Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of halal certification and sharia marketing on increase sales of micro and small businesses in Jepara district. This study is a descriptive quantitative study, primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires via google form which is measured by a likert scale. The population in this study was 2,283, it is known that the number of samples using the slovin formula with the purposive sampling method was 97 business actors who already had halal certification, after that a multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 22 software. The results of the study simultaneously showed a significant positive effect on increasing sales. Then, the partial results showed that halal certification was significantly positive on increasing sales, and sharia marketing was significantly positive on increasing sales.

Abstract

This This research aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on burnout in manufacturing employees in Karawang district. Participants in this research were employees of manufacturing companies in Karawang district and domiciled in Karawang district with a total of 383 participants. The method used is quantitative with a causality design and accidental sampling technique. Data was collected using psychological scales including the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ) scale from Goleman (2009) to measure emotional intelligence, the Job Stress Scale (JSS) which was prepared referring to the theory of Parker dan DeCotiis (1983) to measure the work stress scale and the Oldenburg burnout scale. inventory (OLBI) to measure burnout tendencies. Data analysis used in this research is normality test, linearity test, multiple regression test and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, there is an influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on burnout with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that emotional intelligence and work stress on burnout have an influence of 28.8%. Further research is recommended to focus on more specific and contextual intervention strategies according to the needs of manufacturing employees in Karawang district.

Abstract

This research investigates the connection between financial literacy, financial technology, financial efficacy, financial inclusion and financial behavior on the digital era. This study utilizes the theory of planned behavior (TPB). The method of gathering data applied was stratified judgmental sampling utilizing a questionnaire with a population of undergraduate accounting students in East Java resulting in 110 samples from Airlangga University, UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, and Terbuka University. PLS-SEM was employed as a technique for data analysis with produced research findings, namely financial literacy, financial technology has a positive effect on behavior and financial inclusion, and financial behavior has a positive effect on financial inclusion. In addition, financial behavior is able to mediate the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion. However, financial efficacy has no effect on behavior and financial inclusion and financial behavior cannot mediate the effect of financial efficacy on financial inclusion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menyelidiki unsur-unsur yang memengaruhi minat penggunaan fintech lending dengan menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), seperti persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi risiko, persepsi kepercayaan, persepsi inovasi, dan persepsi kesehatan finansial. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai sarana pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 11.661.009 entitas, yang semuanya adalah penduduk Jawa Timur dan menggunakan fintech lending. Sampel sebanyak 145 entitas disurvei menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis SEM-PLS dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4.0. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kepercayaan, persepsi inovasi, dan persepsi kesehatan finansial berpengaruh terhadap sikap. Sebaliknya persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap, serta sikap berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan fintech lending. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan mempengaruhi persepsi kegunaan. Temuan lain sikap dapat memediasi pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kepercayaan, persepsi inovasi, dan persepsi kesehatan finansial terhadap minat penggunaan fintech lending.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and test the effect of implementing EMKM financial accounting standards and tax planning on the quality of MSME financial reports in Karawang Regency. This research uses quantitative methodology with primary data collection. The sample for this research only consists of MSMEs based in Karawang Regency. The number of samples for this research was one hundred respondents. This research focuses on MSMEs in Karawang Regency. Using PLS and SmartPLS 3.0, analyze the relationship between dependent and independent variables. The findings of this research show that the application of EMKM accounting standards and tax planning has a positive and significant effect on the quality of MSME financial reports.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population in this research is Karawang Regency Micro and Small Bussines. Based on Isaac and Michael's calculations, the sample for this study was 383 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is simple random sampling. This research uses range-of-scale analysis techniques and SEM-PLS with Smart PLS and Microsoft Excel tools. The results of the research show that there is a partial influence of Relative Advantage and Compatibility on Adoption, namely 31.7% and 29%.

Abstract

                CV Tani Sejahtera Utama is a company that has produced various kinds of organic fertilizers since 2021. CV Tani Sejahtera Utama is experiencing several problems, one of which is the number of emerging competitors that can reduce sales. This research aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and analyze marketing strategies to increase sales at CV Tani Sejahtera Utama. The method used is purposive sampling with a sample used for the first analysis of 60 respondents and the second analysis of 6 informants. This research data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and QSPM analysis. The results showed that the variables of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions. Product, price, place, promotion, people, and process partially influence purchasing decisions, while place and physical evidence have no partial influence on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the QSPM analysis, the alternative strategy is to improve company planning to increase sales volume with a TAS score of 7.33.

Abstract

                OVO is a payment service provider application designed to simplify cashless transactions and provide access to additional digital financial products and services through partnerships with selected collaborators. This study aims to evaluate how Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Trust affect user satisfaction with the OVO Digital Wallet, both collectively and individually. The research involved a sample of 100 respondents selected from an unspecified population, with data analyzed using SPSS. The findings indicate that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Trust together influence customer satisfaction. While Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness partially impact customer satisfaction, Trust does not show a significant partial influence.

Abstract

Analysis of accounting information systems, the quality of financial reports, and the effectiveness of decision making have a significant role in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to analyze accounting information systems, the quality of financial reports, and the effectiveness of decision making on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. This research is descriptive research. This research is classified as quantitative research using data obtained from 100 respondents consisting of MSME units. The data collection stage was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The partial results show that the accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. The accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. Apart from that, the effectiveness of decision making has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. The adjusted R Square value was proven to be 45.1%. Simultaneous results found that accounting information systems, financial report quality, and decision-making effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servicei quality and company imagei on seirvicei useir satisfaction at limajari reifleixology dharmahusada Surabaya branch both partially and simultaneiously.Reiseiarch is quantitativei with a causal approach. Thei population in this study weirei all customeirs who had donei treiatmeint at Limajari Reifleixology, dharmahusada Surabaya branch at leiast oncei, thei samplei sizei was 100 reispondeints who had beiein distributeid through queistionnaireis. This study useis simplei random sampling teichniqueis in colleicting reispondeints and useis thei Cochran formula in deiteirmining thei samplei beicausei thei population in this study in thei following month is unknown. Furtheirmorei, thei data weirei analyzeid using instrumeint teists, classical assumption teists, multiplei lineiar reigreission teists, F teists, t teists, and coeifficieint of deiteirmination teists. Thei reisults showeid that both seirvicei quality and company imagei significantly affeict seirvicei useir satisfaction. Lineiar reigreission analysis shows a positivei influeincei of thei two indeipeindeint variableis on thei deipeindeint variablei. Seirvicei quality and company imagei simultaneiously also havei a significant eiffeict on seirvicei useir satisfaction, which is shown through thei F teist. Thei reisults of this study arei eixpeicteid to bei a reifeireincei for companieis to improve service quality and image in order to increase customer satisfaction.
