Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah masih banyak berorientasi pada aspek kognitif dan hafalan, sehingga belum sepenuhnya mampu menumbuhkan karakter religius siswa secara nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kesenjangan ini menunjukkan perlunya desain pembelajaran yang lebih aplikatif dan berpusat pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) dalam pembelajaran PAI sebagai upaya penguatan karakter religius siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru dan siswa di salah satu sekolah menengah berbasis Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen RPP serta hasil proyek siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis Project Based Learning mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif siswa, mendorong kolaborasi, serta menumbuhkan nilai-nilai religius seperti tanggung jawab, kejujuran, kepedulian, dan disiplin ibadah. Guru berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dalam merancang proyek yang relevan dengan tema-tema ajaran Islam dan kehidupan nyata. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan desain Project Based Learning dalam pembelajaran PAI efektif untuk memperkuat karakter religius siswa secara holistik. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan guru PAI dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang kontekstual, serta dukungan sekolah untuk menyediakan waktu dan fasilitas pendukung kegiatan proyek keagamaan.

Abstract

Epistaksis berulang meningkatkan beban UGD akibat faktor lokal dan sistemik kompleks; kajian ini bertujuan merangkum pemicu dari studi 2021-2025 melalui literatur naratif kualitatif deskriptif dengan pencarian "Factor AND Recurrent Epistaxis", menyaring 203 artikel menjadi 7 studi (3 case report, 2 retrospektif, 1 kohort, 1 observasional) meliputi 2.192 kasus menggunakan form ekstraksi data terstruktur dan analisis tematik PRISMA; hasil menunjukkan faktor lokal (massa intranasal, trauma swab/kauterisasi silver nitrate HR 2,45, kekeringan musiman) dan sistemik (gagal jantung p=0,001, hipertensi, hemofilia A, HHT, antikoagulan prevalensi 18,1%); kesimpulan merekomendasikan intervensi endoskopik lokal dan pengendalian komorbiditas sistemik untuk kurangi rekurensi plus systematic review/RCT masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation, relevance, and supporting and inhibiting factors of Multiple Intelligences from the Qur’anic perspective in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA Swasta Nur Hasanah Medan. The research employed a qualitative method with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Qur’anic-based Multiple Intelligences approach has been integrated into the PAI learning process, encouraging students to be active, communicative, and socially skilled. Its relevance is reflected in the improvement of learning quality, emphasizing not only mastery of the material but also the development of Islamic character. Supporting factors include teacher competence, school facilities, a religious environment, and student motivation, while inhibiting factors involve limited time, differences in student ability, and a lack of learning media. Recommendations include enhancing creative teaching strategies, optimizing facilities, and providing teacher training to address existing challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of a face detection attendance system and superior supervision on employee work discipline at the People's Welfare Bureau of the North Sumatra Governor's Office. Work discipline is a key factor in organizational success, yet preliminary data indicated challenges regarding consistency in attendance and employee compliance. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The research population consisted of 55 employees, and the entire population was utilized as a sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study show that, partially, the face detection attendance system has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, with a t-statistic of 7.875 and a significance value of 0.000. Similarly, superior supervision has a positive and significant effect, with a t-statistic of 3.017 and a significance value of 0.004. Simultaneously, both variables contribute 64.5% to the variance of work discipline. In conclusion, the integration of modern attendance technology and effective human supervision is essential for establishing optimal civil servant discipline to improve the quality of public services

Abstract

The rapid growth of the K-pop industry has led to high levels of fan engagement in supporting their idols, not only through digital music consumption but also through the purchase of physical albums that offer various added values. This study aims to examine the effects of fan loyalty, pre-order benefits, and perceived value on purchase decisions of the Pleasure album among the Treasure Maker community on the X (Twitter) platform. This research employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to members of the Treasure Maker community who are active on X and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who are Treasure Makers, selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that fan loyalty, pre-order benefits, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions of the Pleasure album. This study is expected to contribute to entertainment companies in designing effective marketing strategies by considering the characteristics and behavior of K-pop fans in a sustainable manner within the entertainment industry.

Abstract

This study examines the representation of the sandwich generation in the Indonesian film Home Sweet Loan as a reflection of contemporary socio-economic realities faced by young adults. The film portrays individuals who are simultaneously responsible for supporting their parents and financing their own future, creating complex moral, emotional, and financial pressures. Using a qualitative interpretative approach, this research applies Clifford Geertz’s theory of symbolic interpretation to analyze meanings embedded in visual narratives, dialogues, and character interactions. Data were collected through repeated viewing of the film, scene documentation, and thematic categorization based on moral responsibility, family obligation, and economic struggle. The findings indicate that Home Sweet Loan constructs the sandwich generation as morally resilient yet vulnerable, highlighting internal conflicts between personal aspirations and familial duties. The film also emphasizes the role of cultural values in shaping perceptions of responsibility and sacrifice. This study contributes to film and cultural studies by demonstrating how cinema functions as a medium for social reflection and moral education. The results are expected to enrich academic discussions on Indonesian cinema and the lived experiences of the sandwich generation.

Abstract

Data security has become a top priority with the increasing threat of cybercrime, such as password hacking and identity theft. One of the main ways to protect an information security data system is by using hash function-based cryptography. However, legacy hash algorithms such as MD5 and SHA-1 have proven vulnerable to various types of attacks. This study focuses on comparing the performance and security of MD5, SHA-2, SHA-3, and SHA-512 algorithms, as well as the effectiveness of using salting techniques. The method used is a comparative literature study of relevant previous research. The results of thekred analysis show that although MD5 excels in speed, this algorithm has a high vulnerability rate with an attack success rate of up to 35% on strong passwords. The SHA-3 algorithm shows the highest level of security with the lowest attack success rate of 20%, but has the slowest computation time. In contrast, with an average computation time of 512.8 ms, SHA-512 balances performance and security very well, especially when using JSON Web Tokens (JWT). This study concluded that the use of modern hash algorithms, such as SHA-512 or SHA-3, combined with salting techniques can significantly increase the resilience of a security system by up to 97.6%.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important factor in determining the success of the organization, especially in the food and beverage industry which demands effective work and quality service. This study was conducted to see how participatory leadership and transactional leadership influence employee performance, with motivation to work as intermediaries, in the food and beverage industry in West Java Province. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires distributed to FnB industry employees using a non-probability sampling method. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, accompanied by validity and reliability testing. The results show that participatory leadership and transactional leadership both have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, work motivation has been proven to play a role as a liaison that strengthens the influence of these two leadership styles on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pakan mengandung feses sapi terfermentasi terhadap potongan primal karkas (dada, paha, sayap, dan punggung) ayam KUB. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan dari tanggal 12 Maretl sampai dengan 18 Juni 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan dengan total ayam KUB yang digunakan 100 ekor. Perlakuan meliputi : R0 = 100% pakan komersil (kontrol), R1=90% pakan komersil + 10% feses sapi terfermentasi, R2= 80% pakan komersil + 20% feses sapi terfermentasi, R3= 70% pakan komersil + 30% feses sapi terfermentasi. Variabel yang diukur adalah bobot dan persentase dari dada, paha, sayap, dan punggung. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam dan apabila terdapat pengaruh perlakuan akan dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda duncan, untuk melihat perbedaan di antara perlakuan. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap potongan primal karkas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pemberian pakan mengandung feses sapi terfermentasi sampai pada level 30% tidak mempengaruhi bobot dan persentase dari potongan primal karkas ayam KUB

Abstract

Learning in Digital Systems courses at the higher education level still faces challenges related to the limited availability of interactive learning media that are not yet able to fully facilitate students’ active engagement in constructing understanding of abstract and complex concepts. This condition has an impact on low learning participation and suboptimal achievement of students’ conceptual understanding. Therefore, the development of innovative learning media aligned with constructivist learning theory is necessary, emphasizing students’ active roles in independently and meaningfully constructing knowledge through interaction with the learning environment. This study aims to develop Interactive Mobile Learning (M-Learning) as an alternative learning medium for Digital Systems courses that supports mobile technology–based instructional innovation in higher education. The research employed the ADDIE development model, which consists of needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The resulting product is a mobile-based interactive M-Learning application containing learning materials, simulations, practice exercises, and learning evaluations designed to enhance interaction and students’ learning autonomy. Media evaluation involved lecturers and students from the Institute of Business and Technology Indonesia through questionnaires and tests to assess validity, reliability, feasibility, and effectiveness. The results indicate that the developed Interactive M-Learning is valid and feasible for use and is capable of improving students’ conceptual understanding and engagement in digital systems learning.
