Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze work discipline, training and employee performance at CV. Balong Karya Utama. This research method uses qualitative methods with descriptive explanations. Participants in this research were leaders and employees. The data analysis techniques in this research are information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that work discipline CV. Balong Karya Utama still has shortcomings that impact employee performance. Then the training has been effective, but there are still several obstacles related to employee attendance during training. Meanwhile, employee performance is influenced by several factors, namely work discipline and training, therefore the leadership of CV. Balong Karya Utama needs to pay attention to work discipline and employee training so that employee performance can improve.

Abstract

Tokma is a company operating in the retail sector. This research aims to analyze how much influence service quality and shopping experience have on customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative method, data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to Tokma Kondang consumers. The data is then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and the sampling method applied is Accidental Sampling using the Lemesshow formula to determine the number of samples. The number of samples was 120 visitors to Tokma Kondang. The results of this research show that service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction by 7,001, the correlation coefficient of shopping experience on customer satisfaction shows an influence of 10,180, the correlation coefficient of service quality and shopping experience on customer satisfaction is 201,089 and analysis of service quality and shopping experience simultaneously influence customer satisfaction by 77.1%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of knowledge and compliance on K3. This research was carried out at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing West Java. The research method is descriptive quantitative verification with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS25 calculations. The population consists of employees of at the packing shop, totaling 102 individuals. Using Slovin's formula with a 5% significance level, 81 respondents were selected. The sampling method applied random sampling techniques based on the criteria for permanent and contract employees. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that, knowledge with a score of 200 is in the high category, compliance with a score of 174 is quite high, while, K3 with a score of 206 is in the good category, knowledge partially has a very significant positive effect with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 while tcount is 4.813 > from t table 1.988 on K3, compliance has a very significant positive effect with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 while tcount is 3.154 > T table 1.988 towards K3, Simultaneously, knowledge and compliance have an effect on K3 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and fcount 93,078 > f table 3.09. Meanwhile, the determination value is 0.751 or 75.1%, while the remaining 0.239 or 23.9% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which the promotion and brand image of the car repair shop influence purchasing decisions. The study used a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents via Google Form. Data includes instrument analysis to assess validity and reliability, classical assumption tests such as normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests, hypothesis tests such as t-tests and F-tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and calculating the coefficient of determination. This provides results that promotion and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Producing a contribution value of promotion variables and brand image variables to purchasing decisions of 68.8% to purchasing decisions..

Abstract

“Kebuli Curry House is one of the restaurants that sells Middle Eastern specialties, namely Kebuli rice in Karawang. The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of price and taste on customer satisfaction. This research is categorized as quantitative research based on its objectives. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents online and offline. The purposive sampling method was used for the sampling technique using purposive sampling conditional on the respondent having made a purchase either directly or online as well as eating food from Kebuli Curry House Karawang at least once. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis was performed on this data. The results show that price has an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, while taste has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.”

Abstract

Human Resources, especially teachers, have a very large influence and are considered the main key in improving the quality of schools and educational goals. However, there is still a lack of collaboration and cooperation between teachers and between teachers and education staff, and the high rate of absenteeism without obvious reasons is also a significant problem that affects the continuity of learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on teacher performance partially and simultaneously at SMP Negeri 2 Babakancikao Purwakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was 31 people (saturated sample). Data analysis using multiple linear regression data analyzer with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that the work environment has no effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, work discipline has an effect and is significant on employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the work environment and work discipline together have a significant influence on teacher performance. This research has important implications for the development of management policies and practices in the educational environment. Good work discipline contributes positively to teacher performance and improves performance to achieve organizational goals..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in supervising the halal certification process for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Surakarta City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, involving MSME actors, MUI Surakarta officers, and a number of related documents. The results of the study indicate that MUI has an important role in ensuring the halalness of products and increasing consumer confidence. Initially, halal certification was issued by MUI Surakarta, but now the authority has been transferred to the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) under the Ministry of Religion. However, MUI still has a role in supervision through its fatwas and monitoring of products in circulation. MSMEs in Surakarta face challenges in obtaining halal certification, such as limited resources and knowledge of certification procedures. However, halal certification not only benefits consumers, but also producers, because products with a halal label can increase customer trust and loyalty. The effectiveness of the MUI supervision system in Surakarta already has a strong foundation, but there is still a need for improvement, especially in facing the challenges of the digital era and dynamic regulatory changes. This study presents a new approach with a focus on the analysis of the MUI supervision system for halal certification of MSMEs in Surakarta based on product identification, type, nature, and characteristics. The final result is that the role of MUI in facilitating and supervising the halal certification process is very important to improve the effectiveness of supervision and facilitate MSME access to halal certification. This study provides valuable insights for policy makers and halal industry players in improving the effectiveness of supervision and facilitating MSME access to halal certification.

Abstract

Employee performance in carrying out work influences various things such as the condition of employee behavior while working. Employee performance greatly influences discipline, motivation and the work environment, this can be seen directly in the work results. A very important problem is to be able to know significantly about employee performance so that they can be more productive. This research aims to find out how significantly influences motivation, discipline and the environment on performance, especially in the BPN Office of Klaten Regency. The objects of this research are employees of the Klaten Regency BPN office. This research took a sample of 125 employees using the Solvin formula. This research uses two data, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, then it is measured using a Likert scale of one to five and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis via partial least squares (Smart-PLS). And the research results will show how significant the influence of motivation, environment and discipline is on the performance of Klaten Regency BPN Office employees.

Abstract

This research empirically tests the influence of audit committee characteristics, namely audit committee independence, audit committee size, expertise, audit committee finances, audit committee meeting frequency, audit committee gender differences on the quality/extent of corporate social responsibility disclosure for the 2018-2022 period. The dependent variable used in this research is the extent of corporate social responsibility disclosure. This research uses quantitative research methods with secondary data obtained from annual reports of non-BUMN infrastructure and construction industry companies listed on the IDX. There are 150 data from 30 companies selected as research samples based on the purposive sampling method. Data processing in this study was tested using Eviews 12 Student Version Lite. The results of this research show that the independence of the audit committee, the financial expertise of the audit committee and the frequency of audit committee meetings have a significant positive effect on the extent of CSR disclosure. Meanwhile, audit committee size and audit committee gender differences have no influence on the extent of CSR disclosure.

Abstract

This study examines how work discipline, compensation, and motivation affect employee performance at Solo Techno Park in Solo, Indonesia. The study used a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 96 people. It targets all employees. Data were collected quantitatively using techniques such as Instrument Requirements Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Hypothesis Test using SPSS. The results show that work discipline significantly improves performance, with a t-test value of 3.861 and a p-value of 0.000 indicating a strong correlation. Compensation also has a positive impact on performance, with a t-test value of 2.160 and a p-value of 0.033. However, with a t-test value of 18.053 and a p-value of 0.000, work motivation turned out to be the most important, with 83% of the variation in employee performance. Regression analysis shows that these three factors are responsible for 83% of the variation in employee performance, indicating that employees must be disciplined, fairly rewarded, and motivated to achieve optimal results.
