UMKM Samikem Sablon adalah UMKM manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang tekstil dalam pembuatan kaos sablon yang terletak di Muja Muju UH2 Rt 42 Rw 12 No 979, Muja Muju, Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta, 55165. Terdapat 76 aktivitas yang terjadi di proses produksi pada UMKM Samikem Sablon. Pada aktivitas tersebut terdapat beberapa aktivitas yang memiliki potensi sebagai faktor penyebab terjadinya pemborosan waktu pada UMKM. Dalam penelitian ini waste yang teridentifikasi menjadi penyebab utama pemborosan yakni, transportasi, motion dan delay. Oleh karena itu untuk mengurangi pemborosan yang terjadi dilakukan penelitian menggunakan metode Value Stream Mapping. Dengan metode ini kita dapat mengidenfikasi pemborosan dengan current value stream mapping dan process activity mapping, kemudian dilakukan perbaikan pada process activity mapping serta menggambarkan proses setelah dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengurangi pemborosan menggunakan future value stream mapping. Perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mengurangi waktu aktivitas yakni aktivitas, B1, B2, B3, B4, D1, D4, D5, D6, D8, D11, D16, D25, E6, F2, F3, F6 dan G5 dengan total waktu siklus menjadi 21.412,559 detik atau berkurang sebanyak 12%.

Modern Islamic boarding schools have an important role in Islamic education in Indonesia, especially in character formation and implementing inclusive education. This research aims to analyze the role that exists in modern Islamic boarding schools, as well as the challenges and strategies implemented. This research method uses qualitative methods by managing Islamic boarding schools in the interests of inclusive education. In the context of inclusive education, modern Islamic boarding schools develop inclusive learning methods. This research concludes that modern Islamic boarding schools have great potential in character building by providing inclusive education

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran Smart TV yang ada di MI Tasywirul Afkar. Media pembelajaran adalah penghubung komunikasi yang menjembatani antara guru dan siswa. Smart TV digunakan sebagai salah satu media pembelajaran dalam kelas yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Media pembelajaran yang menarik mampu menjadi alat perantara/komunikasi yang efektif antara guru dan siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat belajar dan kualitas hasil belajar siswa. Pendekatan ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, artinya peneliti akan melihat fenomena yang terjadi di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan bentuk penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran Smart TV di MI Tasywirul Afkar Madumulyorejo yaitu : Media pembelajaran Smart TV digunakan untuk menampilkan video pembelajaran dan power point dalam proses pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran Smart TV menampilkan materi yang sesuai dengan kualitas yang baik sehingga siswa tertarik belajar menggunakan media Smart TV. Penggunaan media pembelajaran Smart TV merupakan contoh media yang menarik dan interaktif dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Dengan menyediakan materi yang relevan dan menarik, serta memanfaatkan fitur-fitur audiovisual, guru dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan efektif.

Manajemen Laboratorium Komputer mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan kreativitas pembelajaran siswa yang terdapat pada suatu lembaga pendidikan. Pada dasarnya dengan adanya manajemen laboratorium yang baik akan menjadikan dan akan mempermudah suatu lembaga dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan yang telah direncanakan sejak awal. Pada era modern sekarang khususnya seseorang dituntut untuk lebih mengikuti zaman terutama dalam ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bermaksud melihat manajemen laboratorium komputer dalam peningkatan kreativitas pembelajaran siswa di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang.Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis tiga hal yaitu: 1). Bagaimana Manajemen Laboratorium Komputer di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang? 2). Bagaimana Peningkatan Kreativitas Pembelajaran di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang? 3). Bagaimana Manajemen Laboratorium Komputer dalam Peningkatan Kreativitas Pembelajaran di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang?Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di SMK Sultan Agung 1 Tebuireng Jombang yaitu dalam proses perencanaan pengadaan alat laboratorium komputer itu diadakan dua kali dalam setahun, dan untuk pemeliharaan laboratorium komputer sendiri, kepala laboratorium berperan penting dalam pemeliharaan serta pengawasan pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung di dalam laboratorium komputer. Dan sebelum dilakukannya proses pembelajaran, kepala laboratorium komputer harus memastikan ruangan laboratorium komputer dalam kondisi bersih, semua komputer dalam kondisi menyala dan siap untuk digunakan praktik.

Laboratory management has various meanings according to the background of the definition. However, it can be understood that laboratory management is the process of good management of the place where computer practicum activities take place as an approach to learning information and communication technology. The laboratory is an academic equipment besides books and other media. The focus of this research is 1. How is the management of the computer laboratory at MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang 2. How is academic achievement increased at MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang 3. How is the management of the computer laboratory in increasing student achievement in academic fields in MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang.This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data obtained was analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification.The results of this research show that 1) computer laboratory management at MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang includes several activities, namely planning, equipment arrangement, administration, maintenance and supervision. 2) increasing student learning achievement at MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang really accommodates students needs according to their talents and interests. 3) computer laboratory management in increasing student achievement at MTs Salafiyah Syafi’iyah Tebuireng Jombang is going very well due to the huge influence of technology, especially computers, in the process of increasing student achievement.

This research aims to explore the role of guardian judges in the process of resolving cases of child marriage out of wedlock, as well as to analyze the views of tthe Headd of tthe Diwek Religiouss Affairss Offices (KUA) regarding the actions taken in handling this problem. Thed researchd methodd usedd is dqualitative with a normative juridical approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the views of the Head of KUA Diwek regarding the marriage of children out of wedlock are in accordance with legal provisions, such as PMA Number 30 of 2005 and KHI Articles 19-23. However, its implementation requires adjustments in administrative records to protect privacy and benefits and prevent negative impacts. The Head of KUA Diwek plays an active role in handling this case by dialogue with the parents involved to ensure legal recognition and provide understanding and education in accordance with applicable laws, both the Law and KHI..

Student discipline in school is very important to create an effective and productive educational environment. Good discipline helps reduce distractions in the classroom, ensures that students participate actively in learning, and creates a safe and comfortable school environment for them. Students face a variety of academic pressures, adolescent advancement, and more complex social demands, especially during 11th grade. This research has the objectives, (1) To find out how effective counseling management is at the MA Mu'alimat College in Jombang.(2) To find out how to discipline grade 11 students at the MA Mu'alimat Jombang College. (3) To find out how effective counseling management is in disciplining students at MA perguruan mu'alimat Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. In obtaining data, researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques, then the data obtained was analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that, (1) the counseling management carried out by MA Mualimat College is effective, in terms of planning the counseling guidance program, organizing counseling guidance, implementing the counseling guidance program, and supervising the counseling guidance program. The programs being run include; orientation programs, information service programs and individual counseling programs. (2) in disciplining students, MA Mu'alimat College establishes a system of violation points and reward points for female students who excel. (3) the effectiveness of counseling management in disciplining students starting from the process of planning counseling programs at meetings of teachers and madrasah staff, organizing the distribution of resources and cooperation between madrasah parties, implementing orientation counseling programs to individual counseling, and supervision carried out by madrasah principals and guidance counselors After an evaluation or meeting is carried out to assess the success of the program being implemented and whether it is in accordance with the goals and vision and mission of the madrasah, it can be said to be effective.

In true human life, one can never be separated from the name muamalah to fulfill all one's life. Muamalah is a person's association, everyone who carries out actions in relation to other people which will later give rise to rights and obligations. This activity of buying and selling or storing goods (consignment) is a form of helping someone who will later get maximum benefits or results from each other. And mutually get elements that are mutually helpful between fellow humans on this earth, because we are encouraged to help each other or help each other in life. Based on the background above, the problems that arise are (1) What is the practice of consignment agreements for the Jombang Mackerel Fish Crackers Production House? MAN 5 Jombang is a madrasah which in PAI learning has its focus such as the subjects of fiqh, aqidah akhlak, qur'an hadith, and SKI. Appropriate methods in delivering material are needed sso that sthe interaction sbetween teachers sand students runs swell. Thed focus of dthis research is: 1) How are interactive learning methods implemented at MAN 5 Jombang? 2) How do interactive learning methods apply in improving the understanding of SKI subjects for class X MAN 5 Jombang students? 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing interactive learning methods at MAN 5 Jombang? This Researct usess a case fstudy type gof research, the research approach is a qualitative approach, the data collecting techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) The application of interactive methods provides a teaching structure that involves collecting and considering students' questions which are then reflected through their curiosity and realized in the form of questions and then answered by the students themselves through investigation. 2) Implementing this method must first have appropriate structure which is; planning, implementing and evaluating learning. 3) The supporting factors for this interactive learning method are; creative and educative educators, facilities in the madrasah, and monitoring in the learning process. The inhibiting factors for this interactive learning method are; the students who are less active, boredom, and the limited time.

Education is basically an effort to provide certain knowledge, insights, skills and expertise to individuals. A person's skills must be given knowledge by an educator or teacher, which is an important component of the educational process. One thing that a teacher must have in achieving learning and educational goals is competence. A teacher's performance can be influenced by how much the teacher masters the competencies that must be met to become an educator. As a teacher, the teacher must have many ways and methods to stimulate students to be active in learning. This research aims to determine: (1) Teacher competency at Al-Furqan Tebuireng Middle School, Jombang; (2) Teacher performance at Al-Furqan Tebuireng Middle School, Jombang; (3) The influence of teacher competency on performance at Al-Furqan Tebuireng Middle School, Jombang. This research uses a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto type of research. This research is a population study because there are less than 100 subjects, totaling 57 teachers. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Person Product Moment correlation and test reliability using the Cronbach's Alpha formula. Meanwhile, prerequisite analysis tests include normality tests and correlation tests. Hypothesis testing includes a simple linear regression equation. Based on the research results, it shows that: (1) Teacher Competency, it is known that a small number with low criteria received a minimum score of 104-117, totaling 4 respondents with a score of 7%, the majority of teacher competency with fairly good criteria received a score of 118-131, totaling 38 respondents with a score of 66.7%, and some teacher competencies with good criteria received a score of 132-145, totaling 15 respondents with a score of 26.3%; (2) Teacher performance shows that a small number with low criteria got a minimum score of 80-91, totaling 14 respondents with a score of 26.6%, the majority of teacher performance with fairly good criteria got a score of 92-103, totaling 33 respondents with a score of 57.9%, and some teachers' performance with good criteria received a score of 104-116, totaling 10 respondents with a score of 17.5%; (3) The results of a simple linear regression test show that there is an influence between Teacher Competency on Teacher Performance at Al-Furqan Tebuiremg Jombang Middle School. The magnitude of the influence is 60.4% while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not included in this model.
