Abstract

In the 21st century, the rapid development of technology requires changes in education management, especially in the management of facilities and infrastructure. Technology-based management not only meets the physical needs of schools but also creates an innovative learning environment that adapts to current developments This research discusses effective strategies and approaches when planning, implementing and evaluating the use of technology in educationm Overall, this research aims to contribute to the development of technology-based education management to create a higher quality learning environment that meets the needs of the 21st century.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of ethical virtue in the teachings of Sufism of Abdul Qadir al-Jailani and its relevance in the formation of modern human character. According to al-Jailani, purification of the soul is a key element in achieving moral perfection. This process consists of several spiritual stages, namely repentance, which means returning to Allah with regret and determination to improve oneself; zuhud, freeing oneself from worldly attachments; tawakal, which is surrendering oneself completely to the will of Allah; patience, being steadfast in facing all life's tests; honesty, behaving according to the truth; gratitude, always being grateful for all the blessings given; and ridha, accepting all His decisions sincerely. These stages aim to improve individual morals and guide them towards a better life spiritually and ethically. This study uses a library research method with a qualitative approach, in which content analysis techniques are applied to comprehensively understand al-Jailani's teachings. The results of the study indicate that the concept of ethical virtue taught by al-Jailani is very relevant in the development of human character, both in the past and the present. His teachings can be integrated into the modern ethical and moral education system as an effort to form individuals with noble morals. The appreciation of these values allows humans to live more meaningfully, have good morals, and contribute to creating a more dignified society. In facing modern moral challenges, such as materialism and individualism, al-Jailani's teachings can be a relevant and sustainable ethical guide.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of YouTube in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in schools. The results indicate that the use of YouTube enhances students' interest, facilitates the understanding of abstract material, and develops critical thinking and digital skills. Videos presented through YouTube help students understand IRE content in a more engaging and practical way, particularly in matters of theology, worship practices, and Islamic history. Despite the many benefits, the use of YouTube also faces challenges such as the selection of appropriate content, limitations in technological infrastructure, risk of distractions, and more complex time management. Therefore, strict supervision, careful content selection, and effective classroom management by teachers are necessary to optimize the use of YouTube in IRE learning. This study recommends the proper integration of YouTube into the learning process, supported by improved infrastructure and teacher training.

Abstract

Education cannot be achieved without a definite direction that has been previously determined. Hadith as the second source of law in Islamic law has established standard guidelines on philosophical and incidental goals for humans to be able to achieve the highest degree of identity before Allah SWT. With the library research method. This study attempts to examine the goals of Islamic education according to the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet SAW.,. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the goals of Islamic education consist of 2 basic things, namely philosophical goals; so that humans can better recognize their true identity, in other words so that they are truly able to become caliphs on earth and incidental goals; to be able to increase motor, emotional, intellectual and spiritual intelligence which is marked by physical and spiritual maturity.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah's role in developing entrepreneurship in Indonesia, which has made a significant contribution to community economic empowerment. Muhammadiyah, as a socio-religious organization, not only operates in the fields of education and health, but also actively encourages the development of small and medium enterprises (UKM) through various entrepreneurial initiatives. The aim of this research is to reveal the role of Muhammadiyah in developing entrepreneurship in Indonesia. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analyze Muhammadiyah's efforts to create entrepreneurs who are independent, ethical and based on Islamic values. The research results show that Muhammadiyah plays a major role in increasing the capacity of young entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship education and training, with the support of institutions such as the Muhammadiyah Business Center. Muhammadiyah has also succeeded in collaborating with the government and the private sector to provide access to capital and training for business actors. With great potential in building a sustainable and ethics-based entrepreneurial ecosystem, Muhammadiyah is expected to continue to be an important actor in developing entrepreneurship in Indonesia.

Abstract

Peran Muhammadiyah dalam perkembangan Islam di Nusantara, khususnya pada masa-masa awal masuknya agama tersebut. Muhammadiyah muncul sebagai organisasi modern di awal abad ke-20, memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam transformasi sosial dan pendidikan di Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan inklusif, Muhammadiyah berhasil menyebarkan ajaran Islam secara damai dan merangkul berbagai kalangan masyarakat, serta membangun lembaga pendidikan dan pelayanan sosial, seperti sekolah dan rumah sakit. Selain itu, organisasi ini memperkenalkan konsep-konsep Islam yang moderat dan rasional, menjadikannya sebagai agen pembaruan yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan Peran Muhammadiyah Pada Awal Mula Masa Islam di Nusantara. Metode penelitian yang digukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan menjadikan buku, majalah, artikel serta sumber lainnya baik yang bersifat offline atau online sebagai sumber data utama selain mewawancarai tokoh-tokoh muhammadiyah disekitar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Muhammadiyah tidak hanya dalam bidang dakwah, tetapi juga merambah kebidang pendidikan, juga dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, yang menjadi kekuatan utama dalam perkembangan Islam di Nusantara.

Abstract

The role of Muhammadiyah personality in building social and national ethics is an important theme in the context of national and state life. Muhammadiyah as an influential Islamic organization in Indonesia has a distinctive personality foundation, namely prioritizing progressive Islamic values, oriented towards education, health and social welfare. This research aims to analyze Muhammadiyah's contribution to the development of social and national ethics through its programs and activities, both in the social, educational and da'wah fields. The method used in this research is qualitative analysis using a literature study approach. The research results show that Muhammadiyah's personality which is based on the principles of progressive Islam has a significant role in building inclusive social ethics and a strong nationality, especially in maintaining national unity and integrity. In conclusion, Muhammadiyah with its personality is able to become an agent of change in encouraging harmonious social ethics and strengthening Indonesia's national identity.

Abstract

This writing discusses about islamic education which gets some crusial challenges in globalization era. Islamic teaching plays important role in globalization. Since globalization itself has possitive also negative in islamic teaching and training. Thus, reformation of islamic teaching could strive for raising better vision of islamic teaching for building and upgrading quality of human being and moslem society in globalization that ought to refer to both Al Koran and Al Hadith as source of its teaching. Since its establishment in 1912, Muhammadiyah has made significant contributions to advancing education in Indonesia through various innovative initiatives. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis from various Muhammadiyah educational institutions. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah has successfully integrated technology into learning, developed a competency-based curriculum, and improved the quality of human resources. However, the organization also faces challenges, such as educational access disparities, technology implementation, and the influence of globalization on local values. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of collaboration among Muhammadiyah, the government, and society to create inclusive and sustainable education. With a strong commitment to character and moral education, Muhammadiyah plays a vital role in shaping a generation that is not only intelligent but also possesses integrity and social awareness.

Abstract

Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School, founded in 1839, is one of the oldest pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) in Indonesia and plays a crucial role in educating the community and spreading Islamic teachings in the Probolinggo region. This study aims to analyze the strategies and implementation of religious education applied at this pesantren, focusing on the role of the caretakers (pengasuh) in determining policies and teaching methods within the pesantren environment. The research methodology includes interviews with relevant stakeholders, field observations, and a literature review related to the development of pesantren education. The results of the study indicate that Zainul Hasan Genggong applies a religious-based curriculum that integrates religious knowledge and life skills, with an active teaching approach. The caretakers of the pesantren play an important role in directing educational policies that align with the needs of the times, producing graduates who excel in religious fields and are ready to face global challenges.

Abstract

This research is motivated by several problems that the author found at SD IT Nurhidayyah Punggung Kasiak Lubuk Alung. Problems were found in the implementation of the play method which should be able to eliminate student boredom, drowsiness and noise in the classroom have not been resolved properly because the implementation of the play method is not optimal. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the play method in Islamic Religious Education learning. This research is qualitative descriptive. The research was located at SD IT Nurhidayyah Punggung Kasiak Lubuk Alung. The primary data source is the PAI teacher of class III of SD IT Nurhidayyah Punggung Kasiak Lubuk Alung and the secondary data is the students of class III of SD IT Nurhidayyah Punggung Kasiak Lubuk Alung. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the play method at SD IT Nurhidayyah Punggung Kasiak Lubuk Alung, several game methods have been carried out such as quiz games, word games and snakes and ladders games. The implementation of the quiz game method in Class III of SD IT Nurhidayyah Punggung Kasiak Lubuk Alung has been carried out well, by explaining the steps of the game. And include all students in the game. The implementation of the method of playing word order has also been carried out well, it is in accordance with the steps of the game and makes the class atmosphere more active. The implementation of the snakes and ladders game method has also been carried out well because it has involved all students in the game thereby reducing boredom in the class, even though there are several game steps that have not been implemented by the teacher.
