Abstract

Nikah sirri merupakan praktik perkawinan yang sah secara fikih, namun tidak dicatatkan secara resmi oleh negara, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai persoalan hukum, khususnya terkait perlindungan hak perempuan dan anak. Ketiadaan pencatatan perkawinan berdampak pada lemahnya posisi hukum istri dan anak, baik dalam aspek nafkah, waris, perwalian, maupun perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hak perempuan dan anak dalam praktik nikah sirri melalui pendekatan rekonstruksi maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah serta upaya harmonisasinya dengan hukum nasional Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan konseptual, perundang-undangan, dan filosofis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik nikah sirri bertentangan dengan maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, khususnya dalam menjaga keturunan (ḥifẓ al-nasl), menjaga jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs), dan menjaga harta (ḥifẓ al-māl). Rekonstruksi maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah menegaskan pentingnya pencatatan perkawinan sebagai instrumen perlindungan hukum yang sejalan dengan tujuan syariat dan prinsip keadilan. Oleh karena itu, harmonisasi antara hukum Islam dan hukum nasional Indonesia melalui penguatan regulasi pencatatan perkawinan menjadi langkah strategis dalam menjamin perlindungan hak perempuan dan anak serta mewujudkan kemaslahatan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penggunaan opioid pascaoperasi berhubungan dengan berbagai efek samping, seperti mual muntah pascaoperasi, ileus, dan keterlambatan pemulihan. Lidokain intravena (IV) perioperatif dilaporkan memiliki efek analgesik dan opioid-sparing yang dapat mendukung manajemen nyeri multimodal. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas dan keamanan lidokain IV perioperatif dalam menurunkan nyeri, konsumsi opioid, dan mempercepat pemulihan pascaoperasi. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan terhadap publikasi tahun 2010–2024 yang membahas penggunaan lidokain IV perioperatif. Basis data yang digunakan meliputi PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Studi yang diinklusi meliputi meta-analisis, systematic review, dan randomized controlled trial pada pasien bedah non-kardiak. Hasil: Sebanyak 15 studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Mayoritas studi menunjukkan bahwa lidokain IV perioperatif secara signifikan menurunkan skor nyeri pascaoperasi, konsumsi opioid dalam 24 jam pertama, insiden mual muntah pascaoperasi, serta lama rawat inap. Efek ini konsisten pada berbagai jenis pembedahan, termasuk bedah kolorektal, spine, hernia, histerektomi, dan bedah rawat jalan. Studi farmakokinetik menunjukkan bahwa kadar plasma lidokain tetap berada dalam batas terapeutik yang aman tanpa peningkatan risiko toksisitas sistemik.Kesimpulan: Lidokain IV perioperatif efektif dan aman sebagai bagian dari strategi analgesia multimodal untuk menurunkan nyeri, mengurangi kebutuhan opioid, dan mempercepat pemulihan pascaoperasi.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kekerasan seksual pada anak didefinisikan sebagai keterlibatan anak dalam aktivitas seksual yang tidak sepenuhnya dipahami dan tidak dapat memberikan persetujuan berdasarkan informasi, atau di mana anak tidak siap secara perkembangan dan tidak dapat memberikan persetujuan setiap tindakan. Bentuknya dapat seperti perkosaan, hubungan seksual (persetubuhan), tindakan fisik maupun non fisik yang menngarah ke organ seksual anak. Berdasarkan data Kementrian Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Indonesia tahun 2024 sebanyak 19.277 orang mengalami kasus kekerasan. Kekerasan seksual menjadi bentuk kekerasan terbanyak yang terjadi dengan 8.886 orang. Pengaruh dari kekerasan seksual terhadap anak-anak, dapat berdampak buruk pada anak seperti menjadi kurang percaya diri, ketakutan yang berlebihan, perkembangan jiwa terganggu, serta akhirnya berakibat pada fisik maupun psikis anak. Undang-undang (UU) yang mengatur tindak pidana kekerasan seksual pada UU nomor 12 tahun 2022. Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2016 tentang perlindungan anak memberikan perlindungan hukum yang kuat terhadap anak-anak terkait dengan masalah kekerasan seksual. Laporan Kasus: Laporan ini menjelaskan kasus anak perempuan berusia 4 tahun, datang diantar oleh orang tua nya ke Poli Obgyn untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan dan keperluan visum akibat dugaan pencabulan anak. Korban mengeluhkan nyeri pada bagian kemaluan kurang lebih 2 minggu yang lalu selama 5 hari saat dimandikan dan dibasuhkan kemaluannya. Beberapa hari kemudian korban mengaku ke ibunya bahwa pelaku memasukkan penis ke kemaluannya dan keluar air dari penis pelaku. Pelaku mengakui memasukkan penis ke dalam kemaluan korban. Korban belum haid. Korban tidak ada riwayat hubungan seksual selain dengan Pelaku, tidak pernah masturbasi, dan tidak ada riwayat trauma genital. Pada hasil pemeriksaan dari korban ditemukan luka robek lama tidak mencapai dasar pada selaput dara di arah jam lima sesuai putaran arah jarum jaml Kesimpulan: Kekerasan seksual dapat terjadi karena adanya hubungan erat antara korban dan pelaku misalnya tinggal serumah, tetangga, membujuk korban dengan hadiah dan memberikan perhatian yang berlebihan. Pada kasus ini terbukti adanya pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan kepada anak dibawah umur, yang diperkuat dari hasil pemeriksaan fisik ditemukan ditemukan luka robek lama tidak mencapai dasar pada selaput dara di arah jam lima sesuai putaran arah jarum jam yang merupakan salah satu tanda terjadinya persetubuhan . Meskipun masih dibawah umur, anak yang telah melakukan tindak pidana juga mendapatkan hukuman atas kesalahannya

Abstract

This study focuses on examining the use of animated film Elio as a medium for learning English vocabulary particularly nouns, among students of IPB Cirebon. A descriptive qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through vocabulary note sheets and semi-structured interviews. The data were obtained from students who watched film Elio with English subtitles. The findings indicate that the animated film Elio assists students in discovering new vocabulary, understanding the meanings of nouns through visual context and dialogue, and enhancing vocabulary retention. Visual elements and Englis subtitles play an important role in supporting vocabulary noticing and comprehension. Furthermore, students employ various vocabulary learning strategies during viewing process, such as note-taking and inferring word meanings from context. In conclusion, the animated film Elio serves as an effective learning medium for improving English vocabulary mastery, particularly nouns, and provides contextual and impressive learning opportunities for student.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is believed to be the very basic aspect in learning EFL, yet it is often difficult to be achieved without appropriate media. The primary objective of this study was to investigate students' perspectives on utilizing Ed Sheeran's “A Little More” as a tool for enhancing vocabulary mastery at Institut Prima Bangsa Cirebon. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the researcher sourced data through direct observation the students do the fill-in-the-blanks and conducting interviews. The results show that using the song can increase students' engagement in learning and motivate them because the atmosphere is fun. The song is also useful in helping the students master the verbs in contextual usage. It further explored how the medium assists learners in enhance their listening and speaking (pronunciation) skills. Thus, "A Little More" can be taken as a proper learning medium for vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is a major challenge for beginner-level English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners, especially when the teaching methods tend to be monotonous. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the song "Easy" by JVKE as a learning medium to improve the mastery of nouns through the fill-in-the-blank method. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving students from the English Education Study Program at Institut Prima Bangsa as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and song-based vocabulary tests. The results showed that using the song "Easy" was able to increase motivation, reduce learning anxiety, and create a positive attitude toward English learning. The findings indicate that vocabulary acquisition occurred incidentally, where students more easily remembered repetitively appearing vocabulary such as "relationship," "door," and "pride." The fill-in-the-blank method proved effective in increasing students' active engagement and focus on the auditory context. However, the study also noted that while songs significantly aid memory retention, beginner learners still require explicit support from instructors to understand abstract vocabulary. In conclusion, the song "Easy" by JVKE is an effective medium for reinforcing basic vocabulary and student engagement, but its use is most optimal when combined with structured linguistic explanations.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is an essential component in learning English because it is the foundation for the development of various language skills. However, students still face obstacles in learning English vocabulary due to the lack of interactive English learning. This research aims to describe students' experiences, responses, and motivations in developing English vocabulary, especially adjectives, through the use of wordwall media. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by involving students of the English language education study program at Institut Prima Bangsa Cirebon as participants. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews after students participated in adjective vocabulary learning using Wordwall, then the data was analyzed narratively. The results of the study show that Wordwall helps students in understanding the form of adjectives, both from the aspects of spelling and pronunciation, through exercises that are carried out repeatedly. Students also show an increase in the ability to use adjectives in simple sentences as well as an increase in confidence, especially in writing skills. In addition, the use of Wordwall has been proven to increase student motivation to learn because the learning process is more interesting and fun. Thus, Wordwall can be stated as an effective learning medium for developing English vocabulary, both in face-to-face learning and online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Quizizz platform in improving students' English vocabulary mastery. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that focuses on students' perceptions, learning experiences, and motivation in utilizing Quizizz as a learning medium. The research participants consisted of seventeen students from the English Education Study Program at IPB Cirebon who were selected through purposive sampling based on their experience in using Quizizz. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and classroom observations. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the use of Quizizz had a positive impact on students' English vocabulary mastery by increasing their learning motivation, active involvement, and participation in learning. The gamification feature and instant feedback helped students memorize vocabulary more effectively and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. Thus, it can be concluded that Quizizz is an effective and relevant supporting medium for improving English vocabulary learning in higher education.

Abstract

Vocabulary has a very important role in learning English, but many students still have difficulty remembering and using vocabulary because of the monotonous and uninteresting learning medium. This study aims to explain how the use of Flashcards media through the Flashcards Time Challenge game in improving English vocabulary mastery. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subject in this study is a student of the Cirebon Prima Bangsa Institute. Observation and interviews were used as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the use of Flashcards media is able to increase students' enthusiasm, activeness, and motivation in learning vocabulary. Basic vocabulary such as nouns are easier for students to understand and remember because the learning is in the form of visual media combined with game activities. Thus, learning using Flashcards media through the Time Challenge game can be used as an effective and fun English vocabulary learning strategy.

Abstract

Digital transformation has triggered a surge in the adoption of mobile platforms as a means to support English language education, particularly to enhance vocabulary mastery. One of the applications used for vocabulary learning is English with Tiffani. This study aims to evaluate the use of the English with Tiffani application as an alternative in English vocabulary learning based on the perspectives of students at the Prima Bangsa Institute in Cirebon. This research employs a qualitative method, with data obtained through open interviews with students who utilize the application in their learning. The data is analyzed descriptively through the grouping of main themes that emerge from the interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the English with Tiffani application provides a positive learning experience, enhancing students' motivation, engagement, and understanding of English vocabulary. The visual, audio, and game elements are considered to have the potential to create a more interactive and flexible learning atmosphere. However, the results of this research also indicate some issues, one of which relates to difficulties in the login process, audio speed, and the absence of an Indonesian language option that can affect user comfort, especially for beginners. Overall, the English with Tiffani application shows great potential as an alternative medium for learning English vocabulary among college students.
