Abstract

Conservative capital structure is a strategy focused on internal funding stability, which theoretically may limit the scope for optimizing shareholder returns. This study aims to analyze the optimization strategy of Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Campina Ice Cream Industry, Tbk during the 2020–2024 period under a conservative capital structure. The methodology employed is quantitative descriptive using financial ratio analysis and the DuPont Analysis approach. The results indicate that PT Campina maintains a very safe capital structure with a Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of 0.1–0.2 times and a Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) between 10.5%–13.7%. Low debt levels result in a low Equity Multiplier (1.11–1.16), shifting the burden of ROE optimization entirely onto net profit efficiency and asset productivity. ROE reached an optimal peak of 13.41% in 2023, driven by the highest Net Profit Margin (NPM) of 11.22%. However, in 2024, ROE declined to 10.43% due to operating expense pressures that pushed the NPM down to 8.38%. These findings confirm that under a conservative capital structure, ROE is highly vulnerable to fluctuations in operating costs. The primary recommended strategy is the careful control of operating expenses to enhance profit margins.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk beradaptasi dalam menyampaikan informasi publik secara lebih cepat, terbuka, dan efektif. Media sosial menjadi salah satu sarana publikasi utama yang digunakan berbagai lembaga, termasuk Dinas Kearsipan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk publikasi kegiatan kearsipan melalui media sosial, menganalisis manfaat yang diperoleh instansi, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses publikasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan diskusi informal dengan pegawai yang mengelola media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial dimanfaatkan untuk publikasi informasi resmi, edukasi publik, promosi layanan, dokumentasi kegiatan, interaksi dua arah, serta pembentukan citra positif lembaga. Pemanfaatan media sosial memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan aksesibilitas informasi, efisiensi publikasi, transparansi layanan, serta peningkatan literasi kearsipan masyarakat. Namun demikian, terdapat sejumlah kendala seperti keterbatasan SDM, ketidakstabilan algoritma platform, risiko keamanan data, dan tantangan menjaga konsistensi publikasi. Kesimpulannya, media sosial berperan strategis dalam mendukung fungsi komunikasi publik Dinas Kearsipan, namun diperlukan penguatan kapasitas digital serta strategi konten yang lebih terstruktur agar publikasi kearsipan semakin optimal.

Abstract

pendukung pembelajaran yang menyajikan materi secara terstruktur dan interaktif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian perancangan (design research) dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dibatasi pada tahap analisis dan desain, tanpa melakukan implementasi maupun pengujian aplikasi. Tahap analisis dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan analisis konteks pembelajaran untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna dan karakteristik materi. Tahap desain difokuskan pada perancangan struktur aplikasi, alur pembelajaran, dan tampilan antarmuka pengguna. Rancangan sistem divisualisasikan menggunakan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case, activity, sequence, dan class diagram, serta dilengkapi dengan flowchart sistem. Model ADDIE digunakan sebagai kerangka perancangan pembelajaran, sementara konsep Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung perancangan konten multimedia. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan aplikasi mobile pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android yang mencakup desain sistem dan antarmuka pengguna dengan alur pembelajaran terstruktur, integrasi materi, multimedia, latihan, dan umpan balik. Rancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan pada tahap pengembangan dan implementasi aplikasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of inventory management on marketing strategy and business efficiency at Grosir Zube RM, as well as to examine the role of marketing strategy as a mediating variable in this relationship. A quantitative approach was used in this study with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method through the SmartPLS application. Data were collected through questionnaires with respondents who were part of the wholesale's operations and management. The results showed that inventory management had a significant and positive effect on marketing strategy (coefficient = 0.799; p-value = 0.000) and business efficiency (coefficient = 0.716; p-value = 0.000). Furthermore, marketing strategy also has a significant effect on business efficiency (coefficient = 0.499; p-value = 0.000). The indirect effect test indicates that marketing strategy significantly mediates the relationship between inventory management and business efficiency (coefficient = 0.399; p-value = 0.001). Thus, it can be concluded that successful inventory management not only has a direct impact on operational efficiency but also strengthens marketing strategy, which in turn improves overall business efficiency. These findings emphasise the importance of integrating logistics and marketing functions to improve wholesale business performance.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in digital marketing requires MSMEs and startups to not only rely on promotional strategies, but also on human resources and a work culture that supports rapid adaptation. In practice, many digital businesses face limitations in human resource management and organisational culture that are not yet well-defined, resulting in unstable marketing performance. This research is important to explain the internal factors that can strengthen marketing success in digital-based MSMEs and startups. This study aims to analyse the influence of HRM strategies on marketing performance and to examine the moderating role of organisational culture in digital-based MSMEs and startups in Padang and Bukittinggi. This is an explanatory quantitative study with a cross-sectional survey design. The research population consists of digital-based MSMEs and startups in Padang and Bukittinggi that carry out marketing activities through digital channels. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 250 respondents, namely business owners or managers who understand HRM practices, work culture, and marketing activities. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analysed using PLS SEM through SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that HRM strategies have a positive effect on marketing performance, organisational culture has a positive effect on marketing performance, and organisational culture has been proven to strengthen the effect of HRM strategies on marketing performance. The implications of this study confirm that improving the marketing performance of digital businesses needs to be supported by strategic human resource management and an adaptive, collaborative, and customer-oriented organisational culture.

Abstract

Increasingly fierce marketplace competition has made customer service quality the key differentiating factor in retaining customers. Amid rising customer expectations for fast, consistent, and accessible services, business process innovation in marketing and the utilisation of new technology need to be urgently reviewed, as both have the potential to determine customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyse the influence of Business Process Innovation in Marketing and New Technology on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty through Customer Service Optimisation in the context of the marketplace in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research population consists of marketplace users in Makassar City who have made transactions and used customer services. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 320 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and analysed using the PLS SEM method with the assistance of SmartPLS to test the measurement model and structural model. The results of the study indicate that business process innovation in marketing and new technology play a role in improving customer service optimisation, and customer service optimisation encourages customer satisfaction and loyalty. The findings also confirm that customer service optimisation is an important mechanism that bridges the influence of process and technological innovation on satisfaction and loyalty. The implications of this study emphasise the need for marketplaces to prioritise service process innovations that reduce customer friction and integrate new technologies appropriately in order to produce a more effective and sustainable service experience.

Abstract

Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy are common complaints, particularly in the first trimester, and can lead to nutritional imbalance as well as a decreased quality of life. Natural substances such as lime, honey, and warm water are known to contain bioactive compounds that can reduce nausea symptoms through mechanisms including increased gastric motility, soothing the gastrointestinal mucosa, and stabilizing gastric pH. This study aims to describe nursing care for pregnant women with nausea through the application of a complementary therapy using warm lime juice and honey. The study employed a case study design involving two pregnant women experiencing nausea and vomiting at Gedong Tataan Health Center. The nursing process included assessment, nursing diagnosis formulation (nausea, disturbed sleep pattern, and discomfort), planning, implementation, and evaluation. The intervention consisted of consuming a mixture of 30 ml lime juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 250 ml of warm water for three consecutive days before breakfast. The evaluation results indicated a reduction in the frequency of nausea, decreased sensation of wanting to vomit, improved appetite, and better sleep quality. Both patients showed positive responses, and no side effects were observed. It is recommended that pregnant women may use warm lime juice and honey as an alternative therapy to alleviate nausea during pregnancy.

Abstract

Eskalasi sengketa medis di Indonesia pasca-UU Kesehatan No. 17/2023 sering berujung kriminalisasi tenaga kesehatan dan praktik defensive medicine. Penelitian sosio-legal ini bertujuan mengonstruksi model integrasi Keadilan Restoratif dengan prinsip Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja). Populasi mencakup regulasi kesehatan pasca-2023, doktrin Aswaja, dan kasus 2020-2025; purposive sampling fokus pada kasus RSU Sylvani dan RSUD Linggarjati ditambah 68 dokumen. Instrumen berupa dokumen hukum primer/sekunder dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui content dan comparative analysis. Hasil menunjukkan pergeseran regulasi ke administratif-restoratif via Majelis Disiplin Profesi, selaras dengan Tawassut, Tawazun, Ishlah Aswaja; "Tali Asih" (adaptasi Diyat) Sylvani sukses, berbeda eskalasi Linggarjati. Disimpulkan, model berbasis Aswaja menjamin kepastian hukum dokter dan pemulihan hak pasien bermartabat.

Abstract

Stroke iskemik ringan dan TIA berisiko tinggi memiliki risiko kekambuhan dini signifikan dalam 72 jam, memerlukan strategi pencegahan sekunder optimal di setting terbatas seperti Indonesia. Mengevaluasi efektivitas dan keamanan dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) versus monoterapi aspirin. Evidence-Based Case Report dengan systematic literature review mengikuti panduan PRISMA.nEnam RCT berkualitas tinggi (n>23.000) tahun 2020-2025 pada stroke ringan akut (NIHSS ≤5) atau TIA berisiko tinggi onset ≤72 jam. Instrumen dan Analisis: Checklist CASP dan penilaian GRADE dengan sintesis naratif.l: DAPT menurunkan signifikan stroke rekuren dan deteriorasi neurologis dini, dengan manfaat puncak minggu pertama dan risiko perdarahan rendah yang dapat diterima. DAPT selektif jangka pendek (7-21 hari) direkomendasikan untuk pasien berisiko tinggi guna optimalisasi pencegahan sekunder.

Abstract

Pengelolaan SDM mencakup berbagai fungsi penting, seperti perencanaan tenaga kerja, rekrutmen dan seleksi, manajemen kinerja, pengembangan kompetensi, hingga retensi karyawan. Kompleksitas fungsi-fungsi tersebut semakin meningkat seiring dengan perubahan karakteristik tenaga kerja, kemajuan teknologi digital, serta tuntutan organisasi terhadap produktivitas dan inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Peran People Analytics dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kajian pustaka (literature review). Metode ini dipilih karena penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan mensintesis konsep, teori, serta temuan empiris dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan people analytics dan efektivitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian mengenai Peran People Analytics dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia, dapat disimpulkan bahwa People Analytics memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung transformasi fungsi manajemen SDM menuju pendekatan yang lebih objektif, sistematis, dan berbasis data. Pemanfaatan People Analytics memungkinkan organisasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan SDM melalui analisis data karyawan secara komprehensif, sehingga kebijakan dan strategi yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih akurat dan tepat sasaran.
