Abstract

This research aims to analyze receivables management at the Grand Swiss Bel-Hotel Darmo. The author conducted this research on the basis that considering the importance of receivables management in the hospitality sector. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Primary data was obtained from an interview with one of the account receivable staff. The analysis was carried out by observing (observations) from the author, which was supported by the results of interviews, and strengthened using literature studies obtained through books and journals. The results of the research show that all financial management activities have been carried out well. However, there are still several problems, namely that some records still do not use software, conditions in the field are too late, resulting in delays in data input, and customers are having difficulty making payments.

Abstract

Revenue is the revenue earned through the results of economic activities related to the sales activities of production factors owned by the company. As known in the theory of production factors, the quantity of output associated with income directly depends on the amount of labor owned. In increasing production supported by efficient resources and running according to the system, appropriate income can be obtained from the level of production. Theoretically, a positive contribution of labor to the increase of business income can occur, especially by involving a large number of workers. This study was conducted to analyze the additional number of workers in increasing revenue at Baso H. Lili Chicken Noodle in Karawang. The type used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that Mie Ayam Baso H. Lili Karawang has experienced an increase in labor since the beginning of the business until now, initially only having 3 workers per branch as of 2005, but currently in 2023 it has approximately 7 to 15 workers in each branch. After the additional workforce, H. Lili Karawang's Baso Chicken Noodle business experienced an increase in income generated with an average of IDR Rp 588.858.818 or the same as around 408%.

Abstract

The skincare industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, with increasing competition between local and international manufacturers. This study aims to analyse the effect of Word of Mouth Promotion, Brand Image, and Brand Ambassador on purchasing decisions for Azarine skincare products at Stuffbyms Semarang City. Quantitative methods are used with questionnaires distributed to 83 respondents. The F test results show that the three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The t test shows that Word of Mouth Promotion, Brand Image, and Brand Ambassador each have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions with a significance value of each below 0.05. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.691 indicates that 69.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these variables. These findings provide important insights for Azarine's marketing strategy in the face of beauty industry competition.

Abstract

The issue of environmental pollution is often a hot topic in discussions. Companies are asked to take part in conservation through special financing related to the environment and compliance with environmental management to safeguard stakeholder interests and maintain good relations with the surrounding community. This research aims to determine the influence of Environmental Accounting, Environmental Audit implemented by companies on the Social Economy of the Community with the principles of Good Corporate Governance as a moderator. The data source used is primary data through tabulated questionnaires distributed to several companies in Karawang Regency via the LinkedIn social media application. The random sampling technique produced a sample of 66 respondents among employees who work at companies in Karawang Regency. Testing uses Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) analysis using Smartpls version 4.0. The results of the research show that Environmental Accounting has no effect on Community Social Economy, but Environmental Audit has a positive influence on Community Social Economy. Good Corporate Governance has a direct influence on the social economy of society, but cannot moderate the influence of Environmental Accounting and Environmental Audit on the social economy of society.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research seeks to analyze the relationship between profitability, leverage, inventory turnover, and sustainability reporting among companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022, with a focus on those in the mining sector. Using purposive sampling, data from 97 observations were collected, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed with SPSS. The results show that leverage positively influences the disclosure of sustainability reports, while profitability and inventory turnover do not have an effect on it. Keywords : Profitability, Leverage, Inventory Turnover, Sustainability Reporting Disclosure ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara profitabilitas, leverage, perputaran persediaan, dan pelaporan keberlanjutan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022, dengan fokus pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, data dari 97 observasi dikumpulkan, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan, sedangkan profitabilitas dan perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan. Abstract

Company's excellence center will be achieved with competent human resources towards the company's rapid competitiveness. This study aims to investigate how work experience and job training affect employee performance in the Engineering Maintenance Department Organisation at PT XYZ. Population and sample for this study included Engineering and Maintenance employees at PT XYZ. The research utilized multiple linear regression analysis as the primary method to examine the relationships between the variables. A quantitative approach was employed. Research sample was chosen using saturated sampling technique, the study involved a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis results indicate that work experience and job training significantly impact employee performance. According to the coefficient of determination test results, training and compensation contribute 43.2% to employee performance. From this research it is recommended to PT XYZ increase investment in training and develop strategies to enhance employee performance. This should help improve the quality standards of employee performance through training, enabling employees to gain more valuable experience, maintain a smooth production process, and produce high-quality goods.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how to apply for and provide business capital by the Karawang Regency Cooperative and UKM Office, as well as how the benefits obtained by MSME actors from business capital assistance provided by the Karawang Regency Cooperative and UKM Office. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, namely data collection was carried out by interviewing 30 MSME actors from various types of businesses including food vendors, salon services, clothing sewing services, screen printing services and workshop services. The form of assistance provided is in the form of minibooths, sewing machines, cooking utensils, screen printing tools, carts, salon tools and workshop tools. These 30 respondents are random sampling taken from all aid recipients from 30 sub-districts, especially those in the category of extreme poverty sub-districts. The Office of Cooperatives and SMEs previously provided assistance in the form of cash funds, but starting in 2021 plans assistance in the form of capital goods, and can be realized in 2022. From several types of assistance that have been provided by the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs to 30 respondents, it is stated that this assistance is very beneficial for business actors, both beginners and advanced, these benefits include accelerating production, reducing operational costs, better and tidier sales displays as felt by recipients of minibooth and cart assistance. The result of this research is that the utilization of capital provided by the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs has a positive impact on the business success of MSME actors in Karawang Regency. With capital that can be used for various purposes, MSME players have greater opportunities to develop and improve the quality of their products.

Abstract

Determining the impact of advertising, brand image, and product quality on Shopee e-commerce purchase decisions is the goal of this study. The Demak Regency's e-commerce clientele is the subject of this study; nevertheless, the precise population estimate is unknown. One hundred respondents were chosen for the sample using the target sampling technique. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis, and its validity was assessed using the F and t tests. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) brand image has no influence on purchasing decisions; (2) product quality has a positive and substantial effect on purchasing decisions; and (3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of price on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of promotion on hybrid car purchasing decisions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions through hybrid car promotions in West Java. To determine and analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions through hybrid car promotions in West Java. This research method uses quantitative samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents using the purposive sampling technique method, the data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the structural model analysis tool used in this study, namely SmartPLS. The results of the research that has been conducted can be concluded that the product quality variable has a significant effect on the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. The price variable has a significant effect on the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java. The price variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java. The promotion variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase hybrid cars in West Java. The product quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase through the promotion of hybrid cars in West Java. Abstract

This study was made to determine the extent of the attendance technology system and work motivation provided by PT KIA Karawang to its employees in improving employee discipline in it. The analysis used in this study is to use independent variables, namely the "Talent" attendance system and work motivation, and the dependent variable, namely work discipline. This research included 85 employees from PT KIA Karawang and utilized multiple linear regression testing, alongside validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis testing techniques. The findings revealed that the Talent attendance system and work motivation together significantly and positively affect work discipline. However, when examined individually, the Talent Attendance System did not impact Work Discipline, whereas work motivation did have a positive and significant effect on work discipline.
