Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the mortality rates for both the gross and net deaths, data sources, and statistical activities from 2023 to the first quarter of 2024 at X Hospital. Combining evaluation studies—that is, qualitative and quantitative—with a descriptive research methodology. The data processing techniques are interviewing and observation. The qualitative data is processed using an inductive approach, and the quantitative data is processed using bivariate analysis. The population is the research informant, consisting of 5 officers, and the object is the Monthly Recapitulation Form of Hospitalized Patients. The study's results show that the Republic of Indonesia's (Depkes RI) Ministry of Health has set standards for Gross Death Rate <45% and Net Death Rate <25%. The study's results show that the Gross Death Rate value in 2023 is 21.02%, while the Net Death Rate value is 7.15%. The study concludes that the data source obtained is the result of a monthly recapitulation of hospitalized patients with statistical activities in reporting data processing according to the formula used for calculating the Gross Death Rate and Net Death Rate values and the data is presented in Microsoft Excel as tables and graphs.

Abstract

Online registration system allows patients to register quickly and easily without having to queue and come to the hospital. It is recently known that users of online registration system are lower compared to manual registration system. This research intend to determine the effect of online registration system via Mobile JKN on outpatients’ satisfaction in Hospital X Bandung City. This research method is quantitative method. The population of this research were users of online registration system via Mobile JKN in March and April 2024 in total of 201 patients. The sample size used was calculated using the Slovin formula on 36 respondents which was determined using simple random sampling technique. The results of simple linear regression test obtained values 0,000 < 0,05 so it can be concluded that the variable of the online registration system via Mobile JKN has a significant effect on the outpatients’ satisfaction variable. It is recommended to do enhancement of quality and development for online registration system via Mobile JKN in purpose to make online registration to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Implementing a reporting flow is important for hospitals, because it functions as a management guide and policy to anticipate unexpected situations. Having a flow will make it easier for officers to carry out their work and implementing the flow will encourage officers to be more disciplined and responsible in their work. The aim of this study was to determine the difficulties experienced in managing, collecting data and input reporting the morbidity of the top 10 diseases in outpatients. Qualitative descriptive research. The subjects were the head of medical records, 2 medical records officers and 2 reporting officers. As a result, reporting is carried out by the responsible reporting officer, data collection is in accordance with standard operational procedures, data processing is computerized by the assigned reporting officer and sent via online SIRS to the Health Service at the beginning of each year. Trends in the top 10 diseases in hospitals include viral infections, dyspepsia, dengue fever, diarrhea, bacterial infections, anxiety disorders, radiculopathy, asthma, pulpitis and GERD.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is a communication and information technology system that processes and integrates the whole steps of hospital’s service process in the form of a coordinated network, report and administration procedure to obtain information precisely and accurately. The purpose of this study is to determine the Identification of HMIS Application’s Features Implementation on the Effectivity of Outpatient’s Registration Service in Hospital X Bandung City. This study used descriptive method with qualitative approach which was carried out at Hospital X during March until April 2024 and as many as 4.373 outpatients who have registered to all available polyclinics. The subjects of this study consisted of the head of the medical record unit, 2 registration operators and IT technicians. The results obtained from this study is that the HMIS application at Hospital X hasn’t been running effectively due to often constraint of errors on the HMIS application that being used by Hospital X which also has been connected to BPJS by bridging method till it causes constraints to medical record officers and IT technicians during the registration of the patients along with no exclusive training regarding HMIS application for new employees.

Abstract

The fast food restaurant industry has experienced rapid growth and has become one of the important sectors in the culinary business, fast food restaurant business actors continue to innovate to meet the needs and desires of consumers. The intention to repurchase is the most important part that must be considered by restaurant business actors which directly impacts the sustainability and growth of the business. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap about the role of service quality performance on product quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention in Hoka-Hoka Bento restaurant customers in the Tangerang Regency area. Data collection was obtained through a questionnaire distributed online in June 2024. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of data processing show that the performance of service quality,product quality, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. This research contributes to companies to improve service quality performance in forming repurchase intentions in consumers. Further research is expected to use a larger scale of respondents and use different platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of implementing electronic medical records (EMRs) on patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Linggar. The study has two main objectives. First, to examine the implementation electronic medical records and second to assess the level of patient satisfaction resulting from this implementation. This research employs a quantitative, descriptive approach. Based on the result and discussion presented, it can be concluded that the implementation of electronic medical records has a significant positive impact on patient satisfaction at the Linggar Health Centre, with a satisfaction rate of 91,6%. This indicates that the implementation medical records (EMRs) positively affects patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The techniques used in laboratory examinations are crucial for diagnosing illnesses, including figuring out how much uric acid is in the body. The photometric technique and the Point Of Care Testing (POCT) approach are two of them. The aim of this research is to examine the findings of uric acid level examinations in persons between the ages of 20 and 40 in families and communities in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, using POCT and photometric techniques. This is a cross-sectional research that employs a sequential random sample approach on 30 populations for sampling. A normality test utilizing the Paired Sample T-Test and the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test was used to analyze the data. The analysis's findings revealed that the uric acid level determined by the photometric technique was 4,920±1,480, whereas the average and standard deviation for the POCT method was 5,266±1,439. This indicates that the two approaches' average uric acid levels differ from one another. With a p-value of 0.045, the paired T-test demonstrated a significant difference between the photometric and POCT methods.

Abstract

The research findings show that honorary employees of the Takalar Regency Civil Service Police Unit have a low level of organizational commitment, which has a negative impact on organizational effectiveness. The main objective of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research methodology and a case study approach, with a sample size of 96 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The research data were collected through an online survey questionnaire using a Likert scale, and then analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results revealed that organizational culture does not have a statistically significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment. However, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. In addition, the findings indicate that job satisfaction can function as an effective mediator, influencing the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digitalization, teenagers are easily exposed to various negative behaviors such as promiscuity, alcohol consumption and inappropriate content on the internet. This negative behavior has a negative impact on the development of adolescent character and morals. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has a very important role in forming the character and morals of students, especially at the secondary school level. The problem is that the time allocation for PAI in public schools is very limited. The time provided for 2-3 hours of lessons a week is considered insufficient to cover all PAI material. Limited time for PAI learning in public schools is a challenge that requires a solution, namely PAI mentoring activities. The problem of PAI mentoring in schools lies in the match between expectations and the reality of implementation felt by participants. This research aims to evaluate the performance of PAI mentoring at SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor. This research uses a type of responsive evaluation research model (Responsive Evaluation). The evaluation method uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). This science method aims to determine the level of conformity between interests and performance which is then plotted using a Cartesian diagram. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire involving 405 student participants as respondents. Data from the questionnaire results collected were tested for validity and reliability. Next, it was analyzed using the IPA method. The IPA calculation results have a suitability level of 101%, which means the level of satisfaction with mentoring performance is high. In the Cartesian diagram, of the 20 performance indicator attributes, there are 15 attributes whose performance is satisfactory, namely a comfortable mentoring room, effective implementation of mentoring, mentor mastery of the material, responsiveness to participant complaints, readiness to serve participants, maintaining personal confidentiality, creating a sense of security, image the school's positive attitude towards mentoring, providing self-confidence to participants, ease of obtaining information, sensitivity to attention to suggestions and criticism as well as service that does not differentiate between status, Mentor's appearance during mentoring, Quickly providing mentoring information, and Speed ​​of mentor responding to participants. However, there needs to be improvements and improvements, especially in the availability of mentoring consultation rooms, availability of mentoring modules, timely mentoring hours, mentors establishing intense communication with mentoring participants, and providing individual attention.

Abstract

Electron Medical Records are essential for Health Services to ensure more efficiency and effectiveness in serving patients, especially in OBGYN Polyclinics. Having an Electronic Medical Record can make work easier. The aim of this investigation is to find out how electronic medical records influence the efficiency of health services. The research method employed a quantitative analytical observation design method. The population used was 2 doctors and 6 nurses at the ob-gyn polyclinic. The results from questionnaire and simple linear regression test revealed that it has a strong correlation and the Pearson correlation value is 0.704 and also the variables x and y have a significant influence. Then, it is found that the test done through SPSS version 26 was declared valid and reliable
