it easier for people to obtain and access new viral information. Viral marketing strategies facilitate this brand in introducing itself to consumers and serve as a promotional medium for marketers. The emergence of halal certification provided by MUI for Mixue has a significant influence on Indonesian society due to the majority of its population being Muslims. This research aims to analyze the influence of halal labeling, brand awareness, and viral marketing on consumer purchasing decisions in Mixue, especially among Muslim consumers in Surakarta. This study is a quantitative research type using survey methods. The research technique used is purposive sampling, where the researcher uses their own considerations in selecting the necessary population to provide information that is in line with the research needs. The researcher used primary data in analyzing the data. This method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the target population and obtaining a sample of 210 respondents. The data processing used was with SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of this study indicate that the halal labeling variable, brand awareness variable, and viral marketing variable significantly influence Muslim consumer purchasing decisions in Mixue simultaneously..
