<![CDATA[The buwuhan tradition is a tradition of donating to sohibul walimah either material or non-material, with the aim of connecting the friendship between the giver and receiver. The buwuhan tradition has been running for quite a long time and for generations, the buwuhan tradition is also carried out in various regions of Java, one of which is in Wonosari Hamlet, Sekarbagus Village, Sugio District, Lamongan Regency.This study aims to: 1.) to find out how the practice of buwuh tradition in the implementation of walimatul 'ursi in Wonosari Hamlet 2.) and to know the 'urf perspective on the buwuh tradition in Wonosari Hamlet.In this study using qualitative methods, namely field research using phenological approaches and 'urf. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation to the people of Wonosari Hamlet, data analysis using descriptive analysis.From the results of this study, the tradition of buwuh in Wonosari Hamlet is a hereditary tradition since the time of the ancestors, the tradition of buwuh in Wonosari Hamlet is a voluntary tradition of buwuh with the aim of sodaqoh without any conditions to be returned.The buwuhan tradition in Wonosari Hamlet is 'urf 'am which is a tradition that is commonly carried out in various regions, and is included in the category of 'urf shahih which is a good custom that does not contradict sharia and the Quran]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the Implementation of the Teacher Exemplary Method in Improving Student Morals at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Munawaroh Diwek Jombang. The exemplary method is one of the most influential strategies for students in the teaching and learning process considering that every human being has the nature to imitate (imitate) every behavior, speech, and dress. The exemplary method (uswah hasanah) in the perspective of Islamic education is the most convincing influential method for the successful formation of moral, spiritual and social ethos aspects of students. The lack of role models from educators in practicing Islamic values is one of the factors causing the moral crisis. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the teacher exemplary method in improving the morals of students. This study uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative research methods. The results of this research show that: teacher example is very important in improving students' morals, morals are an important part of education. By having good morals, it is hoped that students can differentiate between good and bad. The exemplary method is a method that is considered very effective in efforts to improve student morals. A teacher who consistently applies moral and ethical values in daily behavior can have a positive impact on student attitudes and behavior]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975 concerning requirements that must be fulfilled by prospective brides and grooms who will carry out marriage registration. Namely Chapter II Article 3 Paragraph 3 PP No. 9 of 1975 The exception to this time period is due to an important reason, given by the District Head on behalf of the Regent, This means that there is still a gap provided if the waiting period of ten working days before the marriage takes place cannot be implemented for an important reason, namely by speeding up the registration of marriages, which should be recorded in 10 working days to less than that. Note that you must obtain written permission from the local sub-district head on behalf of the regent Research problem formulation, this is the reason why prospective brides and grooms propose to accelerate the acceleration of marriage registration and legal implementation of Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975 concerning the Implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974 Chapter II concerning Marriage Registration Article 3 Paragraph 3 at the Religious Affairs Office, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. This research is a type of research using field research, namely the researcher makes KUA, sub-district heads and candidates the bride and groom who applied for acceleration (dispensation) from the sub-district head. The data collection techniques use techniques. interviews, observation and documentation. The conclusion from the results of this research is that there are several factors that cause prospective brides and grooms to request accelerated marriage registration. Namely the economic factor. The prospective bride and groom will carry out a wedding which is used as an event moment along with their proposal in order to save financial expenses but are late in submitting their will or registering the marriage which must be more than 10 working days (more than two weeks) before the event. The cultural factor is that the marriage was registered and it took more than 10 working days and suddenly someone in the family died and asked for the marriage to be expedited before the body was buried. There is also the phenomenon of getting pregnant first which is included in the benefit factor, namely that prospective brides who become pregnant first will have their marriage registration expedited for an important reason, namely easing the moral burden on the family and saving the fetus in the womb. Implementation of accelerated marriage registration in PP No. 9 of 1975 Chapter II Article 3 Paragraph 3 in the KUA of Diwek District is in accordance with applicable regulations, but many people do not know about these procedures.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is very important to shape humas to become perfect creatures. It is in these religious activities that student can hone and apply religious character values in a more cmplex manner. Therefore, the author is interesed in conducting this research. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of religious activities on the formation of Students’ Spiritual Attitudes at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang. Based on this research, the researcher formulated the problem as follows: 1. To determine the Influence of Religious Activities at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang. 2. To determine the Influence of the formation of students’ Spiritual Attitudes at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Faizin Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang. 3. To determine the Influence of Religious Activities on Formation of Students’ Spiritual Attitudes at Darul Faizin Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang. The approach used is a quantitative approach. Which is ex post facto, data collection is carried out using observations, questionaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrumet using Person Product Moment correlation and test reabilitty using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula. Meanwhile, prerequisite analysise tests include normality tests, correlation tests, hypothesis tests include simple linear regression equations.Based on the research, research shows that 1. Religious activities in the baliwa year which received a minimum score of 19-22 were 4 respondents with a score of 11,1%, those who got a maximum score of 51-55 were 5 respondents with a score of 13,0%, 2. The Formation of Spiritual attidues was known that those who got a minimum score of 58-61 were 6 respondents with a score of 16,7%, those who got a maximum score of 94-97 were 2 respondents with a score of 5,6%. 3. The result of the simple regress test showed that there was an Influence between Religious Activities on the formation of Sparimal Attitudes was Madrasag Aliyah Darul Faizin Catakgayam Mojowarno Jombang, the amount is 59,9%, while the remaining 40,1% is influenced by other variables not included in this model.]]>

<![CDATA[Those who guide others toward a better life in order to elevate their humanity to a higher plane are know as educators. The phrase “character education” is becoming more and more well-know in indonesian society. Event though childern with various problems are gifts from god, children with special needs (ABK) are sometimes viewed as different persons due of their deficiencies, despite the fact that beneath their limits they have many amazing blessings.This study intend to explain how islamic religious education teachers at SLB contribute to the development of the independent character of children with special needs, as well the obstacles and enablers that these teachers encounter along the way Darul Ulum Jogoroto Jombang.A qualitative research approach is the kind of research that is being used. Three metods were employed to acquire the data : documentation, interviews, and observation. Three steps comprised the data analysis process : data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Extended observation methods, increased persistence, data triangulation, and the use of reference matrials are all used to verify the authenticity of the data.The results of the research show that: 1) the role of PAI teachers at SLB Darul Ulum Jogoroto Jombang, namely: educator, teacher, guide, 2) Meanwhile, the role of PAI teachers in forming independence is: Educating, teaching, guiding, model and role model, and evaluator. 2) The factors in forming the independent character of children with special needs at SLB Darul Ulum Jogoroto Jombang, include: a. Supporting factors: Family factors, School environmental factors, The teacher's approach to children with special needs is by using several methods in independent character education, including lecture methods, habituation methods and methods.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the role of motivation and work discipline on work productivity at the Environmental Office. The population in this study comprises all employees of the Environmental Office, and the sample size used in this study is 51 respondents. The variables used in this research are work discipline, work productivity, and motivation. The data used in this study is primary data. The data collection method employed is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. The effectiveness of the SOP can be seen from the achievement of indicators that have been successfully applied consistently, realizing the vision and mission, being the main reference for performance, and being a tool for coordination and communication between fields and protection when something bad happens to the institution. By knowing the effectiveness of the SOP of the Dompet Dhuafa Central Java donation channel, we can see the increase in crowdfunding carried out by the donation channel to realize the maximum collection of zakat, infaq and sadaqah funds. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques with all Dompet Dhuafa Central Java Donation Channel managers, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the application of SOP as a crowdfunding media until now still does not have a target in fact the donation channel only aims to make it easier for people to make donations and is in accordance with donation operational standards. In addition, there is transparency in the amount of donations that have been collected. The application of the SOP is still not maximized in the collection of zakat, infaq and sadaqah funds. Therefore, the SOP on the donation channel of the dhuafa wallet can be concluded to be ineffective. But it is able to assist in collection through easy and transparent information technology.]]>

The background to this article is based on the village people's lack of knowledge about how to contract marriage for the deaf, especially according to the concept of Imam Syafi'i, where this research took place at the KUA, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency. The majority of people only know the general procedures for a marriage contract which is done with clear speech, they forget about our brothers and sisters who are limited in speaking. This type of research involves looking directly at the research location or what is usually called field research so that the data obtained is real with that at the location. With a descriptive qualitative approach where the descriptive data is in the form of writing, sayings and actions from the objects observed. The results of this research explain that the marriage ceremony for mute people was carried out at KUA Kec. Gondang uses signs that can be understood, namely nodding the head. This method includes Imam Shafi'i's theory. The obstacle that occurred in this research was a communication problem in which the KUA made efforts to handle this by giving direction to related parties about what should be done.]]>

<![CDATA[It cannot be denied that inheritance issues are a crucial aspect of human life. Inheritance arises from three main conditions. First, there is someone who dies, who is called the heir. Second, there is inheritance which consists of wealth owned by the heir. Third, there are individuals or groups who receive the inherited assets, who are called heirs. This inheritance process shows the transfer of rights in the form of property from the heir to the heirs.Inheritance law in Islam is an important and fundamental aspect, which is directly reflected in sacred texts whose existence has been agreed upon. Islamic inheritance law occupies a significant position in the series of Islamic law, becoming one of the pillars of the applicable law. The research approach in this context is normative-juridical, where law is conceptualized as what is written in statutory regulations (law in books) or as rules and norms that become the benchmark for human behavior.In the practice of dividing inheritance in several communities in Cipari Village, Sukarasa Village, Pangatikan District, Garut Regency, it is explained in article 183 that the heirs can agree to make peace in dividing the inheritance after each is aware of their share. Based on this statement, the distribution of inheritance equally is considered valid as long as each heir voluntarily shares it in a family or peaceful manner in accordance with the agreement of all parties involved. In practice, inheritance distribution is often carried out by deliberation to reach consensus and ensure that each party feels fair and satisfied with the results of the distribution. Thus, the inheritance process is not just a transfer of property rights, but also involves social and justice aspects that are important to maintain harmony in the family and society.]]>
