Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of academic procrastination found in final students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Academic procrastination is task avoidance caused by feelings of displeasure with the task and fear of failing to complete the task. One of the factors that trigger academic procrastination is academic anxiety. The academic anxiety variable was measured using the academic anxiety scale adopted from Ridwan with a validity coefficient value moving from 0.926 -0.746 and an alpha reliability coefficient (α) value of 0.907. The academic procrastination variable was measured by the academic procrastination scale in completing the thesis adapted from Rahayu. with a validity coefficient value moving from 0.094 to 0.596 and with an alpha (α) reliability coefficient value of 0.858. The correlation between variables was analyzed using Spearman's Rho correlation test with the help of JASP 19.0 software. The results showed that there was a relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.703 with a significance (p) of 0.001 (<0.05).

Abstract

Its natural, cool, and green environment, Batu Kuda Manglayang also attracts tourists with its long-standing legend. A tourist attraction is an attraction that has its own value so that it attracts tourists to come to a location. One of the main factors in tourism growth is the provision of tourist facilities. However, Batu Kuda Manglayang still faces a number of common problems related to facilities and infrastructure. Improving the quality of damaged or under-functioning facilities is one way to make visitors happy with the tourist attractions and services of Batu Kuda Manglayang. This study uses a quantitative methodology combined with a descriptive strategy. This study focuses on the quality of tourism (X) which is an independent variable consisting of two dimensions, namely facilities (X2) and attractions (X1). The variable of tourist satisfaction (Y) is the dependent variable. The indicators used to measure tourist satisfaction are the adequacy of expectations, interest in returning to visit, and the desire to recommend. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, namely: Batu Kuda Manglayang provides camping, picnic, trekking, and cultural sites and other tourist attractions. Tourists can get satisfaction from the various attractions available. Thus, there is a fairly close relationship between the attraction variable and the tourist pleasure variable. 2) The variable of tourist amenities has a significant influence on tourist satisfaction, at least in part. This can increase tourist satisfaction if the facilities are sufficient and clean. 3) In Batu Kuda Manglayang, both attractions and tourist facilities have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

Tourist attraction managers can improve visitor satisfaction by optimizing their human resources. This means that this study was conducted to determine how visiting tourists assess service management. The main factor in consumer satisfaction is their perception of the quality of service received. The expected results are to provide information about this service management process to help tourists assess staff performance during the operation of Lembang Park & Zoo. This study uses a quantitative approach design, using a descriptive method approach with a data collection technique, namely a survey. . By distributing questionnaires and google forms. Other populations are visitors who are active in the Lembang Park & Zoo area, which is 410,000. then the number of samples to be taken in this study is 100 tourists. The sampling technique in this study uses simple random sampling. Visitor service management has a strong correlation with visitor satisfaction at Lembang Park & Zoo, because the service provided by a destination is an effective thing that must ensure that the quality of service provided to visitors is consistent and satisfactory, including the speed in responding to complaints and the availability of friendly and trained staff to improve visitor satisfaction. Affirming that visitor service management is not only important in daily operations but is important in improving the image of a good destination and the attractiveness of a tourist destination. Visitor satisfaction has been shown to increase when their interactions with visitor service staff are positive and satisfying, meaning that this shows that in reliable service can bring benefits can greatly help tourist destinations by increasing visitor satisfaction and making tourists come back.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review scientific journals that discuss the relationship between geographical conditions and the occurrence of frostbite. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review, structured according to the Preferred Reporting System for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and registered in PROSPERO (CRD42020136170). Primary data was collected from three scientific databases: PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. Articles meeting the criteria were analyzed, focusing on the geographical conditions of countries at risk for frostbite. Out of 226 identified studies, only 14 articles met the criteria for further analysis. The results show that countries with cold seasons, temperatures below 0°C, strong winds, and inadequate self-protection are at higher risk of frostbite. Frostbite commonly affects adults to the elderly who continue outdoor activities in cold conditions with insufficient body protection. In conclusion, geographical conditions play a crucial role in increasing frostbite risk. Low temperatures, extreme weather, and public awareness of self-protection are the main factors contributing to frostbite occurrences in various regions.

Abstract

The development of the restaurant business is currently very rapid, especially with the emergence of various new businesses with various concepts. In the face of intense competition, restaurants need to understand their weaknesses and develop the right operational strategies and marketing policies to increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap about the role of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, food quality, service quality and price. The population in this study consisted of Solaria customers in the Tangerang area. While the research sample was taken using purposive sampling technique with a total of 205 respondents. This research is a quantitative study that uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results showed that food quality and price positively affect customer loyalty either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction. Furthermore, service quality has a direct positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Then, customer satisfaction positively affects customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction is not proven to mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. After conducting research, the author suggests expanding the population of respondents from various regions so that researchers can compare the results between customer areas from various regions.

Abstract

The main problem faced is the low level of understanding and social inclusion of people with disabilities in Pekalongan. The Recognizing Disability Class (KMD) program carried out by the GPAD Pekalongan Community aims to overcome this problem through inclusive and interactive education. This program seeks to change negative stigma, develop empathy and deep understanding, and increase active community participation in supporting people with disabilities. The research method is a qualitative method. The data collection method is through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the analysis show that KMD increases public awareness and understanding. KMD uses an inclusive approach involving interactive learning methods and relevant contextual materials.

Abstract

Community training and mentoring in managing homestays around Tebing Tegallinggah Temple aims to improve the capacity of local communities in providing quality accommodation that can meet tourist expectations and support the development of community-based tourism in the area. By identifying the lack of accommodation options close to the site, this program seeks to address accessibility issues and increase the attractiveness of Tebing Tegallinggah Temple as a cultural tourism destination. The research method used is a qualitative approach with primary data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as secondary data from literature and related reports. The analysis was carried out qualitatively descriptively and supported by Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to obtain a comprehensive picture from various stakeholders. The results of this activity indicate that the training provided has succeeded in improving the knowledge and skills of the working community in managing homestays collaboratively. With the presence of well-managed homestays, tourists now have alternative accommodation that is closer to Tebing Tegallinggah Temple, reducing dependence on hotels in Ubud and increasing the comfort of visiting. In addition, the development of homestays also contributes to improving the economic welfare of local communities through new business opportunities in the tourism sector. This program also emphasizes the importance of effective and integrated promotion with various tourism stakeholders to maximize the potential of the destination. Overall, these results underline the relevance and urgency of the program in supporting sustainable and inclusive tourism development around Tebing Tegallinggah Temple.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution and advancements in digital technology present both significant challenges and opportunities for Islamic education. This article explores strategies for shaping a character-driven generation in the digital era through a holistic approach that integrates religious education, ethics, and technology. This approach aims to enhance the quality of learning by leveraging technologies such as online learning, interactive Qur'an applications, and social media, while addressing emerging ethical and moral challenges. The role of teachers as models of Islamic character is crucial in integrating religious values with digital practices and teaching digital ethics. Recommendations include enhancing teacher competencies, developing a holistic curriculum, monitoring digital content, as well as developing Islamic digital platforms and involving parents. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that the younger generation will face the challenges of the digital era with strong character and solid religious values.

Abstract

As a Muslim, you should use the Quran and Hadith as an example in your life. Every leader stands on the idea of leadership in accordance with Islam. The leadership of the Prophet (propetik) is the best example of leadership. This study aims to find a prophetic leadership model in the world of Islamic education. This research is a Qualitative Research with a literature study approach. The data collected from this study came from relevant literature sources. This study shows that the essence of prophetic leadership is that a leader must reflect the values, principles of life, and character of the Prophet namely shiddik (right), trustworthy (trustworthy).

Abstract

This research aims to dissect the educational values ​​contained in the four processions in the Keboan traditional ritual for the younger generation and the wider community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research using a case study approach, namely with the aim of explaining and providing an overview of events in the field. The research results reveal that each procession has a different meaning and has different educational values ​​even though the four Keboan traditional ritual processes have the same goal. The four processions in the Keboan traditional ritual of Aliyan village contain religious education values, social education values ​​and cultural education values. With several educational values ​​contained in each procession, it can be used as a lesson for the wider community, especially for the younger generation who will inherit these customs and traditions so that the Keboan traditional ritual in Aliyan village continues to exist and is preserved without reducing its sacredness.
