Abstract

Indonesia is known as an archipelagic country, so that sea transportation is often used, but not many know that ships must always be in good condition and meet classification standards, therefore opening up opportunities for the marine sector of the shipbuilding industry where the customers are not the general public so that the best service and quality are needed from the company for customers through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Work Quality variables. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between CRM and Work Quality simultaneously and partially on Sales Turnover. The method used is descriptive quantitative, primary and secondary data sources, independent variables (CRM and work quality) and dependent variable (sales turnover), data collection through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Analysis with Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software version 21. The results show that 1) CRM and Work Quality variables have a simultaneous effect on Sales Turnover with the Fcount value greater than Ftable, namely 25.694 > 3.09, 2) The CRM variable has a partially significant effect with a Tcount value greater than Ttable (5.114 > 1.66), while the Work Quality variable does not have a significant effect partially with a Tcount value smaller than Ttable (1.348 < 1.66) on Sales Turnover, 3) Among the CRM and Work Quality variables that have the most dominant influence on Sales Turnover is the CRM variable with a value of Rpartial2 of 0.212 or 21.2% at PT Dok and Perkapalan Kodja Bahari (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch.

Abstract

Lely Cake Banjarbaru is a home industry that has been engaged in food processing bread and cakes since 2019. This business always provides satisfactory service with affordable quality, but is still lacking in marketing strategies, so that customers only include the closest people. The magnitude of the potential of digital marketing is not utilized properly. The purposes of this study are (1) to determine the marketing strategy currently applied to Lely Cake Banjarbaru, and (2) to find out the right marketing strategy through Instagram social media at Lely Cake Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) documentation. The data analysis technique used the SWOT analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing strategies are important at Lely Cake Banjarbaru in managing digital marketing to increase sales. The digital marketing strategy that needs to be implemented and maximized is social media marketing. In order to increase the reach of a wider brand engagement at Lely Cake Banjarbaru through Instagram social media, this can be done by choosing platforms, unique and interesting Instagram account profiles, presenting interesting content, various forms of Instagram content, managing content and schedules, using appropriate hashtags. and relevant, take customers of competitors' products, and increase interaction with customers.

Abstract

Saat ini penerimaan pajak dari Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi secara nominal masih terlalu rendah. Motivasi Membayar Pajak dan Tingkat Pendidikan merupakan faktor dari dalam diri setiap Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang dapat mempengaruhi Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi membayar pajak secara parsial terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kota Banjarmasin,(2) untuk mengetahui tingkat pendidikan secara parsial terhadap keaptuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kota Banjarmasin, dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi membayar pajak dan tingkat pendidikan secara simultan terhadap kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi di Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang dengan ketentuan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi yang berdomisili di Kota Banjarmasin.Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel Motivasi Membayar Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kota Banjarmasin, (2) variabel Tingkat Pendidikan secara parsial berpengatuh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kota Banjarmasin. (3) variabel Motivasi Membayar Pajak dan Tingkat Pendidikan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kota Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The problem facing the Secretariat of the DPRD Tanah Bumbu Regency is that it is currently a mistake to put employees in a position that is not their expertise. The purpose of this study that the constituents did 1) To find out the strategy of promotion and rotation of work employees related to the promotion and rotation of employee work at the Secretariat of the DPRD tanah Bumbu regency. 2) To find out the right promotion and rotation strategies related to the promotion and rotation of employee work at the Secretariat of the DPRD tanah Bumbu regency. The method used in conducting this Final Task research is Descriptive, where the constituent will describe and explain the events regarding employee work placement including promotion and rotation of work in the relevant agency. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The variables used in this study are free variables i.e. employee work placement and bound variables that are strategies. The data collection techniques that the constituents do are questionnaires and documentation. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the placement of employees in the Secretariat of the DPRD tanah Bumbu regency can be said to be good in its application. It can be seen in the promotion of employees that employee promotion is good in its activities. Similarly, in the rotation / mutation activities of employees, as well as rotation / mutation indicators in the Secretariat of the DprD tanah Bumbu regency can be said to be good so as to realize the appropriate placement of employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what forms of Reward and Punishment are applied, as well as the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance at PT. Mirta Megah Profitamas Banjarmasin. The methodology in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were 122 employees at PT. Mitra Megah Profitamas Banjarmasin. The sampling technique was carried out using the Slovin formula. Based on these techniques, respondents were obtained by 93 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, the data collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Research testing and analysis shows that Reward has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, then Punishment also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. then simultaneously shows that Reward and Punishment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) to determine the role of Primkoppol Polda South Kalimantan for the welfare of members so far. (2) to find out the steps to strengthen the role of Primkoppol Polda South Kalimantan that can be taken to improve the welfare of members. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Solving problems that exist in the Primary Police Cooperative (Primkoppol) of the South Kalimantan Police requires steps to manage cooperatives in a professional manner which in turn increases the role of cooperatives in other words, through strengthening the role of Primkoppol.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To know and analyze whether leadership style and reward punishment have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance at PT. Barito Utama Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin. (2) To find out and analyze whether the leadership style has a partial significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. MAIN BARITO EARTH. (3) To find out and analyze whether the reward paid partially has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Barito Utama Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is all employees of PT. Barito Utama Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin.. The sampling technique used is the Saturated Sample / Census, with a sample of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that: (1) The leadership style at PT. Bumi Barito Utama does not have a significant effect even though there are Rollingan Leaders or Branch Managers every period (2) the results of the simultaneous calculation include all variables that have a simultaneous effect on changes in the Employee Performance variable (Y) which shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of the dependent variable is 80.7 %. The remaining 19.3% is influenced by variables outside the study. While the results of the partial test with valuet leadership style variable (X1)is -1.814, Reward Punishment (X2) is 8.908. So the Parcial Variable Reward Punishment (X2) has a significant partial effect.

Abstract

Sejak awal tahun 2020, pandemic Covid-19 telah mengubah seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Masyarakat harus mulai beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru dimana penerapan protokol kesehatan tidak hanya wajib tetapi juga menjadi trend gaya hidup. Salah satu kebiasaan baru yang mulai diterapkan banyak orang adalah belanja online. Hal ini menjadi peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi UMKM di Indonesia untuk dapat mengembangkan dan mempertahankan usahanya di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian yang dilakukan secara kualitatif ini menggunakan kajian literatur agar dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana digital marketing memberikan peran yang berarti dalam meningkatkan ketahanan UMKM di Indonesia sehingga dapat tetap bertahan dimasa pandemic.Selain itu melalui penelitian ini juga digambarkan implementasi digital marketing yang mayoritas digunakan oleh pelaku UMKM di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality (X1) simultaneously, partially and dominantly on customer loyalty insurance services at PT. Banjarmasin Sharia Askrida Insurance. This study uses a quantitative type of research. The population in this study was 1300 people. Sampling using the solvin method as many as 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPPS software version 20 for windows. The results showed that (1) the service quality variable had a simultaneous effect on changes in the customer loyalty variable (Y) was 79% while the remaining 21% was influenced by other factors not included in the scope of research at PT. Banjarmasin Sharia Askrida Insurance. (2) the service quality variable has a partial effect on customer loyalty in insurance services at PT. Askrida Syariah Banjarmasin Insurance with a Tangible variable T value (X1) of 2.048, Reliability (X2) of 2.280, Responsiveness (X3) of 2.014, Assurance (X4) of 0.542, Empathy (X5) of 6.318. (3) among the service quality variables the most dominant is the empathy variable (X5) with the largest regression coefficient value of 0.519 or 51.9%.

Abstract

This research, aims to find out (1) the procedure for paying debts by accounts payable Galaxy Hotel Banjarmasin to suppliers, (2) obstacles in the process of paying debts by accounts payable Galaxy Hotel Banjarmasin. This research method is a form of descriptive research. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The research variable is the independent variable. The data collection techniques of this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative. Based on the results of the study, the management of accounts payable used by Galaxy Hotel Banjarmasin's payable account has been running quite well and in accordance with applicable accounting procedures, although there are still some obstacles but overall it has been going quite well. This can be seen from the functions related to the payment of debts, the accounting records used, the documents used, and the network of procedures. There are several obstacles in the process of paying debts by Galaxy Hotel Banjarmasin's payable account to suppliers, namely: Transfer of debt payments that are not approved or approved for payment, differences in the quantity of goods on the supplier's invoice with the purchase order.
