Abstract

Semarang Regency is one of Central Java's leading tourist destinations with the attraction of Gedong Songo Temple and Rawa Pening. In addition, Semarang Regency also has other tourism wealth in the form of 51 interesting tourist attractions and 55 tourist villages that are always active and continuously developed. Sustainable digital innovation helps to apply the latest digital technology to achieve creative solutions that will address long-term social, economic, and environmental problems. This study aims to determine the urgency and application of digital innovation in sustainable tourism in Semarang Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through triangulation techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity was tested through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods starting from the pre-field stage, while in the field, until after the field activities were completed. The results show that the main implementation of Digital Innovation in Semarang Regency is the implementation of APIKS by the Tourism Office. However, there are challenges regarding technology adoption by local communities and the need for ongoing training, which require further attention from various relevant parties. This research is expected to provide an overview and serve as an evaluation of the importance of digital innovation in sustainable tourism management and suggests that local governments offer greater support in the form of policies and training programs to improve community digital skills. Future research can further explore the long-term impact of digital innovation on the social and environmental aspects of tourism.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of the Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. The hypothesis formulated in this study is that there is an effect of the Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio (BOPO) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and an effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Secondary data were collected over a period of 5 years or 60 months from 2019 to 2023. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach with time series data utilizing regression analysis results. The findings of this study indicate that the Operational Expense to Operational Income Ratio (BOPO) has a significant and negative effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) does not have a significant effect on the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at PT. Bank Central Asia

Abstract

This research aims to find out about experience and training on sales force performance with adaptive selling as an intervening variable. The exogenous variables in this research are experience and training, the mediating variable is adaptive selling, while the endogenous variable is sales force performance. The sampling technique in this research used a saturated sampling technique, namely all BNI Kebumen Branch sales personnel totaling 45 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which is then analyzed using SEM using Smart PLS 4.0. The research results found that there is a direct influence of experience, training and adaptive selling on sales force performance. Experience and training have a direct influence on adaptive sales. Adaptive selling is able to mediate the influence of experience and training on sales force performance.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has the ability to encourage employees to achieve results that exceed predetermined expectations. So that transformational leadership can improve the performance of midwives. Job satisfaction is influenced by several factors, namely fair and appropriate remuneration, placement according to skills, the severity of the work, the work atmosphere and environment, equipment that supports the implementation of the work, the leader's attitude and leadership and whether the nature of the work is monotonous or not. To determine the relationship between characteristics, job satisfaction and expectations of midwives on leadership styles at Scholoo Keyen Regional Hospital, South Sorong Regency in 2024. This research is analytical research because it is observing the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses, with a data collection time approach using a design cross section (Cross Sectional). This research was conducted in April-May 2024 at Scholoo Keyen Regional Hospital, South Sorong Regency. Data collection using questionnaires. A total of 38 respondents said that the leadership style at Scholoo Keyen Hospital, South Sorong Regency was good and 13 respondents said it was not good. A total of 43 respondents said they were satisfied and 8 respondents said they were not satisfied. The Fisher's Exact Test shows that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style at Scholoo Keyen Hospital, South Sorong Regency with a value of p = .000 (p value < .05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style at Scholoo Keyen Hospital, South Sorong Regency.

Abstract

Waste samples that is managed properly will generate added value and provide benefits for environmental management. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based waste water sample data management information system so that it can make it easier for waste laboratory staff and the public as customers and admins to manage and access waste water sample data and transactions. The method used in data collection is the DevOps method and it is also not important as a researcher to interview officials from the Palembang city environmental service regarding the laboratory management application program.. In making the website, the author uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages with the DevOps development method, object-based software modeling using UML and designing the system interface to show system functions. Database design is made to show the relationship between entities and data contained in the system. Users who will use the waste laboratory management application information system are employees of the environmental service laboratory unit as admin and the public. The results of this study indicate that the website design that was built can make it easier for the admin to manage waste water sample data, it can be stored in a database and can be accessed at any time. Apart from that, for residents,, this system has the benefit of accelerating the process of collecting waste in their environment, this system has the benefit of speeding up the process of collecting waste water sample data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of artificial intelligence, integrity prediction, financial performance, and company size in the Indonesian and Singapore banking sectors during the 2021-2023 period. Secondary data is used in this study, including annual reports, financial reports, and other relevant data sources. The quantitative descriptive method was applied to analyze the collected data. The results show that the adoption of artificial intelligence in the banking sector has had a positive impact on operational efficiency, fraud detection, and risk management. In addition, corporate integrity prediction plays an important role in maintaining the stability and reputation of financial institutions, with artificial intelligence technology assisting in detecting potential risks and fraudulent activities. This study also found that firm size, as measured by total assets, contributes significantly to bank financial performance. These findings make an important contribution to the literature and provide insights for policy makers and banking practitioners to optimize the use of artificial intelligence technology and integrity prediction in improving firm performance and competitiveness.

Abstract

The presence of online loans provides new hope for economic development in Indonesia. Online loans is a way for business owners to obtain capital. Online loans offer various simplicity for MSMEs who want to apply for loans, they can get loans quickly using easy conditions, disbursement of funds quickly, and a flexible repayment process. One of the conditions that are not provide in the banking industry is easy terms and loans without collateral. This is a good news for MSME owner who need capital and do not have valuable assets to use as collateral. It is not only the general public who use online loan services but also young people, apart from not requiring administrative requirements and guarantees like banks in general, the process is also fast. However, you need to be careful in using this online loan, because it has two sides. Do not let what is expected is a profit in the form of fund assistance, even a loss due to payment or even pressure from collectors when it is due. According to data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) there are around 219,824 youth under 19 who are active loan borrowers. The circulation of loan money is also quite large with a total loan of IDR 206.9 billion. Young online borrowers, who are considered to still not have many urgent needs already had the power to borrow from this loan, this is considered very harm. The phenomenon of the rise of this loan is increasingly troubling the community. This system is considered to be damaging the financial digitalization ecosystem which previously benefited the community, instead it has lost tens or even hundreds of millions of rupiah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of performance management on work productivity through job satisfaction. The research population is 134 employees of the Grobogan Regency Regional Secretariat. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Using SPSS 26, a wide variety of tests are performed, including validity and reliability tests, hypothesis tests, multiple regression analysis tests, and Sobel tests. Management effectiveness and employee happiness have a positive and statistically significant influence on workplace output. This means that along with the increase in the level of performance management and job satisfaction, employee performance also increases. In the sobel test, it produces a positive and significant influence on performance management on work productivity through job satisfaction. Abstract

The high level of motor vehicle tax achieved in West Java is closely linked to public awareness in paying their vehicle tax. However, tax revenues still face issues. This research investigates the impact of the Sambara application's quality on the quality of information provided. The information quality variable is crucial as it ensures users receive accurate, relevant, and timely information, affecting the overall user experience. The research aims to examine the correlation between the level of Sambara application information and the application's overall quality and measure how information quality influences the application's overall assessment. Data was acquired by administering a questionnaire using a basic random sample technique based on the motor vehicle population in West Java. The research is conducted with simple linear regression calculations to produce predictive answers and hypotheses. Results indicate a correlation of a favorable nature between the application's quality and the information quality provided. Improving the Sambara application's quality enhances the information quality received by users. The R²-Score of 0.67798 shows that approximately 67.798% of the variability in information quality assessment can be explained by the application's quality

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of regular Umrah worship package services on congregational satisfaction at Travel Pt. Zam-Zam Islamic Tourism both partially and simultaneously. This research approach is associative. The population is the entire congregation at Travel Pt. Zam-Zam Islamic Tourism and a sample of 100 Jama'ah at Travel Pt. Zam-Zam Islamic Tourism. Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing (t Test). Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 29.00. Partially, service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction.
